A better alternative to Starbucks I don't often have coffee , but when I do I try to support a local coffee business. (And I prefer a small shop over a corporate coffee shop) They have coffee drinks , chai drinks , espresso and smoothies available. As well as breakfast food/snack items on their menu. The blended/ice frappe "frost" is delicious and perfect if you need an icy treat+caffeine boost in the morning or to get through your long day I like the tables as it allows a place to get some work done or chat with a friend

Always love the coffee here. Macchiato this time was great! I normally get a pour over which is always good. Their beans are pretty much all I buy now for my home. I get the Lokahi blend because it's the friendliest on the budget, still very good. If I'm buying gifts for others I'll get the 100% Kona Extra Fancy. Everyone always LOVES it. Even the decaf is good.

Really nice coffee for the coffee drinker this is the authentic Honolulu coffee store, really nice spacious inside and outside seating in the middle of the mall great coffee choices, fancy pastries and option to buy ground or whole bean coffee to go.

The freshly brewed pour-over coffee made from high quality Kona beans is a perfect way to experience the many subtle flavors which combine to create the unique experience that is only available from 100% pure Kona coffee. Unfortunately, the experience is sometimes diminished by inattentive preparation by the staff. An unheated cup can quickly cool the coffee, thus diminishing the complex and delicate flavors of the Kona bean.

This was a cute, cozy coffee shop! Our iced coffee tasted great! We loved hanging out here to take a break from all the walking around!

The coffee and the ambience here is good. It’s a nice place to take a break while shopping at Ala Moana. But I gave it two stars because unfortunately the food is not so great. Ordered a BLT Crescent and it appears the entire crescent is microwaved. The crescent is soft and soggy vs. having a nice slightly crunchy crust. The lettuce and tomato were both served cooked (lettuce leaf shriveled). For $15, there should be a little more finesse on how the food is reheated. Even Subway knows to toast their bread separately. I would still recommend enjoying the coffee here and would have rated it 4 stars if wasn’t for the food experience.

Honolulu Coffee is my favorite coffee shop at Ala Moana for sure. It's got a lovely atmosphere and the drinks are fantastic. It's a nice spot with plenty of room to sit and chill. Their rewards program is also quite nice, and you can get a free drink immediately after signing up which is great.

Friendly staff, amazing coffee (local latte). Only 4 stars because I ordered a biscuit and the sausage was cold. Already took a bite so it was not worth it to reheat.

Such a cute little shop! Good amount of tables and service was so fast. Amazing looking pastries. We ordered something they ran out of, but the staff was so caring about making it right for us.

This place is not a pleasant place anymore with a new manager, Brian. He does not greet customers with smile and has an attitude. He seems arrogant and stuck up. I always tip the cashiers there but not when he is present. I really hope he quits soon. I will go there more often when he is not around. Oh..I forgot to mention everyone else who works there is nice except for Brian. It's funny the manager himself is not the nicest one thinking he might be in charge of training his workers for customer service.

Thoroughly enjoyed the coffee. Found the stronger taste to my liking. Service was friendly and fast. Seats fill rapidly from opening so I advise be there early or grab take away.

Yummy! I went in to purchase Kona coffee as gifts for a few friends on the mainland. There are a few flavours but I only noticed the 10% Kona blends and 100% Kona, since that's the main reason I was there. There were two sizes but I bought 5 bags of the 7oz 100% Kona at $30+ each. There must have been some kind of promotion because I received a 10% discount and a small tote bag! While there, I also bought an iced Hawaiian coffee (made with coconut & macadamia) - that was sooo delicious. The store was large with one counter handling orders and the other counter that prepared my drink. In all I noticed 4 employees. It was just after lunch but I received my drink pretty quick. Not too far from the store was a small Honolulu coffee stand. They made coffee and drinks but I did not notice any coffee beans/grounds. Overall, I had a quick and good experience while here.

Had the Haleiwa (pineapple, mango, banana) and the Wailea (mango, strawberry, raspberry). These smoothies tasted like they didnt contain any sweetness at all. Was a tad sour actually. Had to offset the sweetness by eating the strawberry and cream swiss roll. Customer service was very friendly. The strawberry and cream cake was quite delicious.

Nice iced 100% KONA coffee. Very, very limited in pastries though.

Glad to see that they are still at Ala Moana Shopping Center. Very limited bakery items (too limited for snackers). However, the cold brew was excellent on a hot shopping day.
