I just order the cashew chicken from uber and what a disappointment I wish I could get a refund. It literally has no flavor no seasoning no broth. It's cooked but then looks like it was rinsed off and put in container. It taste and looks horrible. I really liked this place in past. I guess they just gave up on thier business. I will not be ordering from this place. What a waste of money when so many better options. I definitly learn my lesson to never trust this place with my order.

Love how fresh and flavorful their food is. Lots of veggies and big portions. Our favorites are Basil Chicken and Ginger Chicken. Restaurant is clean and service us great!

I placed an order today at a restaurant in Nuanu. Worst food ever delivered to me. Pad Thai and fish fried rice. Tam yum soup and the worst sweet and sour chicken ever. I want the person who made it to eat it. I will never order here again. Tonight is a special day for our family and the food ruined everything.

Used to have Egg and cucumber in their chicken fried rice, now neither. I understand prices going up but dont remove the expected without saying anything. Sad. I guess I'm done with this place.

Was a little disappointed, food didn't taste that good, spring rolls only came with lettuce and a little mint, that's it. The phó didn't come with any hot peppers, lime, basil, bean sprouts. Even the house delight wasn't as good as it usually is.

The food was burnt, we were not able to eat it at all. It smells burnt the moment we open the top. Each piece’s of shrimp cost $0.50. It was waste of money.

This is my favorite safe pick for Thai Take-out if you live anywhere around the Punchbowl-Makiki-Nuuanu area. The Curries and Pad Thai are very good and the food is ready to pick up very quickly. There is seating but I would only recommend takeout.

I have been eating at Bangkok Chef Nuuanu for over 15 years now. It's a hole in the wall place that you may not expect to have good food, but it's actually delicious. You can sub tofu in any of the dishes which is great for vegetarians. Try it out and you might be impressed.

I guess I'm just not big on Thai food. I'll keep trying bc I know everybody has their own special touch. But is all Thai food spicy? Seems everything was spicy to me. Maybe I'm just over sensitive. Every tin else was good. They were nice, place was clean, device was fast. Food smelled and looked delicious. I'll recommend.

Food was awesome! A long wait for my order 45 minutes due to door dash/grub hub orders. Dine in area is just ok not a nice atmosphere.

The Nuuanu location is a local gem near Foster Botanical Gardens. The pad see ew is well seasoned, with the perfect chewiness. The curries are solid, as are the summer rolls. As others have said, definitely try one of the tapioca puddings in the refrigerator.

Good thai food place. Call in advance to have your food ready by the time you came. Red yellow curry is yummy and also fried rice.

Bangkok chef has, hands down, the best pad thai on island. Spring rolls are also amazing. And portion size is enough for a solid lunch leftover.

First time there. Waited 30min. for food. Meanwhile phone orders are cooked first. Pad Thai was too sweet. Chicken dry. The man taking orders was interesting to watch as he seems to have a twitching with neck, mouth and eyes.

My family comes here ALL the time, everything is delicious!! We tend to favor the yellow curry and spring rolls, service is always fast and amazing. Can't recommend them enough! Parking is crowded and tight at this location though

One of the best Thai food for the money. Now serving limited eat-in. Good Summer rolls. My favorite is the House Special (chicken, bamboo shoots, cabbage, chili, yummy sauce) Parking is a challenge. We park in Wallgreens and walk over.

A great place to pickup and go. I would say it is a bit pricey for what you get but the food speaks for itself.

Food is good but VERY small portions of curry, noodles, salad. Right down the road same price and huge take out plate. They need to make their portions bigger for the price. No satisfied paying $50
