I've lived here for quite a few years, and I used to enjoy the cleanliness from the previous staff. The current housekeeping employees are very nice , but the older lady never, and I mean never vacuums our floor, I always see her picking up rubbish with broom and dust pan. I can see the dust build up all along the edges in the hallway. There are spiders and cob webs along the ceilings of the elevator lobbies, the freight elevator floor looks nasty, it has never been mopped, inside elevator stainless steel never gets wiped down, the only place I see her spending time in, is the laundry room. Each employee has 40 hours a week to take care of 12 floors each, even if any of the above issues is done even once a week, the building would look so much better. The previous staff had the same amount of hours, and I could hear them vacuuming a couple of times a week, along with doing everything else mentioned. The resident manager Charles, needs to do a better job at delegating duties, and checking on his employees' work. On the other hand, the landscapers do a great job.

Lived there for a few years. The outside is nice and the security guys were competent. The apartments are tiny and overpriced.

Love how we now have air conditioning in the new and improved lobby, living high is very nice, very secured with a key card thingy, with two pools, one for kids and a normal huge one, if you live on the side where you can see the pool and live around the 15-23 floor, you can see the airport and beautiful oceans plus the school, Aliamanu elementary and Aliamanu middle

The rent is reasonable (2B2b @ $1,800), the security guards & property manager are personable, and the tenants are friendly. With a pleasant atmosphere, perfect location (close to the airport & Waikiki), you might find these rent/own condos a good fit for your life in Hawaii.

My wife and I lived in Century West for over 3 years while stationed in Fort Shafter before moving to Tampa, FL. Although the our two bedroom condo was small (like most condos in Honolulu), we loved the place and the staff; and we still refer to it as our second home. Charley and Sara are extremely friendly and accommodating! Most of the security guards, maintenance personnel, and neighbors were friendly as well. Our landlord (Ken) was very friendly, helpful, and charged a reasonable rental rate. Even our friends were impressed with the facility, and visited us often. One friend decided to move-in on one of the upper floors. Mahalo, Century West; and Aloha!!!! :)

👍👍 Rebecca and her team are caring and truly customer service focussed. Our family of four (2 small kids) moved from the mainland and stayed almost one month. We loved sitting out on the Lanai each morning. The entire team made us feel like family and we are very grateful for the warm welcome. Highly r...

👍👍 I would stay here again. It was under my VI program if anyone needs to know where they might stay in the aloha towers. Our room was nice and clean and modern. The building seems a little old but nice. Definitely enjoyed the views from our 11th story room and the pool and hot tub many times.
