Unfortunately, not all starbucks are created equal. However, this location is the best one I’ve been to on island. I’ll go out the way to visit this one. My somewhat complicated drink is consistently perfect. I usually get Ashley as my barista. I hope they promote within, because she needs to be the store manager.

Beware! They tack on $0.50 to each order that requires a cup. I am all for reusable containers but this starbucks is sneaky. They charge for a cup but on the app receipt it shows up as a "customization". For your average $4 coffee, $0.50 is 12.5% which is a bit steep. There is also no signs and the workers do not even mention it. Come clean, be up front, and be transparent about it. Most are probably okay with this policy but hiding it is not the right thing to do. Other than that, the customer service is lack luster. Most times I am not even acknowledged until I'm standing right up at the counter, even when it is slow and only 2 other people in the store sitting and not even in line. The bathroom is not well kept and there is alway water on the floor in the bathroom and under the counter by the door nearest the bathroom.

There comes a time when quick-service restaurants need to have their entire operation wiped out and restarted from scratch. That time has come for this Starbucks location. Twice in one week I have had completely unacceptable experiences when ordering here. The first was at 5:15am on a weekday when the place was completely empty. After being open for 45 minutes, the staff had still not started the brewed coffee. I stood there in an empty Starbucks for 15 minutes waiting for a cup of drip coffee. The second experience was at 9:45am on Sunday, when I waited 42 minutes for a venti white mocha. The place was wall-to-wall people waiting on Mobile Orders. I was quoted 15 minutes for my order in the Starbucks app, but in reality it took 42 minutes. They didn't lose my order, they didn't give it away by mistake, it just took 42 minutes to make a single espresso drink. I'm not sure why the Ward Ave location closed, but the staff there was far more efficient, friendly, and able to keep up with the demand. This location needs a complete overhaul.

I go to this Starbucks at least a couple times a week out of location convenience and not once has my order been right. I ordered a hot coffee and get a frap lol. Today they charged a dine in 50 cent cup fee when I was doing my to-go order and didn’t even get my name right so I waited around listening for my name to be called before finding out they decided to make up a name for me.

Nice, friendly staff. Noticed on staffer go above and beyond by anticipating a customer order and delivering it to her before she got there. Not sure if customer was a regular but I happened to be at the right place at the right time and noticed the surprised and appreciative customer as the young Asian girl delivered the order. This was on 7/10/21, at the SALT location, at about 6:30 or so. I hope she gets recognized for whatever she did. Very cool!

Great location. Free Wi-Fi. Biggish store. All the favourites. Sit inside or outside. (Merchandise was available too. )

What my mornings are beginning to look like. Convenient for when I get off the bus to go to work because Starbucks is right there next to the bus stop, and...great for my social media posts, because there's amazing artwork along the track that you can take photos of with your coffee and make inspirational posts.

They cancel all the outlets when you want to work with your computer in a coffee place. I think this place is not nice anymore for Kakaako. Also, I request almond milk and my stomach and I we think it wasn’t 😅.

Im disappointed at this Starbucks. The cashier wasn’t helpful. At 10am I’m not ready for cold drinks so I asked if there’s a similar to the new drinks in hot. She says no. No smile, just looked at me. Not even a substitute when I said I need something hot and sweet. So I just ordered the same as what my friend ordered. And those kids who made the drinks were too busy talking to each other that they didn’t call our name when the drinks were done. We were sitting away from the front waiting. We noticed the people behind us were getting their orders but we didn’t hear ours. I finally looked at the counter and our drinks were there. So, no. Never coming back again.

Very friendly staff! It is fairly busy, but drinks come out quickly, and there's almost always a place to sit down. I enjoy getting a coffee and doing homework here!

How does it take 30 minutes? We ordered at 8:32:55 am two coffees and two bagels. 20 minutes later we had a cold brew and two bagels. Took another 7 minutes for the other coffee. Who is running the show here and how do they not know it's taking that long for orders? Manager seemed incredulous at the wait.

This Starbucks is great, but incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is ready in 5 minutes and other days it takes 15-20 mins when there's only 1 person making drinks and 3 others behind the bar doing busy work. Make it make sense. Drinks are great though. Efficiency could use some streamlining.

I never write reviews or be one to comment. Things happen out of our control i get that. With that said consistently, multiple times and today again for the 4th time i feel robbed. I order items on the app. Assuming the estimated time I wait patiently even when it goes beyond that expected time. My drink often gets made proper. However the issue is, when a breakfast item that shows its available in app but not when I arrive. It delays any update on order. I often find myself having to wait way past estimated time to find that my drink which has been made but was not in sight or within reach has been made, ice melted completely, and now is watered down drink. That the breakfast item I ordered is out (bacon egg wrap). They offer a substitute in which almost all other hot items are $1.50 to $2 cheaper. Not having much options and the line is ridiculously long i feel forced to take the cheaper item. And its made as if the issue is squashed. I end up with a watered down drink, 20mins past estimated time of order, a breakfast item I never wanted and out a couple bucks due to it being a lesser item. Im dissapointed. Id just like to be updated, not be cheated out $, and time...

What else can I say, consistent menu, I get this about once a week. They're pretty friendly, they allow dining in now which is cool. I always take out

My coffee came as ordered and quick. The Barista though... The prettiest woman I have ever seen. I'll be back for the coffee and her smile.

The mobile order was not working. When asked the worker why, he said that the turn it off when it is close to closing...hmm, it was 2:20 pm and the store hours posted said close at 6 pm...that was dumb.

The server, as well as the supervisor, Meme, provided an ice coffee with a sip of coffee and a full cup of ice for $6.25. I complained and asked for coffe and pour out the ice. I was told…so sorry. We use a standard scooper, as if I was in Beijing in 1978. Customer has no rights here so training is poor. Time for robots. Go elsewhere.

I love this Starbucks, they're very pet friendly . you can even get a picture of your dog put on the wall make them famous! i still haven't figured out how the size code works, so I always just say give me the biggest caramel cluster or the smallest mocha whatever

Nice and small Starbucks with lots of seating and a cozy environment. We got our drinks in a very short amount of time. The barista was nice, their bathroom was closed so he showed us another place to find a bathroom. To drink I got the Venti iced green tea lemonade which tasted very good.

This is my go to coffee spot in the morning before work and have been going here since they opened. I used to really enjoy it because the staff was always so upbeat , happy and just friendly.... BUT Recently this location staff is changing all the time and just aren't very efficient. Now when I go the line is long and takes what seems like for ever. What took me 15 minutes now is more like 30. Kinda sad because I have seen people come in and than leave because they see how long it will take. I am hoping management will slowly turn this crew around. Just went 3 straight days and they got my order wrong each time.... no vanilla syrup , no ice in ice coffee ... wth

Great service as usual! The staff is super nice and helpful finding new drinks to enjoy! Love all the cups they have on display. The place is really big and has plenty of space to chill on your laptop.

Great spot to relax and have your favorite cup. Got me the Caramel Machiato and a lemon pound cake. Nice break from work. Enjoying the music and there’s plenty of seating so took a seat near the parking lot, but the seating in the back is a better view of the courtyard and other shops. Plenty of people moving about but not at all crowded. The service was fast and positive. Give it a shot and bring your work or a friend, you’ll want to stay for a bit.

Parking is not simple, but it's a good Starbucks.

It's always a pleasure going to Starbucks because I know I will wake up quickly, and come to life once again. The service was superb, and the Java great, it's one of those places though I cannot visit often , only once and a while . If you need a boost during the day or night, stop in and order a triple latte capicinno, oh yes I would definitely recommend this place if you have some spare change.
