I loved the shop. The sales person is married to a serviceman who hails from a town I worked in for 3 years. SMALL WORLD! I loved the Kona Coconut Coffee that I purchased. Ofcourse, the regular Kona is great! Thanks Hawaii. Enjoyed my trip just after pandemic. Lookout cuz I think it's going to get crowded!

Excellent coffee... so delicious! We went in for the free samples, but ended up buying a lot of coffee to ship home.

Kona mountain Coffee is so awesome! Fantastic service, everyone there is so kind! Always such a great vibe there! Love there variety of chocolates. 🍫🍫 They even have stuff for kids. Sometimes they hand out awesome chocolates and coffee for free. A family Fav! We love getting our drinks and sitting outside with a beautiful view to look at.

I bought the wrong coffee. I wanted the Peaberry grinds and ended up with the original Kona coffee. It is good, but not what I was looking for. Pay the extra price for the better coffee and don't use your hotel room coffee maker to brew it. Save it for your good coffee maker at home.

The store in the Hilton Village is the best, I always stop here when I’m in Waikiki. Gina, the manager, was super helpful on my most recent visit. She got me what I needed, was prompt with her communication, & helped with shipping back to the mainland. If you enjoy good Kona coffee, you can’t go wrong here.

This is our all time favorite Kona coffee. When we visit waikiki, we always take back at least 5 lbs of Peaberry, sometimes 10 lbs. However, this time they were out of everything whole bean. Also, found out that they aren't selling the 5 pound bags anymore.......WTH! That's disappointing. Guess we're stuck with the 1 lb bags when we visit.

Great coffee, but kind of expensive. They offer Kama'aina discount with local ID.

This coffee store is located at Hilton Hawaiian Village. They sell all kinds of coffee( beans and grinds) from main island, Kona. I picked the one that is Macadamia and Vanilla flavor for my parents cuz I know they will enjoy it. It’s not easy to find this flavor in 100% Kona. This store sells decaffeinated coffee too. Besides coffee, they also sell some snacks like coffee with nuts and Baumkunchen cakes. They can ship the products to you if so you get to try authentic 100% Kona coffee.

I am not a coffee drinker, I was with my mom. She was happy with her options for coffee and for tea.

This place was the best option for our daily cup of coffee. At first you might be surprised by the price tag, but it pencils ✏️ out. The 1st day we waited in a long line to spend $12 for 2 people getting decent coffee at Lapperts. Then I bought a half pound @ Kona Mountain, they ground it up fresh for me and gave me a couple filters for my in room coffee maker. So for $28, we had fabulous coffee for 4 people for 3 days. I went back and bought 2 pounds, one for the rest of our vacation and one for home. We had amazing coffee for the rest of the trip, way better than any place serves in town. I highly recommend this option. So smooth, doesn't need sugar at all.

Such a gem in the middle of Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, just steps from the beach and lagoon. We were interested in the Kona Coffee, wanted to learn about it, and ultimately purchase. What we also LOVED was the display of coffee cups. To our surprise after striking up a conversation with the staff, we learned they are English Football supporters (GO LEEDS and MAN U) and were happy to let their one and only display set go! When visiting Kona Mountain Coffee, you’ll get great service and easy chats with delicious coffee in both beans and ground along with macadamia nuts and other treats!

I bought 2 iced mochas yesterday. They cost me 16 dollars and was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. It was so bitter! But, the ladies working there were very nice. Service with a smile.

Tried Kona coffee for the first time today and I was not impressed. In fact, I was rather disappointed considering all the hype behind it. It was bland, not very flavorful, just ok. The croissant and other pastry was delicious. Won't return. Hawaii is beautiful but, the food here is subpar.

So while staying at the hotel this past month, we came across this store , friendly staff small but nice , coffee smell was nice , sadly no samples available to taste, so as a 2 lb bag was 50 plus i was a little hesitant but really wanted to bring home a 100% kona decaf, 😔tasted blah , nothing special the cheap bag at Walmart was better ( swap meet even cheaper for the same Walmart brand ) i feel ripped off to be honest, would not buy again, maybe the normal ( not decaf) will be better once my wife opens hers up 🤷‍♂️

Nice little shop with a good selection of Kona coffee and chocolates. The employee was very helpful, letting us know that the other store was near the airport in Kona, so we can get our coffee beans on the way out.

We visit the Kona store frequently when we are on Big Island, and we were so happy to find the Waikiki outpost!

If you like Kona coffee this is a must try. Also excellent chocolate. Small vendor, locally owned, customers treated like ohana.

The best place in Hawaii to get coffee. We visited their locations in Oahu and the Big Island. Friendly staff, nice souvenir options and of course, amazing Kona Coffee!

If you are around this shop it worth it to just walk in to smell and enjoy. I happen to saw this place on day 1 and did not enter and later on found out it not usually open at night like other shop around. we finally made it in during the day. Picked up some great care package for our friend. Did not take any photo but a must go if they are open. Great staff and very knowledgeable of the coffee. best Kona coffee.

I love 💗 Kona Mountain Coffee ☕ ❣ I was recently staying next door at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and wandered into this shop looking for unique Christmas gifts... I loved the smell of their coffee so much I decided to buy a pound of coffee beans for myself. The kind lady running the shop offered to grind a small amount for me so that I could use it in the hotel room's coffee maker. Oh my goodness, to me, the Kona Mountain Coffee was SO much better than the hotels coffee👍❣❣❣ I'm so grateful I wandered into this shop❣ Not only did I find unique Christmas 🎄 presents 🎁, but I also then had delicious coffee ☕ during my stay ⛱!!! All because of the wonderful customer service this shop offers (and fabulous products)❣ I highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

The coffee is delicious and if you’re a coffee drinker you should definitely bring some home with you. The shop was cute and the staff was nice. The other items in the shop seemed extremely over priced.

Nice place to pick up Kona Coffee beans and surprisingly not any more expensive than other places on the island despite being on the resort grounds.

Terrible experience. After order is placed and there was none in front of me took 10+ mins to make chai. When I asked them where is my order, they hadn't started yet and when I got my chai order, it was just made in hurry and not hot enough, extra sweet. It would have tasted good with all the ingredients but I'm not happy overall. Won't recommend anyone and won't go again ever.
