Nice live music selections, but these good prices are above my vacation budget. Funny story, I'm in a group of 4 adults. We ask the server how many shrimp come in the $27 coconut shrimp dish. She said 4 or 5 and the wings are good too, "they both are shareable". It took all we could to not laugh. Enjoy. The atmosphere is the bomb!

Overall chill vibe, good food and drinks and DJs made a cool atmosphere. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. Cherie the waitress is honestly an angel. We were blessed to have here, super nice and friendly and took care of us so well we will never forget her superb service. Thank you 🙏

Amazing! Had a blast at the bar the HH has $2 oysters which is a steal in Hawaii. Also had some Paloma’s and Mai Tais and the sliders. the pool vibe was awesome dj during the day and Ramon is the best bartender even recommended some places to go for clubbing and took good care of the hubby and I service is top notch and we will be back next vacation for that reason!

This place is so fancy, I felt really out of place going to hang out there lol! It is super cozy and a very nice view once you do get comfortable (I spent 2 hours, one night of our six day trip lounging here 😬 I honestly wish I'd done more lol)

This restaurant is in the Alohilani Resort, up on the 5th floor, and it’s the perfect place for a happy hour. I loved everything but I was particularly impressed by the chicken avocado flatbread and maitai!

Amazing place to recharge. The BEST place to go to in Waikiki. Best Long Islands. Great staff. Occasionally passed desert samples. Great view, great music

I really wish I could give this place more stars. The first day, I sat at the bar and had amazing service. The second day, I paid a few hundred dollars to get a cabana and the service was terrible. Andrew was supposed to take care of us but always passed us by instead of checking on us. He checked in on his other tables 5 times before he checked on us. The drinks were good, the food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible.

Great place to eat and drink if your budget stretches this far. We went there in happy hour and still spent quite a lot. However the food and drink are superb. Service was ok, but we were sitting quite far away from the main seating area, so we didn't expect a fawning server anyway. For cocktails we tried - 'Alohalini guava Mai Tai, this was very well made with a great taste. I tried the Swell Hawaii, which had vodka, rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, lime, and cane syrup. This was excellent and I'd highly recommend. I also had the Pianola Derby, a whiskey-based cocktail, which was ok, but I've never been one to like whiskey in cocktails, so I wouldn't get again, but others may like it. For food, my partner had the Oahu truffled lobster tacos. These were superb, and would highly recommend. I had the bacon wrapped Kauai shrimp. These were very good as well, but not many shrimps on the plate, so I was left slightly hungry. Overall a great place to eat and drink, we sat overlooking the ocean. But very expensive. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed at the Alohilani and stopped at Swell for a lunch. Burger and salad were exactly as expected and service was fast and friendly. Views were nice and crowd was managed well but we weren’t rushed.

My friends and I reserved a Cabana here for my best friends bachelorette weekend during the day. Let me just start, our waiter Andrew was exceptional and completely made the experience. The accommodation is the best one available in Waikiki and does not require you to be a hotel guest. The Cabana was spacious and very well stocked. It also came with some pool chairs in front. The service from all employees was great! We had an absolute blast as a group of 10. I would highly recommend this area for big groups looking for a lounge and or party Cabana experience while in Waikiki. There was no DJ during the day but they allowed us a speaker. Drinks were delicious. Food was great. Thank you Andrew for making our weekend!

Great vibes after sunset with live music and a rooftop bar atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Chill crowd. Wish we’d found this spot earlier!

A pool with one of the best views in the city. Capture amazing sunset photos! It gets crowded so if you want a poolside deckchair get there early.

Came here for an early drink with a view. There was plenty of space and seating available. We were able to move closer to an umbrella for shade. I got the Pina colada and it was great. Not too strong and not too much like iced cream.

Really cool spot for live DJ music and a nice pool. Service can be slow and drink may be expensive, but you are paying for the vibe

MAC across the street advertised a Happy Hour but no bartender. Sure. Came over here and paid $20 for a Mai Tai. Pretty steep but respectably strong. The pool top is a fine hangout and the mood was great. Finished two crossword puzzles.

The view up there was amazing! Make sure you allot yourself at least 2 hours up there to enjoy the full amenities it offers (infinity pool, bar, cabana and food & drinks). Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive to our needs and brought out our drinks and foods promptly.

The scenery is beautiful but that's all you are paying for. Ordered wings and came without sides, ordered fish and it looked like a kids meal. $19 for the 6 wings, 2 skewers of meatballs is $18, grand total $85 after ordering for the whole family. Ended up going to McDonald's after that. If you have a family that eats a lot then don't eat. Honesty a waste of money. Workers were really nice.

A great place to have a sunset drink with your partner. Sexy vibe and good drinks. music on Friday and Saturday nights really add to the vibe.

After getting recommendations from several locals about the sunset scene at this poolside bar nested up on the 5th floor of the Alohilani in Waikiki, we decided to give it a try. Not only was this clearly a locals favorite hangout (with overstuffed furniture around mini fire pits), the food and drinks were amazing. Our bartender was Chad and he was working his tail off! Every time we were going to ask for something, chad was already on his way to our table with whatever we were going to ask for on his tray and a big smile -- like he knows just how to make sure each person really enjoys their vacation. We can't wait to go back during our next visit to paradise.
