Being that my family lives a short walk away … we frequent Liko’s … Hawaii Kai has a mostly dull & dated food scene … Liko’s brings something more desirable for locals in the area or anyone passing thru. The tap beer selection is very solid & the big bar is enticing with a happy hour menu throughout the restaurant. They have a big selection of craft cocktails, I’ve dabbled with many … fun drinks! It’s expensive overall, but a locally owned spot with beautiful marina views & breezes. I love the high ceilings and TVs but I’m always a little confused on what they’re playing? You want to think it’s a sports bar but it doesn’t have that vibe being that there’s no TV volume and sometimes larger sporting events don’t even seem to be on? The food is like most upscale bar eateries … except they highlight & source local ingredients. The menu isn’t very long but there’s something for everyone for the most part. Our kids love their food items .. even tho there’s not really a kids menu, they have items that work well. I’d say the vibe is very enjoyable and the food is solid but the price point isn’t matched in my opinion … it’s pretty trendy in the evenings, so expect a wait. They have friendly staff & service. Feel good supporting every visit!

I went for Brunch on a Sunday and ordered the two egg breakfast with bacon. The bacon is absolutely delicious. Thick, well cooked, light sweetness. The greens were lightly dressed and tasted so fresh. Service was quick and friendly!

Dinner was absolutely fantastic! We had a table water side and it was beautiful. We ordered the 24 hour Prime rib and it was delicious, and definitely a large portion $44 , and the Fresh Catch fish of the day $45. The only thing I would say is that our service, Server, was not the best. After our food was brought to the table, nobody even came back to check to make sure that everything was okay, and I had to physically get up and go ask for salt, as well as to pay my tab. I didn't expect to pay $50 a plate and have to get up and down. Could've been a fluke, but I would definitely go back, as well as recommend Liko's. Although I was there with my son, I thought it would be a great place for a romantic lunch or dinner.

Checked out this place for dinner with some friends. The place wasn't busy, and we got sat right away. The service was great, and the staff was friendly. I would say the food was overpriced for what it was, compared to nearby places, and it was just okay. Our food did come out quick. Drink prices were fine and they had a good selection of cocktails and beers. Their beer list was a bunch of light beers and a bown, Guinness, and a local stout being their only dark beers.

We got seven plates of a variety with nachos and wings. The nacho and wings were good but the fish tacos and Bacon sandwich was substandard. Most agreed fast food would have been a fraction and tasted better and wouldn't warrant trying to flag down a waiter Everytime.

This place is awesome! Had my daughters after wedding meal there. Fabulous and very tasty food. Great prices. We reserved this as our supper venue online from South Dakota. Nick, owner kept in touch and chef fixed extra prime rib. The staff were flawless. Diego and bartenders made us feel like anything we wanted was available to us. They took such great care of us and especially the bride and groom. I would give these people and Liko’s a 10+++. We are so appreciative of the extra care and attention given to us. Do not hesitate to book for family meal or wedding after meal. Loved this place❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came for dinner reservation for 4 adults and infant in stroller, at 5:30 and were seated in 5 min. by friendly host. A hot day but fans kept the air moving and our server brought ice water immediately. We were seated just inside the open patio with beautiful views of mountain and water in 3 directions. Drinks were strong and perfect; Cosmo, Dirty Martinis and Blackberry Whiskey Lemonade. The appetizer of 2 types of hummus with olives, feta cheese, artichokes, etc. was delicious. Salad of arugula was delicious. My catch of the day had crispy skin and was a tiny bit dry but still delicious; 2 sauces accompanied the dish and couscous, asparagus, arugala. Shrimp were huge, with interesting, delicious mushrooms. Ribeye and burger were cooked perfectly to order and fries were crispy. Service was prompt, polite and friendly. An expensive meal but worth it. I highly recommend Liko's.

Their grilled cheese is a hit with my 2 kids!! They request it if we’re even driving past Hawaii Kai! Their loco moco was good, but it was almost ‘too high end’ for my taste. I just wanted some good, thick gravy on my egg and hamburger patty. Instead I had a drizzle of gravy over it that was good, but just not drenched in it like I’m used to for my Loco Moco’s. Their salad with Papaya dressing was just delicious!

If you’re looking for a great place on the east side for pau hana with co-workers, family or friends, Liko’s is a great option. Located right on the marina with plenty of parking, not only do they serve great food and cold drinks, but if you’re lucky enough to get an outside table on the patio, the sunset views are pretty incredible. Happy hour from 4-6 p.m. Book a reservation and go have a good time.

