While I did not book a tour with this company, I had an unpleasant experience interacting with a tour guide named Steve who drove this tour bus attached in the picture on Dec 2, 2023 at 9AM. I admit that I was not parking in the correct spot as I was waiting for my partner to escort our elderly parents to the shuttle stop at Fort Island. Steve came up to me THREE consecutive times to harass me about where I was parking. The first time he did it in front of his tour group and the next two times he came up to me aggressively. I did not want to interact with him as he was being EXTREMELY rude to me, screaming at me before I could even respond. In the third and final encounter, he asked me IF I COULD SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH, while repeatedly gesturing at the parking signs. (You can observe the obvious.) This was where I draw the line to come here to express my frustration and review of my thoughts of this company. Oahu gets A TON of international travelers from all over the world. A tour guide represents the company they work for and must treat their customers and all people with respect. If they cannot speak to people with decency, they should not be working for a tour company. I know this company has glowing reviews but this person should not be working for this highly rated company if they cannot speak to people with respect.

I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide was Humu; he was very fun, knowledgeable; educated us with culture and his own personal experiences being on the island. We really enjoyed him being our guide leader. We ordered the garlic shrimp lunch and it was full of flavor and delicious; wish I got another order to go. Tour bus was clean, good music, met very nice people.

We took the tour bus with Juice! He did a great job! He was very informative and fun. The tour was more enjoyable and interesting with his knowledge beforehand. We also did the city tour and he was so great. If I drove by those places on my own I wouldn’t have known about them. Take the City tour and Pearl Harbor tour with Juice!!!

The tour was amazing! We took the Circle Island Tour with our amazing guide Mo. Mo was fun and knowledgeable and kept a very long day entertaining. Her love for Hawaii and her job made her glow. Mo made herself available for questions and to take photos so every family photo isn’t a selfie. I would definitely recommend this tour and I look forward to come back and checking out other tour options.

We did the Majestic Circle Island tour with Deno. The circle island tour is the best way to kick off your vacation. You get a taste of the entire island of O'ahu with a local. We were given tips on the best restaurants to try and we had all week to check them out. We got to see incredible sights from lookouts to temples to beaches to turtles. O'ahu is a stunning island. Lunch was included and really enhanced the fun of the tour. If you aren't sure where to start I cannot recommend the circle island tour enough and if you're lucky you'll get Deno as your guide.

We took the 6 hour tour of Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri. Nani was our tour guide and was absolutely AMAZING! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the islands history but he also had some hilarious commentary. Truly a great tour guide and guy overall. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to take a tour with him again in the future.

An amazing tour. Humu was a great guy and I learnt so much about Hawaii during the day. He had a great energy and engaged the group well. The bus was just the right size so the group wasn't overly large and it made for ease of movement throughout the day. The sights on the tour were amazing and well worth it if you are here for your first time and not confident enough to venture out on your own. You get a good look at the island throughout the day. Would definitely do again and recommend. Two thumbs up 👍👍

MC Finny was a great tour guide on the green line. Saw beautiful views of Diamond head and the rest of the city. DJ RayRay was very funny and energetic. She was a great tour guide on the blue line. Saw awesome views of the ocean and beaches

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of taking a tour with DJ Ray Ray and if there was a 10 star option I would give it to her! She was outstanding, Ray Ray made it so much fun, I probably laughed the entire time. We rode the "blue line" and the tour was great with beautiful scenery the trolley was clean and in great shape. I would do it again. Thank you Ray Ray & E Noa!

We were privileged to have “Humu Humu” …“Bubba” both drive and educate us today about the amazing Hawaii, and of course Pearl Harbour. Absolute legend tour guide He should switch careers to singing. Whilst the Harbour and memorial was interesting, and important having the wind in your hair on the top deck of the bus was memorable. 😎 Mahalo

We did the Pearl harbour tour and my husband and I highly recommend E Noa tours and especially Kama! Kama was great, really knowledgeable, funny and an overall approachable tour guide! Pick up and drop off were super easy. The tour across the city whilst on our way to pearl harbour was a plus and of course the day well spent at the memorial and remembrance of Pearl harbour itself!

We did the Pearl Harbour tour with Humu, he was so charismatic and fun on the drive there and back, giving us lots of info on Hawaiian culture and history, and pointing out some key landmarks in Honolulu and Waikiki. Pearl Harbour itself was really interesting, we just about had time for the Arizona memorial, the Missouri and the Aviation museum, my favourite part of the place was the museum areas explaining the lead up to the attack and the day itself (exhibitions and video between the snack area and the queue for the Arizona), so don't miss those bits. I'd highly recommend this tour to not only get a trip to Pearl Harbour, but some great insight into the people and islands of Hawaii too.

