These people are totally unprofessional, we have called them several times, sent them web enquire and emails because Costco travels has recommended us to use their services. Booking agent was supposed to call us to book activities and they have called us on the last day of our Hawaii vacation. We ended up using another service provider for our Hawaiian activities and tours - they were very spontaneous and professionals. Aloha VIP tour is not trust worthy and would recommend not to rely on their service.

Undeserving of any stars. Worse customer service Iā€™ve ever dealt with. Iā€™ve traveled around the world and had never had such horrible experience. Didnā€™t expect this type of service here in the states. DO NOT USE THIS SHI**Y SHUTTLE or expect delays and incorrect scheduled return shuttle. We experienced both and was unable to reach any one (unless you have hours on your hand to keep calling them). Many times it would route you through phone trees and then hang up on you. After many attempts I finally reached someone to make sure they update my return shuttle to the correct day and time. Thereā€™s no point of you guys having our airline details if you donā€™t review it, stay current with changes and then schedule the appropriate return shuttles. Like others have said book at your own risk, but if you need to call them expect to not be able to reach them unless you want to waste 4 hours of your vacation time trying to figure out their mistakes and incompetence.

They do not answer phone calls nor do they return calls after leaving messages. You would be lucky if they return emails within 24 hours, poor customer service. We were outside the airport watched a group get on a shuttle ended up after 30 minutes of waiting finally getting handed a lei and waited another 15 minutes for another shuttle. They need a better system.

Really donā€™t get where all the bad reviews are coming from?! I booked through Costco, and had a great experience. Everything went as planned. Got picked up from the airport and the resort right on time. Got greeted with a Lei! Our driver was very friendly gave us some recommendations and tips throughout the ride. So If youā€™re reading this I suggest you just relax and hang loose! Youā€™re on vacation in beautiful Hawaii! Everything will be okay.

The customer service I received was unlike any other experience I have had. Every single representative I spoke with was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The representative I made my reservations with bent over backwards for me. His customer service was beyond amazing. He helped me find the perfect activities for my family. He gave his own personal experiences with the companies he suggested. It's nice to have a local's perspective. It was all positive and helpful. After booking my activities, the representative gave me tips and ideas about local restaurants and activities. He also said that if I needed anymore help, to call back anytime. We went through Aloha VIP because with our travel package from Costco, we received a $100 credit for their company. It definitely helped save us money. The next time we go back to Hawaii, even if we don't have a credit for the company, I will make sure I call them to book all of my activities.

Booked via Costco Travel, and it included an airport shuttle via Aloha V.I.P Tours. Arrived on-time and was greeted with a Lei which was a great touch. That was the best part of this service, everything else was downhill from there. Waited an hour outside the airport for their shuttle. They either forgot about us, or just didnā€™t plan correctly, as our greeter didnā€™t know what van was coming and had to call them multiple times to remind them to pick us up. We arrived to the hotel 2 hours after landing. I wish I knew that, we would have found other transportation. On my departure day, I was instructed to be picked up at 4:30am. As I was walking out of the hotel at 4:30am on the dot, the shuttle DROVE OFF without me and my guest. A Prince Waikiki staff member and myself RAN for the shuttle for it to turn around and get me. Apparently if you arenā€™t early, they leave. No call, no notice, nothing. They didnā€™t even mention to me ever to be early. If your on time, they will leave without you. Quite frustrating how arriving they make us wait over an hour, but when departing they are squealing out the parking lot on the exact second the time hits 4:30am. I will never use Aloha airport shuttle ever again, even if it is included. Pro tip: UBER. Itā€™s worth every Penny to avoid this headache of a service.

Called to confirm pickup on 7/19, confirmed for 7:45 am. Waiting in lobby of Alohilani at 7:45 and am just now heading to airport at 8:40 am. Called once and said we were marked as no show and bus was coming for us. Called a second time to ask if we should just take taxi because we had been waiting a long time and the very RUDE girl said no we had not been waiting and that we missed our pickup. She would not allow me to speak and cut me off every time I tried to explain we had in fact been waiting looking for them. When we were dropped off the day of our arrival, the woman said specifically the bus would come through the lobby bay, that we did not to wait on the street. Either way we never saw our bus on the street or bay. Will never use again.

