Cafe with great food and good vibe. Hidden next to the entrance of Doubletree by Hilton, this Cafe is easy to miss. The Cafe offers a wide variety of specialty lattes, juices and smoothies. They have plenty of food options as well. I had a Nutty Haole Coffee and a Thai Chicken wrap. The coffee was hot and chocolatey and most importantly, served in a coffee cup and not the disposable takeout cups. The Thai chicken had a good balance of chicken, greens and the spicy peanut sauce.

Some places here have the longest wait and the food turns out mediocre anyway. This morning I walked in here and it was basically empty at 1030a on a Saturday, I was skeptical -- it can't be that good if there isn't a line out the door, right? Turned out being the best breakfast I've had so far on the island. I don't like a huge breakfast of waffles and pancakes that's going to make me feel bloated and tired like I want to go back to bed, so usually look for eggs/ omelet. Their 3 egg scramble was better than any omelet I've had here, I got one of their green juices which was made fresh on the spot. Just what I was looking for.

Found at the ground level of the Doubletree Hotel is this hidden jewel. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Awesome food selection. Eat in or take out. I liked the breakfast burrito, vege wrap, and Cuban panini. Friendly service. Order at the counter.

This was a very unique restaurant. You order from the counter and they bring me your food. It’s a nice little cozy spot or you can get something soft to eat for breakfast. This place is very professional and clean. This staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend with five stars. Times and days may change or vary for covid so you may want to check on this before hand.

This cafe is located below the double tree hotel. It can get very busy. Pre order if possible. The chicken Thai wrap was amazing! Grace seeing for the beach! There are lots of good options for a quick bite or something refreshing to drink. They have pizza too. The açaí bowl was delicious. The straws are made of paper and get soggy easily but it’s better than having plastic straws littering the ocean and landfills. They sell metal straws or just take the lid off and drink!

Hiking Hawaii was hands down our favorite part of staying at the doubletree hotel. The owner, Kendall, is SO sweet, friendly, accommodating and works so hard to provide an amazing experience. The food is amazingly good, healthy and fresh. It even has paninis and cheese pizza to satisfy our picky eater kids. The açaí bowls and breakfast burrito were our favorites. Please stop by and get their delicious food you won’t regret it!

Great breakfast place! Husband had a breakfast burrito and loved it. I had the 3-egg omelette with gluten free toast. Only one slice so that was a slight disappointment but it's a very nice option for us celiac folks! We beat the morning rush so service was quite fast but it's clearly a popular spot. Iced Cocoa Mocha and iced Mexican Mocha were both amazing.

Great menu that accommodated all members of my family: vegan, GF, DF, and meat lover. Smoothie bowl was huge! Kombucha on tap was yummy! Daughter said her smoothie was the best she’s ever had. Cute, chill vibe.

I had the Pittsburgh Panini and it was amazing. Worth coming back to Hawaii just for this sandwich. My fiancée had the gluten free turkey sandwich and said it was also terrific! photo is only half the portion

We had one bad meal in 8 days on the island and it was here. The food was edible and nobody got sick but ooohh the service. 🤦‍♀️ We stood at the register for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged as the girl behind the counter finished her conversation with her friend. There were only two tables occupied although the rest were all dirty and there was at least a crew of 4 working. We placed our order and the girl did come out to clean the table of our choice but just that one and then went back to chit chatting. There's a self serve water dispenser but it was empty. We asked if it could be refilled and she sent one of the guys out to retrieve it but it never returned. Our food came out with no utensils and without the drinks we had ordered. We were told that the drinks take longer than the food to make but that they would be out shortly... they weren't. We went back to the counter to get utensils and had finished our meals before we got our drinks and then finished our drinks before the water dispenser was replaced so no water to wash down less than mediocre coffee that gave us both heartburn for the rest of the day. I cannot for the life of me understand the high rating of this place!

Owner works there. Menu is full of healthy choices. My daughter and i have had 4 mornings in a row eating there. Order ahead if u do not want to wait. There is always 3-4 in line. Foid takes 10-15 minutes to be cooked. Smoothies have been good. We have tried 8 meals. Today we are having a pizza and smoothies.

Pitaya (dragonfruit bowl) is generous in portion and pure divine sweetness. The paninis are ok and the lattes are delicious! I had a protein smoothie which was delicious 😋

Food is very tasty but comes at a heavy price of time (otherwise priced fairly for the area)...the location is convenient for Doubletree guests like myself and had a good vibe. Expect to stand in line for 30-45 minutes. Food delivered maybe 20 minutes after ordering. Management should take a hard look at whether it's employees are gainfully employed or just lackadaisical, losing the business revenues that are otherwise very valuable during COVID times. I wouldn't come here if Doubletree didn't partner with them. DO BETTER!

