Slow service and a lot of mistakes when a customer is making an order. Someone that ordered after me, had their order made before mine. I suggest the worker named "Melia" to look at the orders carefully.

I drove 45minutes in traffic to get here because their Google hours said they would be open until 10pm. However, when I arrived they had a hand written sign on the door saying they were closed for a catering order. When I called into the shop to confirm, because surely they wouldn't be that disrespectful of their customers, the woman on the phone hung up on me. Total disregard.

The people who worked over there me and my friends the smoothies last, while we had order first from the long line. Everyone that order after us had left with their smoothies while I had to wait for mines a whole 10 minutes.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE GOOGLE LINK! It charged me $10.24 for a medium smoothie that is $7.79 in the store, plus there’s a service fee even with pickup. Serious rip off, and they do nothing (I don’t think they can) in the store when you ask about it. They were friendly about it, but the system is messed up. This needs to be fixed

This location is usually relatively fast and tidy. But today during what looked like two people switching out or one trying to go home. What i believe was the woman leading or in charge was yelling, flailing her arms, and cussing at this local boy more than loud enough for us to hear, thank god my children weren’t there. But seriously it looked like he tried calming her down or ending the altercation but I was definitely shocked considering this location is usually spot on. I would’ve said something but she had left before I could and the male went into the back so I didn’t bother checking on him.

Update: originally gave this place 4 stars for the longest time, but I swear this place will go out of business soon. They jack up the price of everything, especially the acai bowl, it's $10.50 now! Yea, and on top of they they were change on the bowl. Yea, bye jamba. Original post: Service was good, sells person was very polite and friendly. The shake (orange dream machine) and acai bowl was made very well here.

My go-to spot since it's close to my job. Employees are friendly and quick to make your order. 8/10 they have exactly what I want when I go.

Aloha as soon as you walk in this JJ. Since I had a special request the staff went to deliberate lengths to explain the menu personally and made sure that I understood my options. This kind of service deserves nothing less than my 5 star rating. The place was squeeky clean and my drink came to me with a smile. I was politely asked if I needed anything else by two helpful employees. Just some photos, I answered.

Quick, friendly service. The shop was very clean and well kept. There is dedicated 10 minute parking just for customers right in front. You can also peek into Ice Palace at the back of the eatery!

We have been here a few times since it opened and it is a clean and simple location. Not as large as other locations but convenient and fast. Parking is ample but generally taken up by Ice Palace and other businesses. Staff is knowledgeable , friendly and my orders came out right each time. I know how that sounds but you would be surprised. They even knew about seasonal items like Merry Berry which is discontinued but they were able to make it since it was renamed.

Absolute worst service I have ever received at a Jamba Juice. Worker who took my order was completely uninterested, mumbled, no greeting. After working on order he proceeded to wash dishes and didn’t even tell me my order was ready. I had to reach over the counter and get them. He never even stopped washing stuff or made any further attempt to communicate at all. Horrible experience.

I order and pay on the app, walk in and pick up! Has worked every time. I would like to be able to tip on the app though.

Always good for a quick, fairly reasonably priced snack. Taste is always consistent. I like their fresh fruit options. They, along with the Stadium Mall itself and Ice Palace, have free #TWCWiFi.

Clean smoothie shop in the stadium mall center by ice palace. A1 smoothies and wonderful employees. Highly recommend the greens and ginger smoothie

Want to waste money? This is pathetic, I didn’t expect to pay that much for so little. Couldn’t spare the expense to fill it up, could you Jamba Juice? Not impressed.