We used Aloha VIP through Costco travel. Shuttle was on time from the airport to the hotel that we stayed at. However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport never arrived. Called several times and 30 mins later, we informed the representative that we are going to use a taxi and want the money reimbursed because we would be missing our flight. The rep said go ahead and do that and send them a receipt so they can reimburse the money. After 2 weeks of trying to reach them for $45 of the taxi fee, I did not get any information regarding this. Horrible responsibility and customer service. I would not recommend this.

Highly recommend, everyone we interacted with was so kind. We had cousin Johnny as our guide, and he was amazing, so much fun, and he shared so many great tips and recommendations with us.

The departure information they gave me for my hotel pick up is wrong. I Told the person who picked us up from the airport, he told me just to call their office. Called the office 48 hours before our pick up,( called July 25 09:26 am) only a voicemail , left a message no one called us back. Tried to call again 4 hours after 13:26 finally I spoke to a person ( Told her to change the Hotel pick up to Waikiki Ilikai and change the time to 10:30 am) Made some changes, the lady told me she will do the changes and our pick up is set. Our pick up date came, NO one picked us up. Called the office again, only a voicemail, left a message, no one called us back. Waited for 30-45 minutes, finally we decided to use Uber to bring us to the airport. DO NOT Use ALOHA VIP TOURS INC. they will only take your money. The reservations is under my name and I left my telephone number.

I am writing this review while waiting for take off. Just couldnā€™t wait to get home do it. Our pick up time was changed from 10 am to 8:15 am due to a flight change. We were notified of this change prior to the trip. Arrival shuttle was fine but the pick up trip was a disaster. We called Aloha VIP around 8:30 when we didnā€™t see the shuttle. And of course, no one picked up the phone. We did get a hold of a customer service rep at Roberts Hawaii and was told Aloha VIP didnā€™t update their system and we were scheduled to be picked up at 10. Roberts Hawaii couldnā€™t get a hold of their business partner Aloha VIP either. We ended up spending $65 for Lyft and frantically running through the gates to make our flight. Advice: donā€™t rely on Aloha for shuttle trips if you want to get home on time . I canā€™t imagine how their tour service would be.

Booked through Costco Travel. Regret not seeing reviews before hand when requesting the SUV private transfer. Tried getting someone to respond back to getting a refund for services not received on March 18th. A woman named Beverly finally called me today and after speaking with her my blood is boiling. They refuse to refund. I explained how me, my husband, and 16 month old were waiting in the baggage claim area and were at the airport for an hour. When trying to call the the Costco number and the Aloha VIP tour numbers listed it would state they were closed and to try back again and then the call would just end. Spoke to people prior to this rep stating I will hear back next day. Even this weekend I was told the reps supervisor Courtney would email me directly next day and never happened. Beverly proceeded to say the reps/ drivers were there and helped over 20 or so people from the same flight and doesnā€™t get how we would have fallen through the cracks. But despite having paid for a Lyft after being at the airport for an hour, they will not refund and to reach out to Costco travel. Which I did and it takes 4-6 weeks to get a response so I am waiting on that. Do not book with this shady company. They will keep your money and talk down to you like you are an idiot and they want me to bug Costco for a refund since they wonā€™t. Theft. Blatant theft.

I'm literally writing this on the way to the airport on an Uber. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement, I booked this through Costco Travel so I thought they would choose a reliable agency to partner with. Apparently not! Upon arrival no one was there for pick up. I called multiple times but no one answer. Before departure I called a day in advance to confirm my pick up and they told me to wait at 4am in the lobby. No one's there to pick up again and I waited 45 minutes before calling an Uber. No one to contact because outside their business hour and no call or text from their end. Avoid this at all cost, just call an Uber to save time and energy.

