So nice! Affordable ($16 for 3+ hours), clean, lots of parking, sizes for little kids as small as an 8, snack bar inside (we got popcorn for $3). Just such a lovely alternative activity to have on the island.

After waiting 2 hours in line, and being the 3rd closest party to the front entrance, we were told that due to capacity limits, we’re unable to enter. This was at 4pm when they close at 6pm. Still 2 hours to spare and they decide to close it as I see more than 20 people leave the building. The lady was very impolite by telling everyone to just leave and go home. I believe the minimum ice palace could have done was to give the frontal half of the line, front of the line tickets for next time they come, especially after waiting that long. Many upset faces with no reasonable solution. Closing 2 hours before actual closing time knowing people will leave in those 2 hours.

The only all service ice skating rink on island! Open skate is a riot, but they also have classes for all ages and skill levels. There are tons of instructors and they are great with the kids! My child loves going to lessons!

Management was really bad, waited 2 hours in line just for them to say that they were not selling anymore tickets even though it was 2 full hours before they close due to full capacity and offered no form compensation at all nor were there any warnings that they could suspend ticket sales prior to then. When asked if we can wait and go in once people leave they very rudely said to leave or they will call security. The older lady working at the front was very rude and condescending at times even swearing at this other local guy. Would not recommend!

I am writing this with complete tears and shock, with shivering hands that forces me to keep writing for the greater good. I want to start by mentioning the horrible staff and horrible customer service. Poor management skills and efforts, to produce good quality and satisfaction for customers. Also, not to mention one of the lady staff assaulting us that left us bruised and scarred mentally and physically. Please do better, I want my childhood back!!

Great to have this place open. Wait was long. They should really look into online payments line would be shorter and for the food get more helpers or have a floater that can fill in where ever theres a need. Felt like there was to much people in the skates and needed more in the food service, but those 2 ladies managed it.

This was a great activity to do with the kid's to get them out. Burn some energy great price. Bring sweat pants and a hoodie. The temperature drops tremendously after you get your tickets and work through the door. The food is just basic concession stand food nothing special. Being in a plaza and having all the fast food places around. I would recommend eating there first and then going skating. There are so many more better options to choose from. Bring 50 cents for the lockers or roll around with a pocket full of quarters after getting change. Last of all, don't worry about being good at skating they have it broken up into two sections for beginners and advanced. They also provide a walker you can use to help guide you through the process of skating safely. I hope this helps you out and have an amazing day 🤙🏽

This place is one of the best childhood memories I have. Me and all my cousins and friends used to come here on weekends, for what was the place to be on the island. You could either jam videogames, eat saimin, or get on the floor and skate. The music was always bumping, lots of lights and colors to keep it interesting. So much fun to be at, I loved going there every weekend. The staff was like a family, they were so welcoming. The top floor private party area was perfect for parties too. One of the best places to throw a party at on the island. Loved running up and down those stairs, either to get on the ice or pound some grinds. I used to play ice hockey over there, and lucked out because I would just hang out after. So much fun, can't wait for it to come back soon.

I remember as a kid going to this amazing place, and having fun. It is the only place on this island that have a ice skating ring. For quite some time (like two years), Ice Place has been closed. The only reason that has been given to the community is because of Covid-19. Ice Place hasn’t shared any update of how they are reconstructing it to make it a Covid safe area, or how we can help.

After waiting over 2 hours, management came out to tell the line that was waiting to salt lake blvd that they were at max capacity. Poor management. His excuse was that some days its short and some not. Responded to him with its a holiday so wouldnt you come out to count, check. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "well we not letting people in" worst management ever. Get your management in check if you know that this place recently opened. Have better customer service and hire people who care.

For random things being in Hawaii, this is one of the better ones. There are video games and a snack shop with pizza, chips, candy, and soda/hot chocolate. There is a party room upstairs and common seating down. It's not crazy expensive to rent skates. Wear gloves and pants at the least. A smaller area is for beginners and then a big area for experienced skaters. Go during Christmas. It's well worth it to feel like it's Winter for a day.

