The coffee is really good! I got the London smog, a cute variation of London Fog, which I love! Such a cute name. The place wasn’t too busy. It is small and there’s no indoor seating, this might be because of Covid but there are benches outdoors to sit and enjoy a nice ice coffee or tea. Would definitely come back!

I got a latte togo and was quite surprised by it. It had a sweet, light, and bold flavor. I kept drinking it and was wanting more by the end of it. Definitely coming back for another cup.

The ladies there were all so friendly!! And one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in awhile. Had a few of the pastries too - very good! On-site parking and outdoor seating.

Really good selection of beverages, and food. Seating can get a bit tight, especially in the early morning hours. Some covered to protect you from the Mānoa showers. Parking is 15-45 minutes maximum for the most of the stalls, some are also reserved for the other business next door.

Morning Glass coffee was amazing, we were visiting from Dallas for a week and I think this was the best food I had all week! The sweet tea was awesome, it was some of the best sweet tea I've had in a while. The Mac and Cheese Pancakes is a must have!! That's right I said Mac and Cheese pancakes!! It sounds odd but it works!!!! It is a small intimate setting, there was no line when we arrived but the had a long line within minutes of our food being ready.

I live next door to this place. It used to be good even though it’s always been over priced, not anymore, the staff are rude and now they are just slinging day old and 2 day old stale cold stuff and charging an arm and a leg for whatever. They have a bunch of passive aggressive signs with their rules, the signs have exclamation points on them like they are yelling at you. Super uptight. Also, they are closed on Monday and Tuesday which is odd. I do not recommend this place.

In A Nutshell: -Morning Glass Coffee is one of the top coffee shops in the world. -If you make the short trek (but heavily trafficked during school drop off hours) to the Manoa Valley from Waikiki, you'll be rewarded. -The reward will be freshly roasted local & world imported coffees + tasty food such as their uber popular Mac & Cheese Pancakes. -Yes, their Mac & Cheese Pancakes are worth trying, they are two pancakes filled w/ elbow macaroni & aged Vermont cheddar. -I tried their Big Island Coffee Roasters, Maui Mellow, which smelled & tasted super good. -They also had Coava Coffee Roasters featuring Ethiopian, Guatemalan & Honduran coffees, but since I was in Hawaii I opted for the Maui Mellow. -The shop is very tiny & it is VERY POPULAR. -I highly suggest you get their before they open b/c if you don't a line will quickly form. -There is limited standing tables inside & tables outside, but if it's raining, you wont' wanna sit outside. Overall, I really enjoyed the food & coffee at this non-descript coffee shop in the Manoa Valley, it's really worth checking out especially if you love coffee & are a foodie.

I like the casual atmosphere and friendly staff. The coffee is good, and the food is fresh and tasty. The setting is very nice, too, with views of the beautiful valley all around.

Lovely open sided cafe with plenty outdoor seating, very friendly staff and wonderful menu options to be explored :) Very much enjoyed my London Smog with oat milk which was very flavorful but not too sweet. Their cortado is also excellent and their pastries have been top tier - the lilikoi honey biscuit was drool worthy and we quite enjoyed some veggie frittata like thing as well! Always fiending to come back here and try new things ♡

Went during Covid shortly after Thanksgiving. This is a beautiful small coffee shop in Manoa. It's open from Wed to Sunday where they serve online orders only from 8-10AM and open up to walk ins after that. We came here for coffee and breakfast before catching some waves. They have a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks but I opted for a simple cup of coffee (Ka'u morning glory) which was delicious. Solid dose of caffeine with great balance in flavor without too much acidity. The Bureka was a delicious flaky savory pastry, with spinach, onion. I was definitely not expecting it to be as good as it was. I highly recommend giving it a shot before they run out on a given day. The Bacon biscuit sandwich was just what you'd expect. A firm biscuit, (not as flaky as a southern biscuits but delicious nonetheless) with bacon, egg, and cheese. Both were wonderful but I preferred the Bureka over the biscuit. We would definitely come back again if it were open before we return to the mainland. If you're in Honolulu I highly recommend you stop to get coffee and breakfast versus on Waikiki.

Update: I came back for a final coffee and breakfast stop before we left Hawaii and can’t leave without giving these fine folks a 5 star. This time, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the breakfast burrito, and two espresso drinks and I enjoyed every last bite of their delicious foods. The lattes really hit the spot where the London Smog missed, so I knew I had to update this review with a 5 star. Can’t wait to recommend this place to friends. A cute cafe with outdoor seating, signature drinks, some made from Portland-based Coava coffee, and a variety of tasty pastries. Although I wasn’t impressed with the London Smog, I was thoroughly impressed with their pastries and the espresso latte, which I’ve grown accustomed to from PNW. I’d stop here or the Curb for a solid cup of espresso-based coffee or drip, but make sure you get a coffee cake or galette from behind the counter.

Definitely a cute little coffee shop worth checking out. Their coffee with brown sugar, cinnamon and clove was absolutely amazing. I added a little oat milk to mine for pure perfection.

