Emily needs to be firmly reprimanded for aggressive, rude behavior and for unapologetically making numerous mistakes on my order. She tried to deflect the fact that she could not simply follow pointing of a picture for a drink. I reminded her that I wanted the whipped drink in the picture. After 2-3 attempts she still gave me a whip free drink and no cream in my coffee. She made numerous mistakes on my order and kept throwing and banging the food. She even threw the whip cream cap and it landed over the counter near my child. Luckily it landed near her feet. Then she violently threw the coffee drink that she made by mistake with an angry bang into the trash can. I asked her to apologize for throwing something that landed by my child and she said it was an accident. She should not be training people at all. Her behavior was beyond traumatic!!! She claimed she was the manager but she was beyond rude, aggressive and disrespectful. I was so embarrassed. She did this in front of my child. I was just inquiring about the difference in price. She was not forthcoming, she was curt and quick. She claimed she was busy. It was not even that busy. There was only one customer ahead of me. Her behavior was throughly unwarranted. I even tried to appeal to her humanity by telling her that she was being rude and yet she persisted. It was appalling!!! Nothing worked to dissuade her from behaving so disrespectfully. In the end, this Emily still made mistakes on my order, I left with no cream in my coffee or whip cream in my drink and hubby had to go back to get it. I was too distraught and offended to go back there. Would you believe that I even told her I would contact corporate , and she smugly gave me my receipt and told me to get her name? She must be quitting or needs to be let go because she does not care about how she represents herself or her company. She just kept being rude and making mistakes on our order. We were just here the previous day and the boys did an excellent job. They were helpful and kind. Fire her!! She is extremely unprofessional and mean.

This place has really gone downhill... coffee used to be good but now it's not worth the money

I'm a simple guy who loves a good Americano and they deliver every single time. Its hard to believe a coffee joint could screw up this simple drink but believe other places do. But NOT CBTL. The staff is always pleasant even early in the morning.

I'm a tourist from Cali visited this place during Christmas. The staff at this place brought her own attitude to work. I would not rate this place low if she is just a tired hard working girl had a little down time. But she was a manager on duty. And she gave me her attitude twice not once! And when she apologized She did it with the attitude She doesn't care. She might had some grudges with someone else and she took it all on me and I never met her before. The experience was horrible.

We came in for drinks at 6:35 and the "employee" listed the few drinks she could still make. NOT on the short list of options was the drink on special until 7pm because she had "already turned off the blender"! This is the 3rd time we have left this location with no drinks because of LAZY employees.

Got there at 735a on a Sunday. 1 guy working , only, and 4 ppl in line. Had to be at work at 8a so we didn't chance it waiting

My Experience was awesome. She was on it. The only one thing that upset me was the drink holder that she put my drink in. It Split in half in the parking lot as I was going to my car. so I had to go back to buy another one. 😠

I purchased a large Mango Iced Tea. I was so good. The young man working said it’s steeped along time. It’s amazing. If you love Mango you’ll love this.

the staff are always so nice and helpful when i have questions, and they're quick even when it's busy. i like to get the vietnamese cold brew. my only problem is that they give me my drink and sometimes it's not completely filled. it's very noticeable so i'm not sure if that's how they do it at coffee bean, but i imagine if you pay for a specific size that's how much it should be filled up?

We had iced coffees and asked for a little milk. What we got was like a milk shake. I prefer to pour my own milk so I don't get the Dunkin donuts version of coffee

I frequented one of their coffee shops elsewhere. Liking their brew and service, I sought this one out at the Ala Moana Center. It did not disappoint.

The Coffee Bean is always good, regardless of what state you're in. The coffees are good and the chais are flavorful and the frapuccinos are tasty.

The employees are always very friendly and quick to make your order.

The drinks are amazing. The Ice Blend or Pure Blend. They have specials on Mondays or Thursdays. They serve Latte and other drinks. Pastries are also available. Friendly Baristas who serve quick.

Pomegranate blueberry tea latte. Kinda too sweet for me, so I ask for 1/2 the powder. Amazing. I miss it so much...

I had dropped my phone during my purchase and only discovered it was missing 45 min later. Thank God the staff there retrieved it and kept it safe until I realized what happened and returned it. Coffee was pretty good!

Local, clean, great coffee and teas. All your favorite tastes are available from excellent Baristas, with pastries, & lunch items.

Ordered cappuccino and espresso. Both came out boiling temperature. Tea, drip coffee and espresso have different temperatures and this chain may not have caught that. Our drinks were way too hot.

Bren is a superstar.... clearly short staffed he managed to service everyone in line and online orders in a calm, efficient and professional manner. A true picture of what is lacking in our work force today. WAY TO GO BREN!!!