We had such a phenomenal time on the Majestic Circle Island tour, I could not recommend it enough! Reynold was the friendliest and most knowledgeable tour guide I've ever had, and he was so enthusiastic about the places we went and the history he taught us. A TRUE Hawaii native. The bus ride was comfortable with cold water bottles supplied for free, and the shrimp shack we stopped at for lunch was one of our best meals on the entire island. There were zero hiccups with getting in and out of our multiple destinations. We even stopped at a few places I had already visited on our vacation, but Reynold provided so much more detail and historical context that it felt like I was there for the first time. There were also two 'trainees' on our bus, Nani and 'Kid' -- Reynold did an amazing job of including them in the discussion without it seeming like they were out of place. Everyone on the tour gets involved and they will even pull guests aside to do something fun. E Noa, please give Reynold a raise. Or two. He's like the cool uncle at the family gathering that you could hang out with all day long and never get bored.

My husband and I did the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Tour and had the most amazing time. Nani Popolo was our tour guide and did a fantastic job. He had so much knowledge and personality. I would not only recommend the tour but him personally.

Our tour guide Nani Popolo was was excellent and very knowledgeable. One of the best tour guides I've had in my travels. I will definitely recommend him and Enoa tours to friends and family

Very professional. The tour guide did talk the entire ride there and back giving good information about Oahu. The tour of the memorial was nice. Remember to bring your own water to drink. There is a gift shop and an overpriced snack bar. Overall a good trip.

We took the Majestic Island Tour and were very pleased with our driver/guide Ray Ray. The van was comfortable and arrived on time. We visited all the places that were described in the brochure. I liked the Paty Macadamia Farm Stand visit where they gave out numerous free samples of their delicious macadamia nuts. The grounds of the Buddha Temple were very pretty and peaceful.

This was a delightful excursion around Oahu, thoroughly enjoyable. Aaron was Our host; he was thoughtful & attentive and provided just the right amount of interesting history about the places we saw and the stops we made along the way. He had a very pleasant and relaxed demeanor, tempered with a few funny stories. I’m not normally a fan of packaged tours; the guides are often over the top in their attempts to be funny or ask silly questions. Not so here. I would highly recommend the tour, and you’ll be lucky if you have Aaron as your guide.

My husband and I had such a great time when we went on the pearl harbor tour. Our tour guide was hilarious! I think his name was Uli. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the island. FYI, any bags that are larger than a cellphone and non-transparent must be checked in and the fee is $6.00 to rent a locker at the memorial site.

Chelsie was our tour guide/driver. She was amazing!! Educated us in Hawai’i history and proper pronunciation of Hawaiian words. She was bright, energetic, funny and informative!! I took too many photos to share them all, but I will share a few. Note that this tour does not end until after 5-530pm…not 3-4 pm as was advertised when I purchased this tour. As a result, I had to cancel my sunset cruise. This is not the tour company’s fault - this was Hilton Hawaiian Village wanting my money and not accurately divulging the correct end time.

I had great time on my tour. Very informative. You get to spend a decent amount of time at each of the stops. You get to see parts of the island most tourists don't get to see, especially the north shore. Highly recommend.

My travel partner and I booked a tour to Pearl Harbor which we were both excited to see. The bus/trolley picked us up not far from the hotel which was convenient. While on the ride there, another passenger said they were told that there was no tour for the USS Arizona that day due to a problem with the ferry, yet there was no notification from Noa Tours with this information and I even received a phone call to verify the pick up location. Had they mentioned this we would have had a chance to cancel the tour because honestly without that part of the trip there was a lot of sitting around waiting to leave. I contacted the tour company through the Viator app I booked through and requested a partial refund since we couldn't see everything on the tour and was denied because they are being billed for the full experience so they were billing me for the full thing too. And since I booked 2 tickets I got the same response to both requests for a partial refund. I didn't even ask for a full refund, since we did see some of the things. Their lack of customer service will remind me to avoid them in the future. I only gave one star because the tour guide was the best one we had on the trip, otherwise I would have given zero stars.

Can't go wrong with E Noa Majestic Circle Island Tour! Our guide, Chelsie, was amazing! She arrived early for pick up, was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. It was like touring with an old friend! We saw so much of the Island that we never would have on our own and we learned so much!! Thank you Chelsie! Highly recommend this company, tour and tour guide!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Big Tony on the Circle Island Tour. This tour was the perfect about of history, local lore, and fun. My kids are 26, 13, 11, and 7 and they all loved something different about the tour. Pack a towel to dry off after Waimea Falls and avoid skorts or dresses as the winds are very strong at the first stop. Tony has a great personality and couldn’t be better suited for this type of job.

👍 Overall we had a great time. The crew were super, super amazing. They went out of their way to help my 6 year olds feel comfortable.