Edited review: The pickup was exemplary service. It was friendly and smooth. The greeter met us at the baggage claim and showed us to the transportation van. On that experience alone I would rate it 5 stars. However the only instructions for pickup back to the airport were given on a pink slip of paper. Pickup time was supposed to be 9:30 AM my husband was down there, didnā€™t see them. Came back to the room to look for the pink slip of paper with the phone number they had given us called at 9:33 and the guy who answered said the driver was already there and would wait for us to come down. Granted we came down 10 mins later and he was gone, but our hotel valet said they did not see them at all. We asked around no one saw them. My husband called the number again and the guy said the driver had refused to wait. I called and the guy told me that the driver came didnā€™t see us and was gone by the time my husband called the first time. The tone was extremely rude, and made me never ever want to deal with this company again. This transportation service came as part of our package with delta vacations. I would recommend this company sends out an email or text as a courtesy with the pick up times instead of a flimsy piece of paper at the beginning of your trip.

Booked as part of Costco package. The good was that the pickup was somewhat timely from the airport. Just be prepared that they also may pick up and drop off other hotel guests. The bad was the pickup. Bus did not show up after 10 minutes of the promised time. Had to take Uber to avoid missing my flight. It seems that the company does not care about their customers returning back home. It certainly left a bad impression of Hawaiian service before my departure.

Aloha V.I.P Tours, Inc. did a great job getting us where we were going. The drivers and guides were very nice and a sense of humor. Totally enjoyed the time we spent with them.

Booked through Costco travel. Terrible experience both on arrival and departure. No idea how Costco picked them as a travel partner as they are no never near Costco quality. We had a flight change coming in and looks like they had no update on the flight changes and they tried to charge us 25$/person for no show up. Of course we did not pay for a service we never received. We were only hoping departure will be ok but no surprises there either. They did not plan to pick up due to the arrival problem and nobody called us to inform until we called them several times (and they close at 4 pm!). We had to take Uber for both rides. They did not care about customer experience and were rude while talking to them. Costco should really reconsider their partnership with them.

Our hotel and airport transfer was reserved with Aloha VIP Tours through Costco travel. I was a bit nervous due to the mixed online reviews, but Aloha VIP Tours came through for us on our trip to Oahu. Just remember to call 7days in advance to confirm pick up, and at least 24 hours before departure to confirm airport transfer, and arrive early for your departure meeting spot. Note that this is not a private minibus shuttle since they service multiple hotels in the area , so you can expect multiple stops along the way. We had 5-6 stops to get to our hotel, so it was a good 45-50 minute scenic route for us. I was aware of the fact, though, so I let my party know. The departure was much quicker with only 3 stops, so we made it to the airport within 30 minutes.

Horrible experience, racism staff. The driver is just playing with us, passing by 3 times and ignore us on purpose. Finally refuse to take us to the airport. It's rediculous and you cannot believe they are offering SERVICE. Trust me this is just a fraud -- After rolling back to see recient reviews, apperantly, I'm not alone. Now I'm convinced it's not about racism or discrimination, it's just poor and unresponsible service, a featured and consistent tradition of Aloha VIP. Have to say, wow, interesting.

Excellent service. Drivers were so polite and helpful. Wouldnā€™t let me touch my bags to load or unload onto the shuttle. Such a big help when travelling with small children. Booked as part of Costco travel package and would gladly book with them again.

Horrible. Do not book with this place. They were 40 minutes late with the pick up for the tour. Then had the nerve to rush us to get back for another late pick up. Then did not have tickets for the Pearl Harbor Memorial. They said they would refund the tickets and did not. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP FOR ANYTHING.

Was supposed to have a transfer to and from our hotel. We were never picked up when we landed and had to find different transportation. This ā€œcompanyā€ was also supposed to be our transfer back to the airport but could not drop us off any time near our departure. Not helpful :/ when called at any point. Would not recommend using. Not solution oriented or customer focused.