Best last-minute dining decision! Had plans for another restaurant, but it was too far, so we stopped at Liko's. The restaurant is located with water views, open airy indoors, and outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had the hummus plater for apps, and it was great. If you order the prime rib, beware it huge (can feed 2).

My son saw the advertisement on TV and we couldn't wait to try your food. Food was good but the experience was awful. The men's bathroom was the worst he ever seen, disgusting plumbing problems. He asked where the bathroom was and was lead.to this one.

After a great day in underwater Scooters, we visited Liko’s Tap and Table located in the same parking lot as the watersport company.  Perfect choice for delicious food and cold drinks.  Service was spot on, with quick front desk service and attentive table service. Food portions and pricing seem aligned, and were all nicely prepared.  French dip sandwiches are cut with thicker beef slices rather deli cuts, and was a bit touch in places, also was served with a brown gravy rather than traditional Au Jus.  The salads were both fresh and very good, especially the Goat Cheese salad with grilled chicken. The restaurant is set up as sports bar, but really was a pretty quiet place during the day.  Food and service was very pleasant and we all would consider returning again if we were in the area. Hints for your visit: Request a table on the deck overlooking the ocean inlet, beautiful and quiet for a great dining experience.

We came in for happy hour and our waitress is Kari. Thinking we would have a drink and leave. Kari was so lovely we decided to have a few snacks and then a burger. She had such a nice presence we stayed and had a great time. Ask of Kari you won’t be disappointed.

Great, fresh food. High quality! Excellent cocktails, and even better customer service. Very pleased with our dining experience. Plus, we sat for dinner outside, on the deck, facing the bay, and it was absolutely beautiful!

Food tasted pretty good, but portion size was small for the price. Mac and cheese was the cheapest thing on the menu, at $15. Other things were in the $20-$30 range. Good, but not worth the price

First time here. I loved the atmosphere/vibe here. I had the crab cakes for an appetizer and LOVED them. For our main dish we had the bacon Mac and cheese and fish tacos. Both good options. We called ahead and got a table that was reserved by the water. (The views were pretty). If you go at night bring a light jacket just in case.

Had lunch here after water tubing at H2O Watersport. Nice restaurant with good ocean view. The food was very good, and service was great. My wife ordered the steak, and it came pre-cut which is a first for us. The steak was tender and juicy, so no complaints. My French Dip was also very good with a lot of gooey cheese and the meat tender. The French fries were good also. My son enjoyed his Mac N Cheese with lots of cheese and big chunks of bacon. My daughter's hamburger was huge and tasty. Overall we enjoyed our meal.

Amazing staff. Great food. Awesome Views! I have a brunch between 10 AM and 1 PM every day. The blackberry bourbon iced tea is amazing. I also had eggs Benedict served on top of lump crab cake and it was delicious. And to top it all off, on my way waitress, Katherine, was the sweetest person ever!

Very good/friendly service, beautiful ocean views and the Mango French toast was delicious. The bacon was thick sliced and very tasty as well. Came for brunch at around 10:00 and wasn’t too busy. Will definitely be coming back here with the family before I leave.

Our food was mostly good until we ordered coffee. Oh boy...first round of coffee was cold, and tasted like it had been in the pot for the entire day. The waiter kindly stated that he would make us a new pot. Gratefully we requested that he do so. 2nd round of coffee was steaming hot....but...it seriously tasted like mud. I'm not sure who is in charge of coffee making, but someone needs to paste instructions by the coffeepot. I hate to say it, but this was probably the worst coffee I have had in 35 years. If coffee is not important for you, then this place is nice. It is pricey even by Hawaii standards, but the view was lovely, the waiter was good and our shared piece of Rocky road ice cream was yummy. I recommend the hamburger with a side salad or the BLT. My Dad wasn't thrilled with his fish as it was really greasy and fishy, so I'll leave that off of my list of recommendations.

Great location and great service. The fish tacos were beautifully presented, but the flavor was a bit lacking. They tasted bland. I like my food to be highly seasoned, and I didn’t get that with the tacos. However, I would return because the staff is nice, the atmosphere is inviting, and there were other items on the menu I’d like to try.

