👍👍 We took the circle tour with Walli as our tour guide. What a great leisurely and informative day. I really feel I know much more about the Hawaiian culture and the island. Never heard this history in a textbook. Our driver was excellent also. Don't have one bad thing to say about our adventure. People often mention tour, guide, Pearl, recommend, driver, Harbor, time, Polynesian, company, Arizona,

SCAM ALERT - this company books free tickets to the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial and then resales them as a tour. Don't support this shady company and unethical tactics.

I would have to say that the Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona portion of the tour was a highlight for us. We did enjoy hearing about the rich Hawaiian history as well. Ernie our guide was excellent he toured us around on time and with smooth delight. His knowledge of Hawaiian and Polynesian History surpasses anything you could learn from a text book. His personal stories were amazing. You can tell he loves his job and sharing the history with visitors. His humor and kind heart made the experience so enjoyable and memorable. I would give him 10 stars ⭐️

The Memorial and exhibits are amazing - absolutely recommend. The tour company made it easy BUT schedule wasn’t communicated at the very start - how much time for each stop. The issue with the bags what can and can’t be in the bus when we go to USS Missouri didn’t make sense Skip the city tour and give more time at the park Garfield was a good driver, entertaining, and shared some rich history with us

My husband and I took a North Shore Circle tour and loved it! Our driver/tour guide was excellent!! We stopped at some of the most beautiful stops along the shore, visited Dole Plantation (where the pineapple whip was to die for) and also stopped and toured Kualoa Ranch. The day was packed with so much and our tour guide, Tommy, was very knowledgeable about the Island and it's history. We recommend this tour! It made our stay so much better!! Thank you to our friends at Polynesian Tours, you are the best! Jim and Carolyn

Highly recommend the Pearl Harbour tour. Our guide (I think his name was Chris) was extremely knowledgeable, funny & friendly. There is so much to see at Pearl Harbour I wish we had more time there but on the way there you learn alot about Hawaii's history going through the city as well. Was one of many highlights of our trip!

Ms. Lehua was incredible! Her pride and passion for her state and her people is beautifully evident as she welcomed us all with her true Aloha spirit. She is entertaining, knowledgeable, gracious and added so much more depth to our day with her humour. We also loved our Hawaiian language lessons! Mahalo 🌴

We did the 39 World War II Heroes Deluxe tour with Kimoke’o. The tour was memorable and Kimoke’o knowledge and humor added so much to our day. I would highly recommend Kimoke’o to take you on a tour. Thank you. Sandy & Vic

We took the Oahu Grand Circle Tour. Excellent experience! We were picked up very close to our hotel. Our outstanding driver & extraordinaire guide was Wes! Wes grew up on the island and provided us with wonderful stories and facts as he drove us around Oahu. Wes pointed out many highlights and special tidbits that we would have missed if we were on our own. We were in a full size bus which was very comfortable and put us high enough over the cars around us. You won’t be disappointed if you take this tour!

We did the diamond head hike and Oahu tour with Stephanie. She was the best! Wonderful and kind woman. So knowledgeable. Really made our tour special. We highly recommend her!! She really helped us make memories. Thank you Stephanie!! We also did the Pearl Harbor tour but honestly it was just Ok. We had frank who was a nice guy but a bit disorganized and was very repetitive to the point we lost a bit of our touring time having to listen to him. We realize he was being thorough but it was a bit much. The aviation museum was just average. People we toured with said the museum in Dayton was a heck of a lot better The Arizona memorial was surreal. The Missouri was cool - we could have used more time there as we had to rush through at the end to get back to the bus.

Very friendly tour bus driver who delivered non stop information. The helicopter tour was great with a pilot who genuinely seemed to enjoy being our guide. The travel from Oahu was easily coordinated in advance. It was worth it!

***** goes to our tour guide / driver Gensin! Gensin, for 3 full days, made everyone comfortable, provided excellent information about all the areas of Oahu we toured, of which there were several. With his help we saw Pearl Harbor, we enjoyed the Polynesian Cultural Center, visited the famous Dole Plantation, a Buddhist temple and we enjoyed lunch while visiting Kualoa Ranch as well as seeing world class surfing and Diamond Head beach. We also saw Chinatown within Honolulu and visited the Lolani Palace. Polynesian Adventure Tours was chosen for us as part of a land - cruise package through Norwegian Cruise Lines. Gensin’s depiction of all the finest points of Oahu will remain a favorite part of our visit to Hawaii

Whilst on holidays from Australia it was my biggest wish to see the Arizona Memorial, to pay my respects to the fallen & thank America for its efforts in the Pacific. Unfortunately this did not eventuate as we were advised that it was too windy & that no more boats would be heading to the Memorial. Come on!! I am an experienced boatie & would not question taking my family across to the Arizona in a 10ft dingie. The wind on the water was no more than 10 to 15 knots, and the tour was cancelled due to winds apparently 'higher than 30 knots'! The Tour guide from Polynesian Adventures advised that this is becoming a common occurrence. There was no prior warning when booking tickets that the above would happen & if it is becoming more common (and the wind conditions have been exactly the same all week) then why would the guide take us to every other venue & leave the Arizona until the afternoon when the likelihood of the wind increasing is a very big possibility???? My advice, don't bother with a Tour company not worth it & don't leave the best til last especially if your flight is booked early the next morning.

