We read about this place and went with a day pass to use the pool and splash park and lazy river. It would have been a great pool, except half of it was turned off. Apparently, the waterslides and the kids splash toys are off all week and only working on weekends. The lazy river barely had any current--way too lazy. The diving boards were closed. The climbing wall over the water was closed. We brought a few small (hand-sized) toys for our son to play with in the pool but we were told no toys were allowed (even though there was literally nobody else around). My son and I went to use the spa but were told only 18+. We went to use the lap pool and were told kids can only use it if they pass a swim test, even though he had a life jacket on. It was a decent pool and the other facilities were good, but the operational decisions and the rules ruined it for us. It was definitely not worth the $64 we paid for the three of us. It was just a regular pool with all the fun stuff turned off, and no toys allowed. We would have had more fun for free at our hotel pool, where we can use the spa and our toys.

2 ladies at the front desk was rude 6/19/2022. I asked if they're open and she's like do you have membership? I'm purchasing a 1 day pass and she was like, we open at 10. I don't understand why can't I just purchase a pass and wait.

The Kroc center is our favorite place! The gym facilities are great. Childcare is amazing, although I do wish it was included with the membership and not charged additionally per day it's used. The cafe is delicious. They always have fun events going on. Definitely worth going to.

I’ve been a member of the Kroc for quite sometime and have supported the Kroc in a number of ways. I’ve even donated memberships for members that the dues was a hardship. Today, I decided to downgrade my membership. My family doesn’t really use the Kroc anymore. They’re just too busy. Kaiser has a healthy plan that allows me at a low cost to start, to attend 24hr Fitness with no monthly dues. I decided to downgrade at the Kroc. So let’s do the math. I got prebilled $134 for October because I didn’t downgrade by the 10th of the previous month. I’m also charged $20 for the downgrade. So I’m charged $154 for October though neither me or my family will be using it. Why should I stay at the Kroc out of loyalty for $64 a month if I’m charged basically 2 months of membership for not using it.

I appreciate excellent customer service and that is exactly what I received from beginning to end with Brittany Supnet at the Kroc Center. She communicated every step of the way. My event was a celebration of 50 years of life on July 31, 2021. From the reservation process to the showing of the ball room to answering all my many of questions. Brittany Supnet Coordinated with my decorator and was so helpful. The crew during the night of my celebration the staffing was very helpful from directing parking vehicles to directing my guest to the ballroom. Then the service during dinner was prompt and friendly. The staffing were attentive to me and my guest. I am satisfied and will utilize the center again. Thank you again to the staff for your excellent service.

I go there once a month for a Senior Activity that the Kroc Center sponsors. It brings a lot of Seniors together as one group and we meet more Kupunas and learn different things from each other. Today we had a talent show and a lot of Kupunas showed us what they can do. So enjoyable.

Customer service desk RiveraLar is so rude! The way she talks to members and my daughter with an attitude! Everyone else always greets so nice, just going up to the desk just brings everything down. She doesn’t have to snap like that. She said we have to come back at 9:30am and leave 11:30am. 2 hours? We planned on swimming for the whole day.

Most of the slides were off. We swam for 15 minutes for them to close the pool for 30 minutes for the kids to take a “break”. Really weird that they would do that. When they closed to pool the life guards just stood around waiting for it to open back up anyway. Big waste of money and our day I would say.

I pay monthly for this? Went on a Sunday to work out and get a drink at the kroc cafe....says its open, no one was there, but the line from the pool was long. Girl who was helping at the poolside peeked at me, said nothing. I was waiting with 2 other people. They left and I stayed 5 more minutes no acknowledgement I was there at all. Not a good experience.

We love coming here. Staff I helpful and friendly. This place is great for you br er kids and you can get a workout, play video games or have a business conference. There is church services every weekend as their main conference room area is used for this I believe. We attended a small private school kindergarten graduation here. Food is tasty and okay priced. Prefer the spam musubis and nachos. Kiddy pool area is shallow and fun. Walking bridge with foam floating pads was neat. Deeper swim lane area for adults requires swim test to use and looks good. One large jacuzzi for adults only also available. Smaller slide for little one and intermediate slide for bigger kids where they can use one and two person inner tubes was cool. Lazy river by far is the most popular. Reserved large area for parties can hold over 150 people. This is membership only so you either are a member or you are sponsored by a member. Good number of bathrooms to change clothes with family bathroom options. It is far from us but we will be back definitely. We will probably go back until the kids get bored or are older than 14.

Great amenities, lax enforcement of Covid guidelines for exercise room. I understand everyone is out and about with all of the vaccines so I understand the enforcement around the pool not being hard because it is technically outside. But indoors in the exercise room, when I am running with a surgical facemask full of sweat on my mouth and the operator tells me to pull it up over my nose I can't help but feel singled out. When other people come in with bandanas so thin you can see their face nd others that have their mask below their nose when running at the moment that I got called out it just feels annoying and lazy. Vaccinated and tested negative a week prior it is just the covid way I guess.

My niece loves this place (this is where she had her 5th birthday party), so we took her there on a Monday during her fall break. We got there at around 9:45, and there was a private group in the water play area, and we were told that we couldn't go in until 10 AM. Once they cleared out, the place was empty so I highly recommend going on a weekday. I've never been on a weekend but my sister has told me it gets super crowded. It's not just for kids though. There's also a lazy river you can walk through or use one the floats they provide. Unfortunately, the big water slide isn't open until later, so we didn't get a chance to check that out. You can't bring food into the center but you can always keep a cooler in the car, leave and come back. They clean the pool from 11 to 11:30, so that would be a good time to get lunch. If you don't want to eat in your car, there's a cafe that serves pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. all for a pretty reasonable price. You don't need to be a member to visit the center. You can buy day passes, which is what we did. It's $24/adult and $20/kid, so obviously not something you want to do every week but fun every once in a while to hang out for a few hours.

I've been to numerous gyms in my lifetime, but never one quite as restrictive as this. You'd think a place dedicated to fitness would be more understanding about the desire to track one's progress. Can't even take my shirt off to check my progress, and don’t even get me started on trying to record myself - apparently that's forbidden, even in the posing rooms! I've seen gyms with rules, but this place takes it to an entirely new level. And the manager? She's on a power trip like no other. Definitely not the motivating environment I had in mind. Looking elsewhere.