Aloha, We went for a walk around the area and discovered HH cafe. Its located inside the outdoor lobby of the Double Tree by Hilton. We ordered ice coffee with coconut flavor, spicy Vietnamese panini and a sausage pizza. It took about 15-20 mins for our order, they gave us a number and we just sat outside of the entrance. The spicy Vietnamese panini has shredded chicken, pork, cilantro, peanuts, siracha, and marinated vegetables. The sausage pizza has mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil with red sauce. Everyone enjoyed their choices! Lots of flavor with fresh ingredients. Awesome neighborhood find. Maybe we'll come back for their breakfast menu! Ono Grindz🤙

I had the chicken pesto pizza. So delicious. The chicken was seasoned tastefully. I had the Nutty haole latte. So good. I also got the passionfruit lilikoi kombucha made locally and it was delicious.

Get the greens bowl and the breakfast burrito. You will NOT be disappointed. The staff were so extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back for breakfast again. The espressos were a bit on the watery side...

We were hoping to eat at Aloha Kitchen but the line was long. So we opted for hiking Hawaii cafe and everything was really good. Good customer service.

A cozy cafe located in the Doubletree in Waikiki, Hiking Hawaii was a great find for gluten free breakfast options. I got a breakfast burrito in gluten free tortillas, my wife (celiac) got the avocado toast on gluten free bread. Both were big portions and tasted fantastic. The coffee was also delicious, and came in giant glasses brought out with our food by the server, who I'd guess was also the owner and cook, as she was working her butt off that day! They also had açaí and smoothie options that we didn't sample, but looked quite tasty.

We found this place because the restaurant around the corner we were planning to go to had a huge line! I am so glad that happened because this place is a hidden gem! Lots of seating and although the menu was not huge we received an excellent welcome from the gentleman at the counter, and the food and lattes we ordered were fantastic!

Everything about the Hike Hawaii Cafe is such a vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting, the food is healthy, fresh and so delicious. One morning we had a beagle sandwich, and the next day a quinoa burrito. Amazing! *Be patient and kind when visiting this gem as your food takes a little time. This is not a fast food joint, but they do have grab-n-go options. Thank You for the experience and sticker!!

Excellent albeit limited food choices. The food is really really good. Simple items well executed but limited number of items. Excellent lattes though.

We had a lovely experience here. We ordered a breakfast panini, a hot lavender latte, and a jackfruit ginger smoothie. The food was wonderful (find the hot sauces and use). The wait was worth it for fresh delicious food.

Would have earned 5 stars if the tables were cleaner. Ate there 3 days and your arm literally sticks to the table. Not sure if it's dirty rags being used or poorly sealed wood tables but it feels gross either way. The food was awesome. Two mornings I had the bagel sandwich. The last day I had the scrambled egg platter with 4 ingredients of choice and it too was awesome. This isn't McDonald's and each meal is individually prepared to you too should be prepared to arrive early and be patient. The reward is great tasting and very hot food. It will not be fast-food Luke warm garbage. Kudos to the Hiking Hawaii Cafe Staff.

I enjoy going to this little cafe often. Quite a hidden gem in the hotel. Not sure if you are able to park in the hotel parking lot if you aren't staying here and only visiting the cafe, but that would make this 7 out of 5 stars, lol! LOOOVE the vibes with the booths and whatnot. Such a cozy little place to get work done and just relax. One of the only coffee shops that has a no sugar added mocha flavor, which I HIGHLY appreciate. Boyfriend always gets a cookie dough iced coffee, which is unique and delicious. We often get acai bowls here, which are quite good. They have quite an extensive, unique, and yummy food menu in general!

Nice place, they are not very fast though, but they even specifically warn about it. We just took drinks, so expected it to be little faster, but still waited quite a while. Fortunately, we had spare time and everything was good. They also thanked us for patience. Can recommend trying out this place if you are not in hurry, from what I saw food is high quality, and drinks are also tasty from our experience.

The place is lovely, pretty ecofriendly and several vegetarian and vegan options. Not too expensive for Honolulu. Bowls are delicious.

This is a vegan or vegetarian dream spot! Fresh and delicious fruits juices, smoothies and açaí bowls. I had there beet juice and turmeric açaí bowel and it was amazing. I ordered a quinoa burrito to go and that was filling and delicious. Prices fair (everything high in Hawaii, but this place not outrageous). My new favorite place to eat in Honolulu area. The staff was friendly and personable. The energy and vibe of the store clean, relaxing and island surf vibe. I love it!! I will come here every time I am in town for sure.

The food we ordered was delicious!! The line can be discouraging but it moves fast and it is indoors so you don’t have to wait outside where it can be humid and hot. Our order was missed but they reimbursed our meal and came over to apologize!!I’ll definitely come again!!

This place would definitely be my go to food place if I lived here! Great, made to order food and very friendly service. I highly recommend the oatmeal, it’s best I’ve ever had. And the smoothies are amazing too! All incredibly fresh and none of that added sugar or ice shenanigans you see at most smoothie places. We will be back!
