Great deal for a pizza that you pretty much control, how it's made. No problems with not having enough or the right toppings, that you want on your ultimate pizza. You will normally get your pizza within 5 - 10 minutes after you place your order, quick and hot. They now have a special pizza deal, where you get 3 pizzas for $30.00, not sure how long this deal will last.

Dinner with friends. Be sure to tell the person making your pizza that you want more or less of a particular topping or they'll make it to their own liking and not yours. If you follow that piece of advice, you'll have a great time!

First time there, what a concept.. so easy to create your favorite type of pizza, bo matter what you are pizza-wise into. The restaurant is clean, the staff was really friendly and instructive as to how to build a great pizza. They have a multitude of topping choices, (wish they offered anchovy) although most people don't appreciate the small salty fish lol. Really good, fast and reasonably priced. Will be going again real soon.. Aloha

Very disappointed... Ordered 2 pizzas and gooey bread online. All the food was burnt beyond burnt. What should have been thrown into the trash at the store was trashed here. As a multi - business owner, I'd fire the manager for allowing such horrible food to leave the establishment. This place is a true blight on the pizza industry. I'd add photos, but like I stated, the burnt food is out in the trash...

They don't pick up the phone after 3-4pm so it's fairly challenging to order a pizza using the $5 promo cards they gave away w/December gift card purchases. :( Really frustrating.

Great price. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza which cost a couple dollars more. Lots of toppings to choose from.

Great pizza for a great price. Nice staff, and easy to order online too. Parking can be challenging, just be patient though!

Their bread dough is eggless. Their sauces have onion or garlic, so was able to get the pizzas with olive oil and could be easily customizable for Jain options.

Ugh... I love the pizza- do NOT order online. I ordered online and gave a good tip (never tip up front thonking it will improve service). I entered the store a couple minutes after my order was "ready." Initially not acknowledged and a group of 4 was in line ordering. Np. Several minutes later, they finish up. I am acknowledged and they will be with me in a minute. Np. Then things start going south. The ordee is not ready. There was a mistake- it will be another 6 minutes....well, ok, at least the order will be correct. Wait while several people behind me get their food, including previous party of 4. Ok, maybe getting a little grumbly as about 10 more minutes pass. Finally, ready quick ty for waiting- Np. Get home, take 1 bite and after all that, you guessed it, got the order wrong...moral of this story. 1. You will not save time by ordering online, 2. According to tge sign, I paid $2 more/ pizza online. 3. Watchcthem make the pizza- it would have been quicker AND correct. Ugh

Our pizzas were excellent. Our staff was inexperienced yet helpful. Our drink (booze) list was underwhelming. Overall, a great experience & we shall return!

Best customer service I have ever had from any Pieology on island! Manager/ employees were so very kind and informative about Pieology protocols and deals etc! Super great, yummy food and great customer service! I will return time and time again! Total opposite of the Pieology near University of Manoa on King st(worst Pieology ever)!

Create your own pizza for $13. Pesto and BBQ sauce base on the original thin crust and top it with lots of meats and veggies is my favorite.

Pizzas are usually good but service needs improvement. Always kept waiting about 20 minutes over the Ready Time. Last Time my order was given away to someone else with the same first name. Never was compensated.

The best pizza I have had in a long time. The restaurant is inviting and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, kool, and professional. The food is amazing, fresh, and healthy. Oh yeah, and the price... crazy affordable!!! Couldn't ask for more!

This place is understaffed and cannot keep up with the customers. It’s the lunch rush and two employees are bickering about helping customers and being overwhelmed with orders. They offer beer but every time they attempt to pour a beer, the cup fills with foam so it takes an extraordinarily long time. Meanwhile, I’ve been waiting to even been acknowledged to pick up my online order for over 1 minutes. The pizza is good, but not worth the wait and poor customer service.

Nice establishment, excellent employees. I was assisted by William and he was phenomenal. When I asked for Gluten free, he immediately changed gloves and advised the staff not to cross contaminate. It is rare that someone goes the extra mile when it comes to gluten sensitivity. Would absolutely recommend!