Management needs to get a better system. Stood in line from 1:45 (we started at Goodyear). Finally we are standing in line right by Pizza Hut, it's about 4:10 4:15 when a woman came out with the biggest smile on her face telling the crowd they're no longer selling tickets that they ran out of tickets to sell. The Skating Session is from 2:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. First of all how do you not know you only have 100 to 150 tickets available when you see a line out there that is more than the amount of tickets you have ? how do the management not come out and cut off the line way before the tickets are sold? We were even willing to wait there for people to come out so we could enter because we already been standing in that line for over 2 hours we was right there there was only 20 more people in front of us. We didn't even care if we only had 45 minutes to skate we still was going to pay the full amount. The lady manager had no compassion she was laughing. She had the biggest smile from the beginning not even trying to fake like she cares that she has to turn away all these people. it literally look like it brought her Joy. Sad to to know if their manager is that way wonder how the staff is?

For an experience you were not expecting, try ice skating in Hawai'i. Taught our kids to ice skate here and they loved it. Prices are reasonable with skates for little ones up to full grown adults. No entry fee, just have to pay for skates. There is a snack bar, but we are here during the day and it is not open. Maybe it will open when the rink is busier. There is an area set aside for beginners, which is a great touch. Also, hockey nets are sitting around so I presume they have hockey at some point. There are hours for free skate, too. Decent amount of parking, not terribly hard to get to, just follow your GPS. We'll be heading back!

***Tons of fun*** Went for a birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. The skates are blunt so you don't have to worry about sharp stuff everywhere but it doesn't seem to affect the ability to skate much. They also zamboni the ice about every hour so it doesn't get too hard to skate on. Food is expensive, but for the convenience it's about on par. Skates are included in the $16 per person price. They also have music playing and it reminded me of being a kid on a Saturday night at the roller rink. Very enjoyable overall.

I think they are working through the kinks of organization since reopening. It would be helpful that timed sessions with patron CAP on the rink be implemented. At least during high traffic hours to limit accidents, exhaustive lines, employee burnout, theft, and everything else that goes along with over crowding and (mostly) child/teen activity. Other than that, being on the ice in tropical weather is awesome and it’s great they reopened.

I do not recommend lessons for small children. The lessons for small children are a bit pointless because they have them stand around instead of getting them moving and skating. I watched my daughter for the whole 30 minute lesson, which they start late and end early, standing not skating not of the time. It was just at the very end that they would join the other kids and actually skate. Very weird. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

It’s very warm inside of this ice rink, which is really unusual and it was incredible because you are not freezing when you are skating around at this rink! It’s really incredible. They have music, lights and high end food, drinks, and snacks! It’s basically like a high class roller rink only your ice-skating! Amazing and super fun!

Overall good, I liked the price of $ 16 (for 5 hours), there is parking, a food court. But there are a lot of people, it is impossible to ride. And the skates are uncomfortable, wet.

Seems the same as before, maybe the bleachers are newer. It's crowded but not unreasonably, so you have room to move around. Prices are reasonable for staying as long as you want. Game machines are down. Haven't tried the food lately as there are many places to eat in Stadium Mall. Parking is plentiful but not enough for the skating and food crowds so go early. Overall a good experience. We were there early when it opened so not sure about the evening and afternoon crowd.

I mean all of them is alright but they should make it safer. I went there today and most of the silver thing you hold on went to grown adults/teenagers they should put out more

The last time I went it was amazing, and fun. I got to go with my family and it was 10 times more fun. How we kept on nearly slipping and just cracking up. I miss those days

The ice wasn't very smooth when I went but it was around Christmas time so maybe that was the reason. It was also very crowded. We had to wait in line for a walker and it took a while because no one was in charge of making sure everyone got a turn.

Always fun to get on the ice in the middle of a tropical island. A little busy midday on the weekend but thins out in the afternoon. Hard not to give this place five stars but I wish they had more food to choose from!

Awesome place to bring the whole family, great snacks, fun games, and friendly staff. The ice is regularly zambonied and on-ice staff are very responsible and vigilant about safety. There is a roped off area with training sleds for the smaller kids and beginning skaters. General admission is $11.50 and they do ask for ID with card purchases.

Growing up as a teen this place shared some of my best memories, and the service is family friendly while being the safest place (and only place) to ice skate here in the tropical islands. Ice Palace also hosts sports teams that play hockey and figure skating. This is truly and island treasure.
