Small, hole in the wall place. Parking isn't the best, but what can you do in town. Like the other reviewers, the guy at the counter was super friendly, and helpful. We got the Tiger Amber tea, basic bubble tea, with special brown sugar boba. The cup and lid are awesome, and the small things like this really make a difference. Hopefully they can expand their flavor base, but overall the tea tasted awesome as well as the boba. Next time we need to try the snow ice.

Besides great drinks, this place has a great worker. On 06/17/21, after quickly receiving my drink, someone closely approached me right outside the door of the shop. The worker swiftly came out to check on the situation. Restarting Regarding the drink, the boba was nice and soft. I will definitely come out to try the other items such as the snow ice.

Got the Mango shave ice and it was enough for two. Most of the reviews are very accurate, small place, takes a little time, but the taste is worth it and it includes a small tea. Looking for shave ice that’s not like a snow cone, come here…. It’s completely different than anything around.

It can be a little nerve wracking waiting for a drink after ordering online, but nonetheless delicious. Snow ice needs to be ordered in person. The sometimes mysterious workflow seems to prioritize quality and moving people out of the relatively tiny shop rather than order sequence, but so long as it isn't exceedingly busy I haven't found this to be much of an issue. You're getting a treat, after all, so take a moment to enjoy yourself!

Tasty and the portion size is very generous! We ended up sharing a single shave ice between two people. They also gave out free jasmine iced tea, but it was too sweet. I wished the watermelon ice had more watermelon to be honest.

Yum! If you like Ice Monster, you’ll like NIO Snow Ice. Will visit again to try other shaved snow ice flavors.

We stumbled across this place Dec 22, and on a return trip to Oahu Nov 23..had to make a special trip back..as we loved it so! Definitely recommend coming here!

The Mango Shaved Ice did not disappoint! Perfectly sized for two to share and comes with a cup of perfectly brewed sweetened iced jasmine tea for balance. Friendly staff and quick wait to order and receive the food. Mahalo and we’ll see you again soon!

A bit hard to find, a bit of a wait for our drinks (the app was so cumbersome my wife gave up) but TOTALLY WORTH IT. We've gone two days in a row since we found it. Our new favorite place.

It was excellent customer service. Owner knows his stuff when it comes to his products. Everything made in house. Really good prices for the size of the drink and all the toppings and fillings. Highly recommend for those with a sweet tooth or those that want something to cool off with.

WOW!!! Found this place just trying to kill some time before we hit the escape room in the same complex. Absolutely delicious! My wife and I split the strawberry snow ice and we devoured it. Our kids had the piña coloda smoothie. They loved it. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!!!

this was my second time eating authentic shaved ice, i couldn’t stop talking about this mango lychee bowl for 2 days. After i had this i was immediately googling shaved ice place in my home town because i know i will not be living without this when i leave hawaii. ITS SO GOOD!! i walked over a mile to find this place and i will gladly do it again. i’m absolutely addicted and obsessed. for $~9 you get a giant bowl and a tea on the side it’s amazing.

The worker was very friendly and patient. I think he is also the owner. Tiger boba drinks are delicious. My favorite place for boba. The boba pearls are the perfect texture.
