This is absolutely one of the best part of our trip: * The staffs are really nice, friendly and professional. I had been really nervous in the first place as I am not able to swim, but with the staff's patient and professional skills, I found I was in a good hand and pretty taken very well. And then I started to enjoy the left of the trip under the deeper water Getting so close to these fishes and the turtles, it was really exciting. * The experience of the whole trip was really nice and smoothy. Thanks to their well planning, I believe. e.g.: They grouped all the people who are wearing the same color of the wristband, which is helpful, the photographer would know our group, and took really good pictures and videos for you. I really love those, it was really rare moment and experience which will be worth to keep for ever and for no reason. *They provide all the other gears, like snorkeling while waiting for the scooter. *They provide you snacks and drinks to easy the tour. Anyway! Great jobšŸ‘ And we had really good time..

First of all I only got to experience the scooter tour for 15 min or so. The operator never warned us that thereā€™s extremely loud noise in the scooter helmet. Definitely not for people with phonophobia. I am ok with loud noise but my ears were almost deaf during the tour. You have to swim 10 feet ish from the scooter back to the boat. The guide for my scooter was very rude and yelled at me for clinging on to the scooter after the tour. I accidentally swallowed a gulp of sea water on my way out of the helmet and also canā€™t see anything since I donā€™t have any snorkeling mask on. I was terrified with salty sea water in my mouth, my nose, and my eyes. No one helped me swim back to the boat ladder and I had to kick really hard to get back. (I can swim in swimming pool, but has never swim in open sea and is thus afraid of it.) Also no one helped me climb back to the boat. I saw 1 sea turtle during the trip which is awesome. Other than that I only see a few fish which I can already see when snorkeling in sharkā€™s cove. They use underwater camera to help you take pictures, and charge you 70 for the photo and video combo package. I definitely wonā€™t recommend this tour to any friend. If you want to experience shallow sea water, go snorkel at two step in Kona. If you want to go deep to see more fish, go scuba diving with some nice coach instead.

Amazing experience!! I am not a swimmer so for me to be able to do this was a big deal. Great friendly staff! Everyone was super encouraging (I was terrified at first) and so nice! I felt safe and secure through the whole experience. So much fun! Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this experience and the crew. These guys are awesome and make sure u have an amazing time. The scooters were awesome and easy to use. They have diver is the water at all times to help you. This is for everyone. Anybody can do it. Very helpful staff. They also had snorkel equipment and life jackets on board. So when it wasn't your turn to dive. You can chill out. Go in the water and relax. They go to an area that is popular for turtles to feed. The fish go there to feed off of the turtles and it's a great circle that u get to experience. 100% would do again. Very unique.

Submarine water scooters are so much fun. This is our second time going and weā€™re still amazed and loved every minute of it. The team was super friendly and we had a lot of fun on the boat and in the water! Highly recommended!

This is an absolute must do in Hawaii! Such a cool experience and the crew was incredible. Puts your mind at ease, and so helpful and accommodating. They announced that you don't have to know how to swim, but that might not be the case for everyone. They drop you back off at the boat several feet away from the stairs and you have to swim back with a fairly strong current (I saw the male divers assisting people out, but the girl that helped me and my son expected us to swim back...which is fine, but not if you can't swim so just be aware if you're a non swimmer). The captain was incredible. Such a chill vibe and we saw lots of cool fish and several turtles. The pictures they take of you are awesome and well worth the price ($20/person). Once you're done, you get to snorkel while everyone else goes. So many things to see in the super clear water, but the current is strong so most wore life jackets! Overall I can't recommend this enough...absolutely amazing and memorable! Also they took all covid precautions, and sprayed down each helmet after each group went. Really impressed!

These guys were the absolute best!!! They made you feel safe and secure. There's a scuba diver for every sub scooter so you are always being watched; they take fantastic photos for a good price! Highly recommend, I would absolutely do this again!

I recommend keep looking another operator. They did a good job catching fish, but at the end, forgot to tell us that there was no place to clean or keep the fish, and that if we wanted them, we had to pay them to clean them while we wait another hour. No pictures of our catch with the kids! Killed and thrown away by captain. When I called to explain my issues, they replied a week later after my follow up call, and referenced that I should have known and complained about the tip. I tip the first mate usually (which we didn't have one), and I don't tip when I feel like they are taking advantage of me. I also don't recommend a boat with no first mate. The waves are real big in Hawaii, and when the captain is trying to help you catch a fish, nobody is at the helm and you are tossed all over the place. Even on a nice weather day, we were getting sick. We didn't slow down to reel in a Mahi because this would have sent us really rocking worse. Fishing was fun, but far from expectations, and professionalism was missing, especially at the end and afterwards. You don't even get to hold a pole. Its just attached to the boat, so you only crank a fixed position pole. No Fun. Find one of the other ones.