We went to the Arizona today with our two kids (age 4 and 6). Our driver was Kimoke’o and he was amazing!! We really enjoyed the tour of the city, his humor and his stories. We would recommend him (and Polynesian Adventures) to anyone visiting!

Disorganized and not a clear explanation of what the protocol was. Our guide was very confusing when he tried to tell anyone what do it , then he would change his whole speech and back track. I would NOT recommend this agency!

I booked The Grand Circle Tour on 6/08/22. Our guide was Cousin Guy. The itinerary stated we were having lunch provided at Waimea Valley and a swim. The Waimea Valley was closed that day. After a few calls, Cousin Guy stated that Polynesian Adventure, our tour operator, would refund 50% of our lunch cost and that we had to call the company that we booked the tour with, in this case Hawaii Tours, and ask them to refund the other 50% of lunch. We stopped at the North Shore and ate there from a Japanese food truck. $55 dollars extra on top of the $165pp. This is a lot of money. I already contacted this company and Polynesian Adventure while in Hawaii, via email and phone, and have not received a response. Last time we called in July, Hawaii Tours stated someone would get back to us. No reply yet. There was 7 people on that van that day, including us. I hope they find the time to leave a review and complain about not getting their refund.

It was Fantastic! Me and hub learned about the different cultures - their food, dance, etc. I'll definitely visit again when I return to Oahu.

Overall the experience was good. Super convenient that they pick you up pretty much in front of your hotel. The van was nice though the seats were extremely uncomfortable. The driver/tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously knew a lot about the history of Maui and Mt Haleakala. The breakfast was OK. Not great but not bad either. The sunrise was amazing! That itself is worth the entire trip. Why 3 stars? Because it was not worth $200+ per person. I'm sorry but there is no way I am paying that amount again for this kind of tour. I could have rented a nice vehicle and driven to Mt Haleakala and feed all 5 of us for $400 instead of the $1000 we spent. There has to be a lot more to the tour than what they gave us. We didn't get a single gift item, shirt, souvenir, anything from Polynesian Adventure for $1000?! Sorry but not doing this again nor can I recommend this to my friends.

Everything about this tour was amazing! This was our first time to the island and we could not be happier with our choice of tours. Our driver/guide, Ernie was phenomenal and not only provided so much information about the island, but his personality, and even his jokes, kept us smiling all day. The personal touches that he added to the tour made what was already an amazing time, filled with great stops, even more enjoyable. We won’t soon forget our experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the sights.

Our Pearl Harbor and Honolulu tour was a great experience and very reasonably priced. Our tour guide/bus driver was interesting and entertaining. She was very clear about how to have a successful visit when at Pearl Harbor. We appreciated being picked up and returned to our hotel.

My husband and I did the Polynesian Cultural Center tour which was way beyond our expectations. We highly recommend doing the super ambassador level for the best seats and a personal guide. Worth every penny! Today we did the Pearl Harbor full day tour. This was a tour of four sites. It was, for us, emotional and very educational. I want to add that both of the drivers for our tours were exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii and also were very good natured and funny. Our personal guide at the Polynesian Cultural Center was absolutely outstanding! We have no problem highly recommending this fine company for these tours.

Very disappointed! Dock at Arizona collapsed the day before and we weren't notified where we could have an option to cancel. They had plenty of time to notify us. Found out later the punchbowl and Arizona was no actual charge and free to public. Get a Uber! Save yourself $$. We think the bus had microphones in back, as the driver heard our complaints.

Had soooo much fun on this tour. Our guide Kimekeo was AWESOME. He immersed us in the feeling as if we were in Pearl Harbor the evening before and the morning of the events of Pearl Harbor. Knowledge of that day through his family made it seem that more real. By time we got to the base, you could definitely feel the emotion of the bus passengers get serious about the respect of the fallen. His jokes were awesome too. REALLY GREAT GUIDE. IF YOY GET THE CHANCE, BOOK WITH HIM......COULDNT ask for anyone better. THANK YOU KIMEKEO😁😁😁😁😁😁 before and the morning of. The details that his family gave him were so wonderful. He definitely made is feel Ohana. His jokes
