People confuse this shopping center with the Hawaii Kai one across the Marina - this one has the theater, Zippy’s, Walgreens, Petco, Kona Brewing, etc. On the eastern side of the center, there’s a Taco Bell and Straub Clinic on the top floor of a two story parking garage. They recently started having a monthly sidewalk sale with vendors from around the island, and you find all kinds of cool food, jewelry, crafts, toys and more. The sale takes place on the 3rd Saturday or the month, from 10 am-3pm. There’s plenty of parking, even with the sidewalk sale taking up some areas of the parking garage. Aside from the sale, the center is home to terrific small businesses and services. Because of its proximity to Hanauma Bay, weekends get busy with tourists coming for meals at Moena Cafe, Teddy’s, Fat Boy’s, Kona Brewing and more. It’s a great neighborhood center for locals and a destination retail location for visitors.

The overall impression..a bit run down and needs a refresh sooner than later. That said a lot of essential stores and services here. Parking never a problem. Can’t complain it’s important to us in the nearby hood!

Great place to eat, drink and hang out. Great views, great vibes, great times, great all the way around. The Chicken Cobb salad is huge and was good. The pizza was a 4 out of 5⭐. The roasted wings are a 5⭐. They were so good and they weren't small wings either. Kona Brewing Company is a MUST whether you're visiting or a regular. My girl and I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!!!!!

Plenty of options for food and desert. Kona Brew has your American dining staples plus poke. Leonard’s bakery, shaved ice, and a handful of other things also available in this location. Seems to be plenty of parking even on a busy day.

A nice marina with lots of eateries and shops. We visited and bought food from Teddy's Bigger Burger and Leonard's Bakery Wagon 3 after walking downhill from Hanauma Bay. There is also Zippy's restaurant, but we did not order any food. We waited at the bus stop to take The Bus 1L back to Waikiki. This bus stop is also the last or closest stop to Hanauma Bay, although you will need to walk uphill for about 23 minutes, as the bus no longer stops at Hanauma Bay.

There are so many food options here. You can grab some good poke here and some zippys in you're still hungry.

Old fashioned movie theater ... no expensive upgrades that you pay for. Clean and really nice staff. Much less expensive than places with the new fancy seats and remodeling. Same exact movies playing and you will pay way less!!! You can buy popcorn with your savings and they give you plenty!

Two trips to Hawaii and both times the Kona brewing Company was closed not like we didn’t go early in the morning we were there at lunchtime even though there was tons of outdoor seating this last time we went we were told it was going to be a 30 to 45 minute wait to be seated no one was sitting outside I could see roughly 6 tables filled inside if you’re still doing the Covid social distancing then you need to revamp your rules and regulations. The first time we went three years ago again it was lunchtime and they were closed for business not sure how they’re actually staying in business but not a place that I will waste my time driving to to visit on my next trip. The hostess at the door was also a little Kurt bordering on rude I guess again not a place I would waste my time or money yet

Went for the 3rd Saturday sidewalk market. Vendors even in a section of the parking lot. Plenty to browse and lots of restaurant options if you get hungry or thirsty in between. Akaka Falls Farm was there this time. Wow, delicious and unique jams/jellies. Who would have guessed Poi Coconut would be sogood in a jam?? Stocked up a half dozen jars for Christmas gifts. Sourdough bread was another highlight. Hope they return next month. I'll be looking for them!

Get your growler filled here! Brewed in Hawai'i for Hawai'i, the Pipeline Porter is my personal favorite. If you like coffee it will probably yours too! The pizza here is very good. For pupus (appetizers) I like the pizza rolls. The dockside marina setting is relaxing, a bit warm when it's really sunny but lovely when the trades are blowing.

If you are coming back to Waikiki from the East side amazing beaches. This is the perfect spot to stop and have lunch or a snack, re-charge and then continue your way. There are many options, so you’ll for sure find something you like. There’s also restrooms!

Well, security did accuse me of being a questionable woman photographed doing questionable things...however it was not me and he and I sorted this out, but it's pretty funny how "Blondes" who are exhausted and carrying a back pack can easily be misidentified do to "racial profiling"...White Women ..we all look alike and should be assumed dangerous.😶😌..what's even more funny is my previous address was literally 2 blocks away ...I thought it was rather funny when I was told "to be real and I was in the wrong neighborhood, to be lying about who I am and don't want to go to prison "🤔⚠️ warning do not window shop before stores are open if you are blonde with a back pack and use the bus...but considering I got "shot at" assaulted and almost robbed of my wallet bag and cameras in an exclusive Kahala neighborhood on the beach in early AM (great photographic hours) and cops don't care! ....I am actually GLAD this mall cop seemed to generally have concern...even if it was clearly mistaken identity.

Ate at Locomoco, big portions, good variety of rice plates, a little bit pricey but still good value. Also visited Leonard's Malasada truck outside, same as main location in Waikiki, but without the long lines.

This place is the shopping center I’ve grown up with. I love this shopping center with my whole heart. The businesses here have always cantered to both tourists and locals alike. The hospitality and the ALOHA spirit live on here . I’ll never forget this place and all the great times I’ve had at Zippy’s, Kona Brewing Co., 24 hour fitness, Bank of Hawai’i, the Greek restaurant, Local Motion, and all the other beautiful places. Definitely a must for anyone and everyone!

Busy Saturday, adequate parking spaces, and ample parking spaces at 11am after which hour there was more traffic. Choosing the correct exit gets to the traffic light and avoids a difficult left turn onto Kalaianole highway from the parking lot.
