The food was very good for the price. The ube waffles were amazing!!! Highly recommend! Five stars for the food but the service knocked down a star. Once you place your order and get your food, they don't really check up on you. We had to flag our waitress down just to ask for the check.

Food was amazing!! The kimchi fried rice is really good, but the ube waffles stole the show for me. It’s just perfectly balanced. I anticipated the whip on top of the waffles to be overpoweringly sweet, but it was perfect and harmonized so well with the rest of the waffles and the sauce. The restaurant was very busy so staff was preoccupied and forgot to give us our utensils. However, that was promptly attended to when we were able to get their attention.

Visiting from FL we found YoguStory to feature a unique menu with delicious flavors in every bite! The Taro tea, Ube Waffles or Pancakes and Portuguese sausage were some of our favorites. We came here twice during our week-long trip. Arrived around 8 am both times and did not have any issues getting a table. Wait staff stays busy but get what you need quickly. Going to miss this yummy restaurant after returning stateside.

Leaving Hawaii tomorrow is bittersweet but brunch at this cute spot was super satisfying. Check out the cute little way they display the menu! Our food came out in no particular order and not at the same time but we were offered free sweet potato pancakes which were amazing.

Love this place! My favorites are their ube pancakes & Chantilly waffles! Also... If u love garlicky fried rice... Theirs is Great!!! If you go right before 8a.. you miss the long wait which starts after 8a. And they have have smooth, excellent tasting coffee... Not bitter!

I had a great time dining here with my girlfriend. The food was great and so was the coffee. The waiters we're extremely cool and approachable. I would come back. Parking was easy to find. Thank you.

My first visit here was amazing. I loved the food and the wait was not that bad. The staff were friendly and fast to serve. The food was delicious and the ube pancakes were to DIE FOR!!!! Having stated all that above let me explain the reason for the 3 stars 2 and 1/2 years later. We were told 15 minutes and thought no problem. Cut to 45 minutes later of standing in a parking lot in the sun with no where to sit down and no shade. Finally being brought in and once again the staff did a good job on the service. The Ube pancakes seemed smaller, had far less sauce and the sauce didn’t taste as good. (2 purple pancakes side by side. The one with the raspberry is from 2.5 years ago) I’m not sure if the receipt changed or if the portion size did but both fell short this round. We all enjoyed the food but it felt and tasted different. The pictures from the Ube pancake on are from 2.5 years ago. We will be returning and checking whether this was a fluke or if the quality/food really has changed that dramatically since our original visit.

It's okay, I had to request another waiter to get my water cups. My waffle tasted a bit dry but it was still pretty good. Prime rib loco Moco was tasty and the kalbi was too.

Food was amazing! Loved everything we ordered and they serve big portions! Flavor was on point! We ordered Choc Chip pancakes, kids loved it, Ube Pancakes ughh so good. Wife had the traditional benedicts with bacon and I ordered Crab Benedicts.. I usually finish big plates but I tapped out on this one lol it's that good, maybe better with more hollandaise sauce.

Definitely a spot for good food pics. We only came to try the Ube pancake, it was great. They do charge extra for more ube sauce though. In my option we didn’t receive enough sauce as it was only on the outside and the inside was relatively dry and just tasted like regular buttermilk pancakes without the sauce. Wish we ordered more dishes as all the dishes here are creative.

Used Yelp wait-list and still waited about an hour but at least we were in our hotel room instead of waiting around at the restaurant! Ube pancakes are a MUST; so fluffy and flavor is not overbearing! Prime rib loco Moco is amazing!!

Our wait time was a hr n 1/2 but so what! LOL. Right to the point, the Aloha French toast 🥰. This was my first time here and it did not disappoint!! The second time it did but that French toast was a hard act to follow. Nevertheless, I'll be back! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is kind. Food came out fast too with a full house!

We had friends come here twice on our trip. This was our favorite place for the loco moco although it felt like we were eating a steak dinner fir lunch. I loved the spam skillet, the tater tots were fried to perfection. The ube pancakes unfortunately were not our favorite. The cakes itself felt a little soggy. However the ube waffles were super tasty

Service is not good, they keep ignoring customers when they try to get some help or service. They act like they're very busy but they're not. Today Tuesday is not that busy at all. Food is not cheap and " too salty" and it's possible it can cause somebody 😵🫀❤️‍🔥heart attack died here. It took them 15 minutes to give me raw food and the 2nd time it took them even longer.👎👎👎😤😤 Totally, the food took one hour and 40 minutes to come out finally. 😤👎👎👎👎 My friend and I didn't enjoy it. We are not coming back anymore. P.s. photos in this review for ""1st dining room design " it's Not at this location at all"". 👎😤👎😮‍💨Someones post another place dining room design for this place. "False🤥 photos Dining room advertising".👎😲🤥🥸 !!!! That was old location 🤯. 🛑 Stop trick😠 customers !