Aloha V.I.P was to provide a shuttle service as part of a Costco travel package. They were late to pick up me from the airport and never showed up to pick me up to go back to the airport. After a phone call with one of their representatives, I was told to find my own transportation (uber, taxi, etc) and that I would be refunded the cost. It has been one week since I provided the necessary information for the refund but have received no response that anything is happening. If at all possible avoid using this company.

Arrival at airport was seamless. The wait for the bus at the airport was terrible. Over 40 minutes sitting on the curb with our luggage. It really soured our arrival day. Pickup was on time and very pleasant.

Aloha VIP Tours made my first ever Hawaiian trip super convenient! The airport transfers were on time. Our lei greeters were friendly and helpful. Our bus drivers were polite and professional. As long as you confirm by sending them a message on Facebook 2 days prior to your arrival and departure dates, you should be good to go! Their phone lines are also working now, so you can also call them. I think they have been improving a lot after getting so many complaints!

I had a reservation for shuttle with Aloha VIP Tour through Costco Travel. This is for both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. The day before I arrived, I called them to confirm the reservation. I was advised to wait at the luggage area and to look for agent wearing red and white shirt. When I arrived, I see the agent with the Costco Travel sign waiting for guests. My agent's name was Lai. She gave me a beautiful lei and helped me with my suitcase. She gave me a slip with the pickup date and time for my departure. The day before I departed, I also called them to confirm the reservation. I was advised to be ready a bit early. The bus came about 10 minutes early. I got to the airport with no issue. I am very pleased with their service and will not hesitate to use Aloha VIP Tour again!

The good- the arrival pick up was great. Easy to find the person at the baggage claim, Fresh leisure, giant charter bus and ours was the first hotel stop. The bad- zero communication for pick up, no emails no text nothing. I reached out and they wanted to pick us up 4 hours before our flight left. They also wanted to charge us $22 per person for a change in pick up day for 3 people in our party. We ended up getting an uber for $40 for the 5 of us since we didn't want to arrive 4 hours early. Overall I don't recommend it. There are easier and cheaper ways to travel.

There is a reason this place has bad reviews. It was convenient, but bad communication on where to go. We used this service in Maui with ease. In Oahu it was a different story. Picked up from the airport was quick. The lady gave us the info we needed for our ride from the hotel back to the airport. That was really nice! Our problems though were we got dropped off at some weird location. Our hotel is the massive Hilton Hawaiian Village. They dropped us off at a separate Hilton branch, leaving us clueless on where to go. We thought it was a mistake because there was shuttle drop off outside our check in area and we saw the speedi shuttles at that drop off location. Plus the slip the gal at the airport gave us said pick up was at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Hereā€™s the day that we are getting picked up. Itā€™s 8:45pm and no one has shown up. I call customer service and the rudest lady comes on to help. She informs me that the driver is at the not Hilton Hawaiian Village location. Even the guy at the shuttle station said it was weird , because Speedi shuttle picks up there all the time. Only thing that was nice was the shuttle driver turned around. Getting off the phone with the support gal was a treat. I said thank you and she just went click. We luckily had a bell hop from our hotel help us find where our shuttle was. No way we would have found it on our own. When we get there, there is a shuttle there that wasnā€™t speedi shuttle. Turns out they had us on a different shuttle too. We would have never known that. If you are in a small hotel you probably wouldnā€™t have any issues. Bigger hotels make sure you ask where pick up and drop off is and what shuttle is getting you.

I Called them to notify them of the change and pick up time due to change in the schedule for airport. Waited about 30 to 40 minutes couple of times to reach someone in the customer service department. She assured me that she will send over the information to Roberts transportation services so that we can be picked up earlier than what was initially planned. We waited in the hotel lobby for 45 minutes at the requested pick up time but no one was there for pick up. When I called their number again , of course they were closed. When I called the Robert transportation service, they told me that nobody from the aloha VIP tour company reached out to them to tell them about any kind of change. Stay away from this company. Will inform Costco travels as well about this horrible experience !
