I asked for light ice on my venti drink and paid full price only for them to fill my drink half full… they said they could put in more ice to make it look more full but they would not put more drink in it. I don’t know why I paid full price for a large drink only to get the cup half full. Don’t go to this star bucks if you like paying full price for half of a drink

Tons of aloha - some of the best customer service at this location. We randomly find sweet notes on our treat bags. :) Easy parking. This store is less busy than some of the other locations so you have a better chance at finding merchandise and seasonal items.

We waited for 20 minutes at the register area and nobody came to help us. I asked a cashier and she said they must be on break. Okay… so what do I do? She said, “nothing, she’s on break”. Wow! Excellent customer service. Will never come back here again.

Do not bother mobile ordering at this terrible location. I waited 20 minutes for my order because they forgot to even check for mobile orders. I had to say something more than once. Multiple people were coming into the store, ordering, and getting their orders before me. What’s the point of mobile ordering if they’re just going to ignore it? This also is not the first time this has happened. Go to a different Starbucks location if you want to get to work on time.

The baristas, especially Kanoe, we’re extremely kind and hard working ! She noticed that I was getting my morning coffee before work , so she asked if I wanted my coffee warm instead of hot so I can start sipping on it onnnn the way to work!! I really spectate their customer service and made the start of my week so much better (:

Favorite Starbucks in Pearl Harbor area. Quick. Friendly. Accurate orders. Clean.

One of the quickest in the area since not too many people stop here.

Gave me someone else’s drink from Uber eats delivery and didn’t have a solution to fix the problem. Now I’m stuck with a cold brew I never wanted! Thanks a lot to the person that doesn’t know how to read.

The workers try their best, sometimes the place is busy, but they keep up. My coffee was good.

I went there to study since the other Starbucks had not tables and I didn't want to sit outside. However going there it was empty and was able to find seats easy. But I needed to use the bathroom and for some strange reason they closed the bathroom I asked if I could have the door code to use the restroom and the lady working there told me, " No we closed it already." I asked why since it was only 230 and they don't close until 6. She ignored my question and told me "Go use the McDonalds bathroom were closed." I was planning on staying another hour or so to study as I usually do at a coffee shop but after that conversation I left. If I was going to have to pack up all my stuff and walk across the street to use the bathroom I'm not staying. I left and went elsewhere to study never coming back to this Starbucks. coffee was fine just like any other Starbucks but the bathroom situation was ridiculous I'm not wasting my time there.

I ordered a venti coffee and they gave me my drink half full. I asked why it wasn’t full and they told me it’s just the way the drink was. I paid $7 for a coffee that wasn’t even half full and mostly ice. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

I love Starbucks! My Go to drink is a white chocolate mocha but love my peppermint mocha during Christmas! Also, always gotta get the banana nut bread warm! 🤤 The new grilled cheese sandwich is really good as well

I love this location! They’re always busy when I come, but they work fast and are courteous to customers. They remember the usual customers.

Had a sad morning. Was already having a hectic morning so I stopped by for a caramel apple cider. Verified it was mine before I grabbed it. They had double cupped it because they ran out of cozies so I couldn't see the sticker and it was hot. So I let it cool during my drive and went to take a drink and it was a pumpkin spice latte. Super disappointed 😞 I like PSLs too usually but I'm pregnant and limited on my caffeine and it was unsweetened, so not something I could even swap.

Although the coffee was good as usual. We were in a rush and tried the curbside pick up....and I ended up having to go in to get the coffee. The guy inside was like "oh did you have curbside?" and just handed me the coffee that was sitting there. I did only see 2 people working, short staffed maybe? Anyways we will be back but no curbside pick up.

This is my favorite Starbucks location on island. The regular staff know me by name and are always super nice. The customer service is so good that I keep coming back even when it's not in my budget. 😆

Before going to Starbucks I double checked hours of operation because, last time they were closed. Despite stating they were open upon arrival I discovered they were closed again what a waste of time!
