I only had the hot pot and thought it was ok. They have other options that are entrees my aunt raves about so I'll give it a try next time. The service adds another star, very sweet restaurant manager is a manifestation of the aloha spirit, that by itself is worth keeping this place alive.

The lady that runs the place is so nice. She remembers who you are even after not seeing you for a very long time. I've tried every shabu shabu broth. Many choices of meats and veggie toppings. Definitely a place to bring friends/family visiting Oahu.

This place was perfection for us. They're open later than most, are homey and casual, and serve large portions of tasty vegetarian food at a very reasonable price. The woman who runs the place is so charming and made us custom dishes based on what we were hungry for, and besides that the spicy sauteed lemongrass tofu was delicious.

Green Papaya is now on the corner of Young St. and Keeaumoku St. it’s now combined with Pot Pot Shabu Buffet under the same owner. So now you can get either the same old Green Papaya menu, which is excellent, or shabu shabu hot pot. The new space offers a lot more parking options than their old place and the restaurant space itself is larger and nicer. For the shabu shabu side, they have a ton of choices for meats and veggies in the refrigerators (see photos). And as for the Green Papaya, they still have the best spring rolls and Tom Yum on the island!

It's a nice place to have some good food. My favorite is the tom yum, spring rolls and they make fresh lemonade or iced tea lemonade. Yum!

I haven’t dined in but their food is INCREDIBLE. Loads of vegetarian options. I highly recommend Thai’s Spicy Tofu Sour Soup. It’s so flavorful. I got the crispy noodles today and don’t really know how to eat it but it’s also great nevertheless. The staff is friendly when I call to place my order and helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend this spot!

Bland junky food and they gave me uncooked noodles for takeout that I had to cook myself. Like no kidding, they gave me dry uncooked noodles and tried to tell me they are "refried". And the sauce... it made me think I had covid cuz I couldnt taste it.

Really good food here! The pho is really popular but they also serve a bunch of other amazing dishes

Customer service was good. I liked the avocado shake. Overall the food tasted good.

We picked up our order and two items were forgotten. I had the pad thai tofu and honestly it was bad. I've had freezer pad thai that was better. The rest of my party enjoyed their food. I liked the huge menu with plenty of veggie options. I would probably try the restaurant again.

My first time placing an order here and the order was not correct. I ordered two chicken pho and only received one. When I called to complain they were rude on the phone. There’s plenty of Vietnamese restaurants on Oahu, and I do not recommend this one. The next time a customer complains about their order you should at least apologize to prevent a bad review like this. It wasn’t just the bad customer service, they skimp on the meat. Take your $17 elsewhere.

The food was delicious. Heidi was very kind and attentive and suggested we try the vegetarian spring rolls, the green papaya salad, thai tofu spicy noodle soup and the curried vegetables. Everything was delicious and fresh and well made. Will definitely visit again.

I ordered food on door dash. Waited for over an hour. Door dash tried reaching out to the restaurant twice before cancelling my order. I myself called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Costumer service here stinks.

We ordered the tofu curry from DoorDash. It was very quick and warm. It came with noodles instead of rice and only had tofu, potatoes, onion and carrots. I think my grandma expected more veggies since she’s vegetarian but as she was sick and this was fast it got the job done. Thanks

I had the BBQ chicken and pork chop rice and it was very yummy and savory. The seasoning was tasty. This will be my go-to Vietnamese restaurant.

Mom and Pop atmosphere with excellent customer service, and the soups are tasty. The only thing I wish in the hot pot are Manila clams.
