My daughter and I did the Segway tour and really enjoyed the staff and riding the segways around Waikiki at sunset. It was a little pricey but ended up being worth it especially if you have never had a chance to ride one. Michael was a great guide! It was even safe enough for a 10 year old.

Booked a Diamond Head Segway tour for myself, husband, and son. Place was a little hard to find, but called,they answered immediately and set me on the right track. Michael was our guide and he was all kinds of awesome. Super friendly, lots of good information, played good music through the earpieces. 😀 . Each person gets an earpiece and the guide can talk to you while you’re on the Segway which is really cool. Definitely would recommend this place and can’t wait to do another tour next time we’re in the area!

Riding a Segway has been something i always wanted to do but never had had a chance. When I saw some, what seemed like novices, riding Segways in Waikiki, I searched it on the Google map and found your business. I appreciated the training in your office which was enough to get me on the road. Once out, our guide - Danny - showed us how to handle curbs and hills very nicely. He also explained a lot of the features of Diamond Head and the surfing culture. All in all the experience was truly worth the price. Tipping is earned and appreciated by the guides, so be generous! Also the Google Map is a bit hard to read for this as the actual store is located inside a little mall. The address numbers are on the wall - just follow it in to inside the mall instead of the map route.

We were lucky enough to have a private tour with the very knowledgeable Jaclyn yesterday! So much fun! We saw stunning views over the most beautiful coastline, learnt about the early settlers to Honolulu and saw some fabulous houses. A fun and informative 2 hours. Definitely a must if you are in Honolulu.

I love Segway tbh, so feedback could be biased. Diamonhead tour was great, Jacklyn as guide was great. If you want to look around and drive with some speed - it is the choice.

Segway of Hawaii, Waikiki is the best run Segway tour anywhere in the USA, probably the world. First class operation. Located at the East end of the Beach. The store is Very nice and the help is extremely well trained and informed. Most tour guides speak Japanese as well as English. These guys provide a full "experience " and will even recommend other things to do as well as restaurants and will go the extra mile and book events and reservations for you. Highly recommended. I should add that I don't work for them, I live in NH but I am very familiar with Segways and Segway tours.

Booked at the last minute- I was a little skeptical at first: I'm the most uncoordinated person on the planet and it truly took about three minutes before it felt intuitive and so much fun! We did the introductory tour with Michael as I wasn't sure if my 10 yo would get it, but, well, you know kids, they pick up physical skills so fast! We had an awesome time and only wish we had had longer. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. Defo recommended

The tour was superb. It was a bit expensive, but so is everything else, and I thought this was the best tour I did on Oahu. If you're looking to try a segway, look these guys up. They are a first class operation, and you'll go home with some pretty cool photos.

4 star tour with an excessive emphasis on collecting gratuity. When you call to book the tour, they need a credit card to hold your reservation. However, they also ask if you want to charge gratuity to your card at that time. I firmly believe gratuity/tips are for a job well-done and cannot be prepaid. When we arrived at the tour start location, they asked to see the physical credit card and again asked about prepaid gratuity/tips. When we returned at the end of the tour, they handed us a rating card to fill out and literally a 3in X 6in gratuity calculation matrix. To make it worse, when I did reach into my wallet to fetch a tip... they were peering into it. As for the tour itself, riding the Segways was fun and its amazing how easy they are to ride. The tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. The only downside is the earpieces they give you hear the guide. The earpieces are continuously a source of pain because they don't fit the ear very well. Also, the guide's voices is garbled at times.
