Waikiki Beach Yoga & Yoga Hikes is best Yoga in Honolulu! Classes are right on the beach and are so relaxing. Each instructor is amazing in their own way and really help you expand your potential. Not only that but the hikes are just as amazing. Karen lead us on a yoga mindfulness hike that was unlike any hike I have ever done. This is a must for anyone coming to Oahu for vacation and even for locals too!

Mindfulness, what it meant before my first waikiki beach yoga hike and what it means now is much different.... To take a hike at a mindful pace showed me how insignificant time is and how so much is wasted... Karen and her assistant Emily were our guides, Karen's knowledge of the Hawaiian islands was a great treat to top it off.. THIS IS A MUST DO AT LEAST ONE TIME WHILE YOUR HERE IN WAIKIKI....

This 9am yoga class did not work well for me. PROS: The instructor was very nice, the directions to the class were clear, and the venue on the beach is amazing. CONS: (1) There was a group with a speaker playing drum and bass super loud about 50 ft away, which made it difficult for me to focus on my breath and find an internal rhythm (and at times, to hear the instructor). (2) The instructor moved between poses way too quickly for me; maybe this is just personal preference, but it felt like more of an aerobics or stretching class, less like a breathing-based yoga class. (3) Lastly, and this may also be a personal preference thing, but there were a lot of digital devices involved, which I find distracting (students in the class were taking cellphone photos during class and there was a young woman sitting immediately behind the instructor using an iPad during most of the class). All in all, this class did not work for me.

I have been going to Beach Sunset Yoga in Waikiki over year and half. It keeps my sanity during this pandemic! It’s so relaxing and healing. Watching beautiful sunset and listening to the waves while doing yoga makes it such an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to get classes with Ali, Liz, Olivia and Phoenix. They are all well trained instructors with different styles. I highly recommend Beach Sunset Yoga Hawaii.

Really enjoy the morning yoga class. The instructors are very supportive. They encourage you to listen to your body and offer alternative poses for students with injuries, problem areas or that are less flexible. No pressure!!! Plus the ocean view is fabulous!!!❤️

The classes are so soothing with the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean and palm trees. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about coming since classes are all levels and the instructor checks in with everyone beforehand to make sure everyone’s needs are addressed. Location can’t be beat!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a sunset yoga session on the beach. The location is ideal with palm trees, the breeze, and a great instructor. I am not a pro, so I was a little nervous going in, but there was no reason to be as the class has people of all age groups and levels. I had a great time strengthening my core, focusing on my breathing, and trying new poses. There was no pressure to push too hard and just being there brought me back to my center. Recommend to everyone!

Best location for Yoga. You are outdoors right by the water, on grass. I took one class with Ali and one with Olivia during sunset. The classes have Vinyasas for warm up and then you get into some deeper stretches. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It's perfect to practice yoga while watching the sunset or to start your day. The owner is very thoughtful and helps people finding the class. They have red triangles, so you can't miss it.

The sunset yoga community is kind & uplifting, and all the teachers are intentional about asking what level of intensity you’d like to flow into that day. Getting to experience yoga while surrounded by nature is such a gift. ✨

Thank you for your flexibility in scheduling our yoga class at Magic Island. The location was perfect and Olivia was fabulous. It much needed and appreciated before our long flight out this evening.❤️

It’s the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean, the sunset, and night sky, and the teachers are as warm and inviting as the environment. I would highly recommend this yoga practice to anyone, whether you are coming for vacation or to unwind after a day’s work. I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and this is one of my favorite spots to come to.

Thoroughly enjoyed this yoga class. I am a beginner, and I felt very comfortable with the yoga instructor's teaching style. Also, the class location really does'nt get any better than this. I look foward to my next class!