Had a blast! The crew is amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The scooters are fun and give you an awesome experience with lots of fish coming around, as well as the occasional sea turtles. Crew was happy to take my GoPro down to the sea floor to grab some close up video of the wildlife. **one big note, if you get claustrophobic, getting into the scooter may be a challenge - wife didnā€™t realize she was until it was game time and had to back out last second. Again, the crew could not have been better and got her and my son set up with snorkel gear where they could see the action from the surface. Had a blast and would definitely recommend.

By far my favorite birthday. The captain Ogee made sure that everyone felt safe before sending them in the water. Each person in a scooter had thier own diver that stayed with them 100% of the time. My diver made sure that I got to swim with a Honu, BEST THING EVER!! Hawaii really is a magical place!!!

My wife and I took this tour yesterday and we couldnā€™t be more happy! It was so fun and exciting! The whole crew was super nice and talkative! They engaged with us and answered all our questions! The gentleman who took the pictures did such a fantastic job! We have ZERO negative things to say about this company!

A fun under water activity in Honolulu. Suggested for younger people, it hurts ear at one point due to the pressure with the vacuumed helmet on under the water. Lots fish following you. I think diving and snorkelling are more fun.

Really great experience snorkeling while we wait for our turn on the scooters. Amazing fish, and sea turtles at this spot! Staff were wonderful as well. I did feel like our scooter time was rushed and short (we were the last group to get a ride)

This was my absolutely favorite part of the trip. The amount of fishes and wildlife you see once you go down is amazing. Not only do you go underwater with the scooters but they also have snorkeling šŸ¤æ gear for you to do that too! I kept talking about this to locals and once I got back home. Not many people knew about it but as soon as I showed them the amazing video, they looked to book a trip. The crew was amazing! They took great pictures and videos which was perfect! Definitely recommend to this.

You won't regret this trip!!! The team has thought of everything and all you need to do is hold your breath for a few seconds and then descend into the ocean for an amazing experience!!! The entire crew is so kind and encouraging, the pictures and video are amazing and don't forget the sea turtles. My diver was so nice, made sure I was feeling comfortable and guided me right into place and then took me on the experience of a lifetime. I can't say enough positive things about this trip....I promise if we are ever back in Hawaii, we will see you guys again!!! Oh, and that smile on my face is the most genuine happiness that stayed with me for the entire day!!! Mahalo šŸ¤™

Was a great experience, no need to know how to swim. The staff explain things well and is very patient and organized . While you wait for your turn you can swim in the ocean they have many things for you to use. Life jackets and all equipment is free to use.

We did the scuba scooter. Very nice experience. I am a scuba diver buy the wife just doesn't want anything on her face or mouth claustrophobic at time. This was great for her. She got to experience a modified scuba system and throughly enjoyed it.

The underwater scooter is a must do experience while in Ohau. You get to dive with the fishes with being a diver. They make it fun and safe by having an experienced diver with you at all times. The only thing I recommend is to take some motion sickness pills before you go. A couple of people got sea sick and couldn't participate.

This experience was amazing. I will certainly do it again. The guides were knowledgeable and I felt safe at all times.

AMAZING experience and absolutely WORTH IT! The meet up point is at the port tucked behind McDonalds. The catamaran takes you about a mile away toward these reefs where fish and sea turtles hang out. We jumped in the water with your diver (each person has one dedicated diver per scuba scooter). The staff teaches you hand signals to communicate with your diver in case you are uncomfortable with something. While you are waiting for your turn you can snorkel with the provided equipment! They take pictures of you and your group, which is available for sale - definitely recommend buying them - and they send it to you for digital download. They provide light snacks and water! Some friendly reminders: * wear reef safe, mineral sunscreen! * TIP THE STAFF WELL! They are taking care of each patron for the entire duration, and diving is physically demanding work

Super awesome experience! Must do! Staff is very accomodating and makes you feel safe. We purchased the video they took of us which is amazing & easy to obtain which wasn't the case with some other tours we did around the island.

So much fun! A truly unique experience. The staff are professional and courteous. They make sure that all guests are comfortable and give clear instructions. The scuba scooters were truly something else, there's nothing that comes close to that experience! Each person had their own diver to make sure that there were no emergencies. They take their own photos and videos, so you are able to take in the full experience. Shout out to the crew!
