They have 2 locations, one in front of the hotel and the other @ the exit to the beach. Hours are from 6 am to 2 pm only. They have similar styles of serving hot and cold coffee compared to the larger coffee chains. Also, they serve breakfast items and quite a few bakery choices as well. Staff are friendly and the service is fairly quick.

One of the main reasons I stay at the Sheraton. Coffee is great and customer service on point. Even when they are busy or having an off day they go the extra mile to make it better.

Always order latte with either cookies or croissant 🥐. Great combo. Really wish could stay longer in Hawaii and have Latte every day. BTW. Don't forget to sign up for e-mail and claim free coffee after a few trips. Sheraton Hotel has great ocean view and rocking chairs are so comfy.

The new Honolulu Coffee Company inside the Sheraton Waikiki is a great artisan coffee to have. Before there was Peet's coffee and the staff was AMAZING! They gave discount for those that worked at the Sheraton, and the shops inside the lobby area. So I'm not sure if the old staff rolled over to HCC, but this morning at around 10am on January 30th 2017, I experienced the WORST customer service ever. I'm not even sure they gave me a discount, the barista was taking pictures of the coffee art - and was continuously doing it on the side. I had asked the cashier rep if he could warm up my scone as he was giving it to me, and the barista shook his head in disapproval. I waited for my tea to be prepared and brewed, and upon receiving it, I did not receive the customer service I once experienced in this coffee shop. Please be kind next time, we're all having the case of the Mondays. Aloha.

I forgot what I ordered, something similar to an Americano but with steamed milk and something else. It was a coffee drink name I wasn't too familiar with. But it was really good. And I love that they do a little design in the froth. Makes the drink feel sorta special haha

Try Ordering Hawaiian Latte, it has Macadamia and Coconut Syrup. It's quite good, but $7.85 a cup.

Nice coffee and food but really need to change their stance on accepting reusable cups. You actually sell them yourselves but refuse to take them. COVID isn't an excuse anymore because there are no other COVID restrictions around Hawaii that I can see. If you're worried about COVID (& I agree you should be) then it's time for staff to wear an n95 and insist customers mask up before ordering, that's the best evidence for reducing your risk. Refusing to use recyclable cups feels like a pointless stance to take and refuses to acknowledge we have a planet to save! There is zero excuse for insisting on using non recycled cups in 2022. You should be leading the charge on this beautiful island, not killing it slowly.

Fantastic acai bowls! Staff is very friendly, prices a bit high but that is to be expected given the location. Access is easy from the beach, and they do accept mobile payments.

Free yourself of a $50 for some decent cafe. It's at the pool. On the beach. And for the location, kinda worth it. The Acia bowl was spot on.

Had a feeling on the first sip ... was lukewarm ... it's the worst to be in such a nice place and be sick. There are some other great places around here, I mean Hawaii is known of its coffee, I usually go to Punchbowl but they are closed from the Pandemic ... somehow this chain stayed open but it probably shouldnt have. Surprised it's inside the Sheraton ...

Acai bowls are great, but their coffee is average at best. The black house roast is not as good as island vintage, and not much better than Starbucks.

Had a matcha latte and iced vanilla latte. Matcha wasn’t too great but the coffee was good. Would visit again but would not specifically seek it out.

Good tasting coffee on the expensive side. But it’s convenient (probably the only option) if you stay in Sheraton. Longggg lines in the morning and slow moving too. I highly recommend ordering online (I ordered around 6:30am and they will email you rough pick up time — still takes about 30min). I believe I ordered around 7:30am once, and ETA is whopping 40-50min. Sometimes when I arrived at the counter the coffee was still not ready given how busy they are. But at least when you show up with mobile order receipt/pickup time, they will prioritize your order so you don’t have to wait long.

Limited menu, but their drinks are delicious! A little pricey though.

It’s a nice place if you don’t care about sweetness. Everything is extremely sweet. Matcha latte is made from the sweet powder. If you are up for the drinks that are kind of coffee and matcha, that’s a perfect place for you. People are super nice and your typical sweet options for the food are good too. For me it’s not working, I like a real matcha and a real coffee without any artificial flavor.

A stand near the Sheraton hotel. They serve hot drinks and pastries. I tried there almond croissant and chocolate croissant and they both were great ( the almond croissant was better). Great service, quick and pleasant. There are 2 tables to seat near the stand. Really nice atmosphere and central location. Highly recommended.

Great coffee, açaí bowls, and other food! Prices are high as you’d expect for the location, but that’s all baked in IMO. Everything we got here was excellent. Long-ish lines but they go quickly and I never had to wait long for food or drinks.

My review is for the açaí bowls. The price of the bowls are high for the amount you get. The container is not even half filled and they were out of banana. Quite disappointed- you can get more elsewhere.

Right after the happy resolution of an unpleasant situation with the honolulu coffee moana surfrider location (please see below), i decided to order another Hawaiian latte from this location. Nice lady took my order. But the drink never came. There were no other customers after me for about 15 minutes. Lady who took my order went to the back, another came out and took the next customer's order about 15 min after i placed my order and made her drink. When she finished, I asked her about my drink. She wasn't aware that I had ordered one. She made my drink quickly and gave me a drink token. A nice gesture but not overall thrilled with the back to back less than optimal experiences. Still love the products though. PREVIOUS issue from Moana surfrider location: Waited 2 years to get back here to get that Hawaiian latte! Did not disappoint. Was a bit saddened when one of the workers accused me of stealing an acai bowl. I tried to explain to him that I had no idea what he was talking about but he didn't seem to be persuaded. It became a semi public spectacle and not how I envisioned my long- awaited Hawaiian latte experience to be. Also ordered acai bowl, overnight oats, croissant, green tea, oat bar... love this place barring that peculiar encounter. UPDATE: spoke with supervisor couple hours later. She recalled the incident, apologized, gave me a few drink tokens. Supervisor handled it nicely.

Went twice. First tea was fine. Second ordered no ice and they handed a 2/3 full tea.

Loving making espresso at home. Excited to find my favorite coffee spot to grab morning cappuccino. This place consistently had the best. On my last day, I watched the barista see their arduina was pulling slow and it was throwing off their shots. The faces they were making were pretty funny when they were teasing it. They adjusted testing about 5 shots before making me another wonderful drink.

So delicious. Easy to get, tasty to enjoy. Latte is so good and the staffs are kind. Better than nearby island vintage coffee where i waited for 45 minutes

This was a great coffee experience, the two staff were super friendly and welcoming, it was a chilled and relaxed vibe in the cafe. I had just come off a long flight and the coffee here was spot on. Will definitely be my morning stop each day while I’m in Hawaii.

(Translated by Google) Postscript I went to the store because I got coffee for free, so I was refused if I didn't know. It's the worst. I thought Azabu Juban was a little more delicious, but if I asked for a hot coffee, the acidity was too strong and it wasn't good. Did it taste like this ...?

I don't know what the deal is with the rest of the reviews, but (at least based on both the hot and iced Hawaiian lattes I've had here) this is some if the best coffee I've ever had.

Hmmm I think the poor reviews must be from people who don’t like fresh, strong, American-style coffee. Hit the spot (along with a chocolate croissant) for my 1st jet-lagged morning on Oahu. Service was totally friendly.

Great chai latte and a warm ham and cheese croissant right next to the valet at the Sheraton. Employees were really friendly even early in the morning
