👍👍 My personal favorite gym on the island. Month to month at the same price point that all these other gyms have 1-2 year contracts at. Never too crowded. There is a lot of experienced lifters here always willing to give advice and a spot. Marc the owner is there almost every day... it’s nice to see hi... People often mention equipment, Iron, friendly, great, Oahu, Hawaiian, Fitness,

By far the best gym on Oahu! Coming for LA and Vegas, I had a hard time finding a gym that compares to the ones out there here in Hawaii. Until I found Iron Hawaiian Fitness..this gym doesn’t only compare in terms of crowd and equipment, but the management takes it to another level. Everyone is there to workout hard and better themselves while encouraging others. I’ve trained here for about a week now and already feel like I’m part of the Iron Hawaiian family. So glad I found this gem!

Excellent facility for serious bodybuilders/powerlifters. This place is not for the few or faint hearted. If you like air conditioning, towel service, and soft music this place is not for you! Only come if you are prepared to work and make yourself better. Best gym on the island.

Gym has adequate equipment and members where fine, owner stands in front of the gym and knit picks every little part of your training and enforces arbitrary rules that aren’t posted or discussed prior to payment or even working out. They are not regular gym rules either I have lifted at various bodybuilding gyms for 10 years and have never heard of any of them. Add context - bumper plates were being used and over 315 was being gang cleaned (it’s not going to be quiet.) and I don’t see a problem with using weights from another part of the gym, I prefer round plates not hex. The owners response proves he’s a jack wagon…

Went to IHF for years and loved the gym, equipment and the atmosphere. Mark, Tina and all the trainers there are amazing, respectful and very welcoming. The only bad part about IHF is that it has set an unreasonable expectation and standards for every other gym I have been too. I have been to dozens of gyms across the entire US and nothing comes remotely close to IHF and nothing ever will. This gym is the gold standard by which every gym should operate by

Me and my sister came to Oahu on vacation, and since we’re both avid gym goers, we looked for a gym to go to for the week. We stumbled upon Iron Hawaiian Fitness through a simple google search and I truly can’t recommend another gym on Oahu. The owner Marc is a stand up guy, very respectful, and really shows that he cares about his gym and the people that workout there. Although it’s not the biggest gym, the equipment there is high level and Marc uses his limited space efficiently therefore I didn’t have one complaint. If you’re looking for a old school vibe, and tight-knit type of gym, this is the place to go. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

The best bodybuilding gym on Oahu. Period. The coaches here are all pros and know their business. The place is small compared to a box gym like UFC or 24...but everything you need is here. This is a serious place for serious lifters. Reminds me of days of old. One thing...parking sucks. Like, bad. Come after 1pm? Forget about it.

A Hidden Gem for Fitness Enthusiasts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Iron Hawaiian Fitness is an absolute treasure for fitness enthusiasts like myself. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I had stumbled upon something special, it is unique and definitely a breathe of fresh air compared to the standard cookie cutter gyms. The gym culture at Iron Hawaiian Fitness is simply fantastic. It's an independent gym that truly values its members and prioritizes their needs above all else. I was made to feel extremely welcome when I visited whilst on vacation and the members were super helpful and friendly which comes down to a great culture within the facility. They go above and beyond to make you feel like part of a fitness family even though I was only their a short time and my visit has left an amazing impression and can't wait to return. The equipment at Iron Hawaiian Fitness is nothing short of amazing also, it was right up my alley with the old school, grunge bodybuilding style, it just hits differently, such a cool environment and felt like my gym back home. During my visit, I had one of the best workouts I've ever had. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Can't recommend this gym enough, your just going to have to try it out for yourself.

Good local crowd, allows for drop in, tons of equipment from free weights to machines and cardio. Great music choices and covered parking.

Loved working out here. I came to this gym nearly every single day for lifting even though it was a 20 minute drive from my AirBnB. That's how great it is! Not only are there a lot of machines, squat racks, bench presses and dead lifting platforms, but they have accessories up the wazoo. Everything from bands, chains, lifting belts, weight belts, straps, different handles for the cable equipment. I didn't have to bring anything of my own to have a great workout! Eric is super nice and helpful and keeps a well-functioning, tidy gym. Also a super outgoing, friendly community of real lifters. We need a place like this back at home.

$20 for a day pass and this gym is by far the best gym on Oahu. Equipment is clean and all weights are racked appropriately. Ice cold water available via a machine. Was not at all busy while I was there. Worth going out of your way if you want a solid gym experience

Probably the one and only proper gym with sufficient powerlifting equipment and gear. I stayed in Waikiki but having to come all the way here. Worth the drive!! Also there’s onsite parking.

Iron hawaiian fitness is the best ever. When you come to this gym, it's an endless amount of dedication, motivation and warrior toughness! People come in to work hard physically and learn mentally how to take care of your body . May God bless this place in Oahu. If you haven't came to this place ,look it up and check it . It's definitely worth it. May God bless this place P.s. To people who disrespect this gym for reason you can or can't control : IHF isn't a place where you smash items like mario bros, not putting weights back or run it like it's your house. It's a place of respect and determination. So maybe next time think about that how you would want your future gym to be treated before doing it to anybody else gym!

Just did a day pass here and loved it. Marc and Tina are super welcoming and friendly. It’s my favorite type of gym. It has an old warehouse feel where it’s a little dusty from chalk but all of the equipment is top of the line and well-maintained. You can tell all the equipment is handpicked and there for a reason. It’s the absolute best from each manufacturer (Arsenal, Prime, Precor, Hammer and more). The stuff from Cybex Eagle Line really surprised me. Never used it before and that row machine was excellent. The leg equipment was definitely the highlight for me. Multiple leg presses and they had my favorite Arsenal pendulum squat. They also have a log if you’re into strongman. Multiple racks, Thompson Fat Pad bench, and a deadlift platform if you powerlift. There’s endless cable attachments and even specialty bars like an SSB. I’m sure there’s even more that I missed. Thanks for the awesome training environment!

Really friendly welcome, bought a day pass and given clear guidance on the facilities. Huge range of equipment from Hammer Strength, Arsenal, Cybex, Icarian etc so perfect for the gym enthusiast who knows the difference. Great music, atmosphere and really nice crowd. Couldn't recommend it enough.

😠 Well for starters, the membership price is way to high. I have a membership at other gyms across the entire United States, with better machines and more to offer, at a lower price.