We came for Sunday brunch as I have heard so many good things about this place. We put our name in and it was about a one hour wait. Normally I would never wait that long but since they were shops nearby, we decided to walk around. After 30 minutes we went to check our status and lo and behold our name wasn't even on the list despite us putting our name and phone number in their system. However, the hostess said she would just seat us right away because of the error. I had the Ube french toast $17.95 and seems to be one of the best sellers and well worth it. It was delicious. I ordered a side of house potatoes $5 which was pretty tasty and well seasoned. The Mr. had the big breakfast combo which was underwhelming and the spam seemed undercooked for his liking. He did enjoy the French toast that I ordered. The ube has a slight hint of coconut which is delicious and I am thrilled they do not pour it over the French toast but came as a side. Service was pretty good as they kept refilling the Illy coffee we ordered. Four stars is for the French toast and customer service. Make sure you come early or are not starving because the wait is usually pretty long. With that being said, I will come back and try other things like that eggs Benedict which look scrumptious.

I thought that the food was so good especially for me cause it’s gluten friendly so I had the best breakfast platter ever this is my favorite meal 🤩🤩🤩

Ate two meals here while visiting Oahu in July 2023. Service and staff were great both visits. Food was very good. Hubby had the Ube pancakes (purple in color) and I was pleasantly surprised but how tasty they were. I had the Loco Moco during first visit and the eggs Benedict during the second period both were delicious! Would definitely visit again. You may want to get on the yelp waitlist though prior to arriving.

Food: 4-5/5 depending on dish you get. Service: 5/5 Ambiance: Casual Value: 4.5/5 portions are good sized, especially for the Benedict’s Nice big variety of items on the menu, dishes are flavorful and tasty. Above average brunch place for my taste buds, gives this place a 5 star for me. Value is relative depending on where you are from, but being based in the bay myself, it’s a good value.

The group wanted to go here because we read it had good reviews. Ordered ube pancake, potbelly oinker. Their pancake did not disappoint and their portions were huge. Unlimited coffee and very very nice server. Must go to when in Honolulu, Hawaii.

1st time here. Didn't know this place existed. Parking was hard to find, probably because it was around lunch time and on Sunday. Found street parking. The service was good and the food came out fast. We had the strawberry pancakes and the kimchi egg/fried rice. Awesome presentation and the food was excellent.

Our second time here… best dish was the Aloha French Toast, tons of fruit, fluffy French toast, it was great. Worse dish was the BAE eggs Benedict. The pork belly was so huge but lacked flavor and the middle was dry and chewy. The salad and tots on it were much better than the Benedict. Had a side of fried rice ($6) and that was very tasty, good portion for kids meal and to share. Jorge was our server and he was awesome and very friendly. Atmosphere was good but probably my last time coming here.

One of our favorite go-to breakfast places! Their food is so delicious! Parking is not great, but who cares? The ambiance is beautiful! I love the decors. Service is a hit and miss, depends on who it is .

Brunch done precise! Some of the best Benedict’s on the island and a perfect spot for your weekend (weekdays, if you’re on vacation, or just wild) Bloody Mary or cocktail. Wait time and parking can be a bit much, but it’s worth it. They have an online list you can add yourself to, to avoid the line when you get there. Hearty meals that you can split between two people. (I couldn’t finish my entire serving) Friendly staff and quick service. Not a place to go if you don’t like delicious food…or trying to lose weight. Aloha!!!

Great breakfast!!! If you get a chance to enjoy their menu, make sure you do so. I had the Turkey pesto panini sandwich, was awesome and my daughter could barely finish her delicious chocolate waffles, so yep I ate those also, awesome!!! My wife and daughter enjoyed a plain waffle as well as a blueberry french toast plate that was also awesome! Great service, wonderful guava and passionfruit juices, hot chocolate was on point, overall 5 stars, also, seating arrangements are very comfortable.

I came here for breakfast on a holiday (around 9:00 a.m.) and had a 20 minute wait. I tried the Oinker, which is the fried rice, 2 eggs and Portuguese sausage. The food was good. Service was just okay but I'm thinking it may be because they were a little busy. They're known for their ube pancakes, so maybe I'll try that next time. I'm a bit of a visual eater so the color of those pancakes look unappetizing. We'll see!

Tasty sweet, savory and sandwich options, lots of variety to choose from. Adult beverages don't appear on the menu but are available upon request. Attentive staff and quick service. I would definitely go back to try more of the menu. Update: I have been back several times and found that the food is consistently good. I would say however that it surprised me to find a lot of their food is not made fresh. In some cases that is fine, the potato wedges are still great, and sometimes you just want a hearty comfort meal for breakfast or lunch, which this place definitely provides.

What I recommend: Ube pancakes Other things I ordered: prime rib skillet, taro tea latte, cream soda Tip: Reserve seats through Yelp >30 mins before going Thoughts: The place is known for their Ube pancakes and they definitely delivered. The pancakes were large, full of flavor with lots of ube syrup on top. My friend told me that this dish is popular on Instagram due to its vibrant purple color. The prime ribs skillet on the other hand was lacking in flavor. The skillet consisted of tater tots, pieces of prime ribs, and bell peppers. The taro tea latte was made using powdered taro and was overly sweet.

The place was highly recommend but there was an hour wait from the jump, the place is small but cute. Their check in system failed it never checked us in so I was very annoyed and the host helped us and got us seated immediately. I ordered and tried for the first tome Ube latte and it was phenomenal my husband ordered the Ube pancakes

Came here just to try the ube pancakes and they were soooo yummy! Super soft, fluffy and the ube sauce was so creamy - not too sweet. A must try if you’re an ube fan! We ordered the prime rib and Kalua pork loco mocos too and they were both tasty. I’d come back just for the pancakes alone. Big portions. Service was slow despite coming during odd hours with only a few other tables.
