I had lox and bagel for breakfast, fresh and really tasty. Affordable too!!! Kind staff! They do not have coffee to go, so just head on over to the coffee stand 20 feet away and grab one to go! Really nice place!!! MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR DINNER A DAY IN ADVANCE!

Such a cool place to go. Amazing local shops and food places here. During summer, Friday nights are a great time to visit for local music and good eats. Hungry Ear is one of the best record stores, Treehouse is a great camera/film store, Butcher & Bird is an awesome meat/food shop. Those are just a few of the great places here! Throw in that it’s a very family/dog friendly environment, and it’s just the place to go!

Aloha From da Bigpake; Salt is a wonderful spot to chill with friends thats contemporary and allows you to experience great food , beers and even a nice coffee. You can also get some of the best poke I. Hawaii at Red Fish, best hamburgers at Hanks and or get a great cut of beef upstairs. One of the only places you can do beer tastings in hawaii. If you go let me know your favorite spot here.

We rented bikes and toured the whole area and had lunch at some of the new restaurants. Super fun

Super cool area that’s very arty and very up-and-coming. There are some great restaurants and cafes here, and some craft shops too. The streets around here are covered with well known murals - there’s an annual street art festival held here too. Nice area to wander around and take some photos. There are bike rental stations in the area if you wanted to cycle around and see more.

I went to Hank's Haute Dogs & had the most fabulous, delicious Lobster dog!! .. I will be going back soon! I highly recommended Hank's Haute Dogs to everyone. Children love their variety of dogs also. Hank's serves other choices of food, & also drinks. Go visit HANK'S HAUTE DOGS SOON!

Love love love this area! We have spent so much time here this visit then ever before! We love how dog friendly the area is The Only draw back is the amount of flies present. Which I contribute to ppl allowing their dogs to use the bathroom wherever they want. A simple fix would be to have the areas where dogs use be sprayed daily to eliminate the attraction to flies, in addition to fly traps away from sight. But seriously we love this area! Arvo has the best Ube Mochi and lavender latte! Their toast comes from local bakery, La Tour, and is absolutely amazing! The staff is epic! Moku has great monkey pod Mai tai - but the service needs some work....... 1938 Indochin - I can not speak enough about how delicious this experience was! The staff was amazing, the food was fabulous! Morning Brew - another coffee house and According to my husband Has the BEST chia pudding on the island! But for your coffee fix Arvo is the place to go!

So much to see and experience here. There's a ton of good food, good drinks, and plenty of goods to be shopped here. I super appreciate all of the art. My family and I walked around quite a bit to make sure we got to see and admire as much as we could. Came back for some more food and it was worth the drive. Even in the rain all of the art shines.

I believe in discovering local food with locals. My friend, who is local, suggested this restaurant and I was not disappointed. I tried a bit of everything and everything was delicious. The fish tacos and the spicy ahi poke were like butter, so fresh and flavours melting in one bite. My favourite, chicken long rice, hit the spot. Definitely, going to return.

Very cool open shopping centre. Some nice restaurants with local food and some high end clothing stores. It looks very mordem and I can it getting pretty busy at bight as well. There’s lots of parking but it’s just a bit pricey. It away from Wikiki so you will need to drive or take the buss. We walked and it took us 40min.

One of my favorite places to go for affordable informal meals. No booking required, as they have plenty tables inside and out . This time we ordered the roast vegetables in addition to our usual ‘go to’ burger sliders and truffle pizza . The vegetable plate was excellent . Their foam topped Mai Tai is a must! 😋

Best for young folks. The Moku kitchen caters to a lively crowd. We were told they had shrimp, and they do, just not as a single dish. They can add it to any dish though. The fish sandwich was average but the cheese burger was cooked correctly and tasted good. The service was adequate. The crowd was loud and they had live music on a Saturday evening. So it's probably not a place for middle aged folks looking for a quite meal but then if you don't mind the noise, enjoy yourself. It is a popular place!

Very nice place to grab a seat outside and have lunch. We actually came here to try out a local butcher, The Butcher & Bird. They were accommodating and suggested a type of sausage we hadn’t tried, which came out very tasty in our sauce! Their hamburgers are phenomenal!

I ordered the ribeye steak Rice bowl. It came with a very large serving of meat, rice, tofu, and salad. Meat was excellent! This place offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Took good covid-19 safety measures. Employees were wearing masks and they had hand sanitizer for use. Prices are pretty standard for Honolulu.

Salt has lots of cool, hip stores and eateries that cool people eat at. 😎 Sometimes I feel like a fish out of water hanging out there, but that's ok, nobody is trying to be pretentious. You can get great expensive gifts for friends, or have a great meal. Red fish is the best poke in the front and more in the back. Moku is a nice little date night spot. Insomnia is the best mom'n'pop Vietnamese lunch spot. Pioneer saloon has great japanese plate lunch and beer. Vein is a cool dinner spot on the pricier side, and the crab spot is huge, but delicious. Hanks haute dogs has a killer chicken sandwich, and the chocolate spot makes the best chocolate drink. Village bottle shop is the best spot to chill while waiting for your reservation somewhere else. Good beer, great bottle selection.

Great shops and restaurants, but the parking garage ripped me off. I got a validation, at least 2 kiosks we're out of order. 3rd didn't acknowledge my validation. Ended up having to pay $12 when it should have been 4. Nobody available to complain to on site.

Lots of restaurants with a delicious assortment of food and drinks. Local favorites from sandwiches, seafoods, complete meals, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to your liking. A variety of interesting shops to visit too. Nice spots to relax after you pick up something to eat and drink.

Let's go fun eateries, it's cool place with young entrepreneurs making their way in the world. They've got a great selection, yet I still go to Starbucks, Moku kitchen and morning brew coffee. That's pretty much it for me

We ate at Highway Inn. Very busy, parking was intense - good thing my mother has handicap parking access. Validation helped, $1. There was a lady operating the gate, took pretty long to exit.

Only went to enjoy swings at a bar for the 1st time, menu was pretty limited for food and drinks, I only had a shot of something that was made locally there in Hawaii (can't recall if it was a vodka because I originally asked for a shot of vodka but they didn't hv what I drink so I was offered something as an alternative) didn't care for it. Bartenders were nice & friendly however. It's a bit of a little secret spot tucked away we only found it via Google, you won't see it just walking along the street in Waikiki

All of the restaurants here (except for the crab place) are excellent. There are also a few neat shops in the area with specialty goods.

A local friend recommended this place which we went to twice during our 5 day visit since there are a bunch of different places to eat and shops. Parking was convenient and it wasn't as crowded as the mall or Waikiki. Highly recommend Red Fish and Pioneer Saloon for takeout.