Got the avocado toast was good, $18 nice size for the price and got a guava juice, good view of the ocean and parking is easy, good drink selection. There menu has a typo (ried rice) instead of fried rice

We stumbled upon this place after a long hike up Kuliouou Valley Trail, it’s a great local restaurant and it’s one of the very few restaurants that has a Waterview in Oahu. The menu is great. They have a good selection of food items as well as drinks. Even their happy hour is fantastic. We got to meet the owner Nick, he was at the restaurant, and my husband was feeling a little bit nausea from the hike and we asked for a banana for potassium, and they even accommodated us. Now that to me says going above and beyond. Being from New York, were very picky with her food, and everything we ordered from them as a platter to the salads was excellent. The ambience, as great as well, they had a live singer come in in the early evening, and it just really set a nice relaxing mood. Our server was also excellent and she was very attentive to us throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend whether you’re visiting Oahu or you’re a local to check this place out you will not be disappointed! It’s also a great space for small events like birthday parties, bridal showers, or even a small wedding reception.

Not only was Evan our waiter very helpful but was on top of everything including keeping our drinks filled, plates cleared and gave great recommendations. The fish platter was to die for, the burger had the best bacon I've ever had. The view of the bay was breath taking. Definetly recommend if visiting the southeast shore of Oahu.

My cousin really liked the bacon, mac and cheese. I was happy because they were willing to accommodate my sports television request and put the Arizona Diamondbacks game on as they were in the middle of defeating the LA Dodgers and the playoffs that year. The beer is cold and delicious. If you can get a view of the lake then request that table. It's definitely worth waiting for. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to watch sports if you need a spot to drink beer at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. to watch the early games on the east coast.

The food was phenomenal and the service was even better we had the pleasure of Jackson taking care of us and he went above and beyond. I had the fish and chips my sister had the BLT (unreal bacon). PS: French dip never disappoints!

This location used to be the Shack Hawaii Kai. They did a great job at remodeling. The parking is a bit tricky to find a spot quickly as so many other stores share the same lot. The ambience of over the water is great. The service was a bit slow but he was very friendly. My nicoise salad was good and the shishito pepper were ok. The Bloody marys were not consistent, as I had 2, but overall good. I will be back to try other things.

I visited bunch of restaurants in the Waikiki area, they are called fine dinning but I know believe that they are just overcrowded/overpriced places. They don't come any close to Liko's Tap and Table, here is great food, views, music and the service was awesome. My favorite restaurant so far in the island.

Our favorite place in Hawaii Kai! Can’t beat the view but honestly it’s the people first that make this place so amazing. Then the food and then the gorgeous view. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and they are so sweet to my children that the kids love coming back! The burgers, nachos, fish and French dip sandwich are among our favorite dishes. I love the cucumber fizz drink and they let me swap out gin for vodka with no fuss! Be sure to call ahead for reservations cuz they are so popular!

AMAZING SERVICE and even better food! My family and I all tried a wide range of food from the menu and all of us were over the top satisfied. The owner was very kind and the wait staff was on top of things. Appetizers were great and hard to choose from! I tried the fish tacos and they were the best fish tacos I’ve had to date! Great atmosphere and delicious drinks at the bar!

Amazing experience. Not only is the atmosphere very cool and laid back weather you sit inside or outside, the staff treat you amazing as well. Very attentive and friendly. The food, beer, and drink selection are also great. I had some of the best fish tacos I've ever had! Can't wait to go back, highly recommend a visit.

Went here with a friend last night and we were both blown away! We are travel nurses so we eat all across the country and this place is a must! First off we got there, it was moderately busy, but we were seated right by the water and everything was beautiful. Server was knowledgeable and fast. Had cocktails (palomas) and craft beer, both delicious. Food was superb, salads fresh and unique. I had the fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce, so fresh tasting!! Staff were all kind and happy to have us. Atmosphere is A plus!!

Absolutely, hands down, the best Mexican food I've ever had. We went back three times in six days!! The Hatch Green Chile Pork appetizer was fantastic, my husband had it for his meal one time. The add on options to the guac are fun and delicious. My husband says the Mesquite Grilled Romaine Salad is the best salad he's ever had.

The nachos are enormous and has adequate amount of toppings to chip ratio. We had them with shredded chicken. Definitely some of the better nachos we’ve had on the island. The bacon Mac n Cheese was tasty and had a lot of solid chunk a of bacon, not bacon bits sprinkled on the top. The shells were a little undercooked but had a good amount of tasty melted Gouda cheese. The old fashioned was weak, the bourbon blackberry tea had to be remade...still weak and not very flavorful. The scotch selection is nearly non existent. The manager was responsive and courteous. Service was prompt and friendly by Nicky. The facility was clean and well socially distanced. Parking is shared with the Safeway and can be difficult. Great view of the water and we had a nice breezy that made the experience very comfortable.
