Amazing location and parking for your stay. Had a corner room which was spacious. The wall air-conditioner was out of date and very loud but it was only needed to cool the room down before bed. Security who works for building not timeshare was rude if you asked questions but I figured since he didn't work for the timeshare he's there for the residents

Beginning with the delightful staff -very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable. views to Waikiki Beach, to watch the surfers in morning, the city lights by night. Very centrally located, a few blocks from the beach, with bus stops at the door. My only complaint is that there was an internet charge. Most establishments offer free internet these days. I left some clothing in a drawer and am hoping to retrieve soon.

Good accomodations within walking distance of everything in Waikiki. Standard rooms are studio style with a wood shutter between the bed and living room. There are one bedroom apts, but you have to be a lifetime owner and reserve them well in advance. I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again. I stayed here on my honeymoon in July and only have positive things to say about it! The rooms were spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed! Although it was not fully updated it was very clean! Parking is free and that's a major plus since you are in walking distance to everything! The staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed!

Excellent place. It is in prime location and only 2 blocks from beach. Loved it.

If you want to be close to the beach, high end shopping/shopping in general, restaurants, almost everything, this would be a great place to stay! Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

One my favorite timeshares to stay at when visiting for location, excellent hospitality ( Victoria is best!!) I have always lucked out with awesome views of West mountain range and Lovely sunrises. Easy check in and check out process. The amenities and pool area are never crowded. Pool is super cold but actually quite healthy and keeps germs away!

Really outdated that isn’t up to the normal standard of other RCI timeshare properties. Our unit had dirty/badly stained carpet and even the toilet seat no longer had the coating, so needed to be replaced years ago. When we arrived, the pillow cases weren’t changed and the coffee pot and knife block were both moldy. After three days we were able to get a working coffee pot. We kept shoes on inside (even after vacuuming). Pillows were so thin it took 3 to make a standard thickness. The rooms are very noisy - windows don’t have any insulation so even closed you hear traffic all night. We booked months ago and renovations on the pool were supposed to be complete at least a month prior to our arrival, but they weren’t and we had already booked flights so couldn’t switch locations since there were no alternatives. Overall pretty disappointing. Would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

Jacque was really great to deal with. We arrived early after 9 hours flying and she not only stored our luggage for us but was able to prioritise cleaning of the apartment we were going into so that our very tired kids could get some rest after not sleeping on the plane. The apartment was very well stocked with ample towels and was immaculately clean. Also, it's in central Waikiki, close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Minus 2 stars because the staff is not friendly. 1 more because the amenities sucked. The sauna/closet did not work. No coins for the laundry.

We have had a timeshare with this organization for approximately 40 years. It is our home away from home. Comfortable, affordable, and in the heart of Waikiki Beach. The beach, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are within walking distance with no need to rent a car. The building's pool has recently been replaced by a totally new pool. Other updates are ongoing.

Heart of downtown Waikiki. Easy walking distance to just about anything you might want. Clean rooms. Manager was nice and very helpful. Right on major bus routes.

Horrible experience. 3 times we got evacuated from the building in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Floor 23 studio 2310 outdated, dirty , old. Sheets, blankets, and pillowcase were dirty , stained, and with hair . I'm very disappointed at RCI for recommending Lifetime to Timeshare owners.

Very nice! Rooms could use some updates but very nice price and location for time spent. Will be going back!!

Great location only 10 minutes from Waikiki beach, friendly staff and convenient parking.

Clean and quite the kitchen was a quilt with everything! Staff was very. Friendly and helpful when I lost my key. They had ceiling fans that I used more then air conditioner! The views are of midtown Hawaii are spectacular, Nordsrom Rack & Ross in next block. Your on the main Street all the bus route a stop at corner. At this location u have to walk through retail sites to get to the beach. I learned to Chris cros blocks southward to the veterans memorial. There's a walk way to the beach!