Just be aware that if you have plans to do anything make sure you’re ok delaying them for a few hours as you wait in line to get your coffee/food. Though they seem to have quite a few employees working to get through about 10 people in line seems to take roughly 30 minutes or longer. We got in line at 10am and ordered at 10:50am. This is NOT an exaggeration. I know it’s Hawaii and everyone is chill, but when I got in the line I didn’t expect it to take nearly an hour as we weren’t far from the register. Parking is for 45 minutes so you can assume you’re gonna take longer to order than they allow you to park for. The real kick in the nuts comes when after you’ve waited this long to finally order your food/drinks if you aren’t ready to pay cash they hit you with a 3% credit card fee to pay for their usage of the credit card processors network (which by the way, companies are not technically supposed to be able to do this). Also there is a surcharge for ice. I’m all for companies needing to make a buck but this all felt excessive. Food was fine, coffee was decent.

The place has a nice chill vibe. We went around 10 am on a Wednesday, and there was little to no wait. We got the blueberry scone which was delicious, cold brew which had a good strong taste but still refreshing, the sweet tea was amazing with a hint of mint, definitely try the strata...I don't know how to explain it but it was delicious and savory. The real star was the macaroni pancakes. They were savory but sweet and deliciously cheesy. It blew our mind. It's a big portion, so I only ate about 1/4 of mine and saved the rest for later. They have dedicated parking but it is small.

One of the best cafes Hawaii (and all of US). Awesome coffee, great views and friendly batistas. Never been to cafe with better views. The baked goods are so good. In coffee do go for Kona coffee. It'll for sure ruin the coffee for you in main land US on your return. It dis for me and had to take a month break to rest by taste buds. One of my favorite places in Honolulu to hangout.

It was a grey, drizzly day. Go figure, it's Manoa Valley! The line stretched out of the modest structure and into the parking lot. But they had umbrellas available! The wait to place my order was lengthy. I don't think that was the staff; I think it was the customers ahead of me. Each got to the attendant then seemed to suddenly discover they were expected to make a selection! The cashier was unfailingly nice. She shepherded the uncertain through their choices with a smile. I almost felt bad that when my turn came, my own choice was simple and had been made while I was waiting. I wanted to spend more time basking in that smile! There is very limited interior space for enjoying you purchase. I don't much mind the weather, so sat out in the drizzle on a bench (joyfully wiped down by one of the staff!) and made a new friend with a likewise-minded local. All-in-all, this was a fun experience! The coffee was delicious; the staff, a joy to interact with; my new friend, a delight to chat with. And, for a specialized coffee shop, the prices were downright reasonable. It's a bit outside of my normal daily travels, but the next time I find myself in the depths of Manoa Valley, you can bet I'll drop by again!

Ordered 2 cortados and a carrot cake about 45 min before closing at 2pm. One had oat milk (so good) and the other 2%. The carrot cake was moist and dense with carrot shreds and the cream cheese frosting was layered generously on top of the sheet cake rectangle and sprinkled with Demerara? sugar. So good! Would come back for coffee and a sweet something again. The last time was more than 5 years ago.

We loved the cappuccinos and tres leches! Didn't care for the BAT sandwich, very little bacon and one slice of tomato. The cappuccinos were very smooth. The tres leche had a bit of cinnamon and was by far the best we have had in Hawaii. Staff was friendly and answered questions. There was a long line that moved slowly, people in line were happy waiting and chatting or on their phones. Parking was very limited as well as seating.

Being tourists, we found this place on the way to our hiking destinations. We loved it. It has a community local feel, with interesting house made items. We wish we were visiting longer in order to try more things. My husband and I both had pour over coffee, I had a lemon ginger scone which was delicious. They had house made sodas, which I would be down to try, but unfortunately we couldn't get back there to try. The food menu seems thoughtful and original as well. They have outdoor seating only, which we envy, as with island weather you can! We'd definitely recommend!

If you live coffee and matcha will not disappoint. Also try egg sandwich ciabatta slathered with tomato jelly, soft egg, bacon and arugula.

Super nice stuff. Took my food to go since there wasn't much seating. I also believe there's no wifi there. The food and coffee were good. I do plan on going back for the Mac n cheese pancakes!

Love this place! There’s always a line (even before they open) but it’s well worth it. The coffee is great, baked goods are delish and they have a hot breakfast selection. The staff is so nice as well.

Just had THE best savory scone (green onion/sweet potato/cheese?) and iced latte from the Kahaluu location. Couldn’t resist this cake slice (chocolate and tahini buttercream) for later. Always perfect coffee and in a cute spot.

Excellent coffee and nice vibe. Quiet neighbourhood location, yet this spot is bustling - clearly people already know about this hidden gem. Service is super friendly! Coffee is “Australian” quality. There’s a large food menu and the cake cabinet is pack with tasty treats.

Had a hot regular latte with oat milk and manoa honey -- wow! The beans are excellent and the frothiness is just right. All of this combined with friendly staff! Highly recommend.
