Normally I love Panda Express. Normally I eat my normal meal...a plate with half super greens, half chow mein, and teri chicken and Shanghai beef. This is my go to. It is my safe place. A little healthy, a little heat, and I'm happy. Well, the marketing team for Panda has done their job, and they've done it well! I strayed from my safe place, from the norm, and I tried something new. Deemed their szechuan chicken, and labeled as spicy with an option to even order it 'extra SPICY', I was hooked in. It was a one time event, which I suppose is the intention of a chain restaurant's limited time fare...good or bad, they got you in the door. The chicken strips, I mean, the szechuan chicken, were/was okay. The chicken meat was all white, and good quality. But the fried batter on the chicken was just okay, with the heat level from these orange glowing nuggets being nearly nonexistent on their own, and very minimal with the addition of Panda's extra spicy powder which I requested. Szechuan chicken, aka, overly salty marketing gimmick. Not great, good-ish, but not worth a second go. Perhaps the insult to injury is that a portion is 3 of these little chicken fingers. Thankfully in my plate I also had the teri chicken, no sauce...it redeemed my lunch plate portion. My wife, on the other hand, orders the bowl with super greens and an entree, and the 3 sad pieces of chicken on top of stir fried kale, cabbage, and broccoli made for a sad and small lunch choice. We'll be back to Panda, but we'll also be back to our go to safe places!

Do you want to eat this? I don't think so. This is what it looks like when you order a kid's meal. The side menu is only half full. The portion was not as how every other panda places would scoop onto the plate. Keep that in mind. lol

This is the worst panda I have eaten in Hawaii for so many years. I ordered two bowls of white rice. As a result, It was filled with a large bowl of rice with less layer of very few dishes. I spent $8 on a bowl of white rice. So funny. One bowl of rich can let you eat for two days. It less than kids meal, what is that?

This Panda Express is operated by a friendly, hard working staff who gets the food out to the customer in a timely manner. All Covid protocol were being followed during my visit. There is dine in, take out and drive thru service available. The food is deliciously prepared and is presented in a neat, organized manner.

Always a good quick option. Healthy servings ans fairly quick from order to sit down. Some of the less popular food doesn't age well as it sits out, but not that big of a deal. No military discount, but expected being so close to huge bases...they'd go broke.

I really liked the food that they had called chow fun. For some reason they do not have that in the mainland and I think it would be a good seller. Even during lunch hour they seem to streamlined their process to get customers through the line. And on the mainland some pandas are cheap I'm giving portions of their food, but this panda seemed to give generous portions.

Pleasant. Wish they had kept the Vegan Chik'n on their menu. Need to have more Vegan options. Ordered the party tray Chow Mein. Great size for the price.

Like are you kidding me? 5 pieces of shrimp and rice plus one other bowl that looked pretty similar for 22$… sad

There food and service is always good at this location, BUT for the first time, they made a mistake and gave my wife the wrong item. The ONE and ONLY ONE item she specifically likes of all their items is the Black Angus steak and they gave her beef broch instead. I heard a loud disappointing groan when she opened the lid. I think we are going to step away from Panda for awhile now.

We’ve ordered here about a handful of times in the last year, but have never dined in. We typically go to the drive-thru. Food is usually nice and hot and always correct. The one gripe I have about this location is the how the drive-thru is set up where the line meets traffic flow. It can be really messy, especially during peak hours.

The store is clean and staff friendly and efficient, food options are good but about the sides, the rice and noodles just look good but no taste at all, fried rice and noodles are a proud of Chinese cuisine that need to be respected if you selling Chinese food. Recipe needs to be reviewed and hopefully by a Chinese chef to be more delicious .

The food we had was just ok. The honey walnut shrimp was tasty and walnuts fresh and crunchy. The orange chicken was slightly tangy/salty and had a nice crunchy texture to it. The mushroom chicken was better than the orange chicken. It was tender with a mild overall “veggie” flavor. Service could be improved. I asked if the black pepper chicken is very spicy, and the worker replied, “well the main ingredient is black pepper”. (I thought the main ingredient was chicken, no?). Main reason I went here was for a school fundraiser. However, they only give credit to the school if you preorder on-line and the app wasn’t working for me.

Food is always delicious! Friendly staff. Prices are affordable and they also have a drive thru. Plenty of parking. One thing I like about Panda is they prepare food right where you see it. The cooks are constantly cooking because people are coming in nonstop. Make sure to have your ID with you because they need to check if the debit/credit card you're using is yours. There's an outside seating, wheelchair accessible, and an inviting atmosphere. It's usually crowded during lunch(11am-12pm) and dinner time(5-6pm ish) and mainly it's because many military personnel come here at the shopping center. It's a good place to hang out with your family, and friends.

Drive through line is normally very long but I'm normally go inside to get my order. Staff is friendly and the food is really good. Most times I go in, the food is fresh and very flavorful.

We live in town, but my family ate here and they said the noodles was like super, super good and fresh. Much better than in town. They know their noodles because my family loves noodles.

One of my favorite Chinese fast food places. I gave it a 4 because of the COVID challenge. ALL tables inside were closed even tho it would have been easy to open some of the tables up and have the same social distancing as tables outside that were open. Rest rooms were closed which is a hit or miss practice. Food is consistently good. Employees are friendly, smiling and look like they enjoy their job. If I just used the drive through my experience would have been better.

Employees were kind. Friendly and respectful! Bathrooms are closed (maybe due to covid restrictions?) But the service was great and food was amazing as always!
