We were looking for a place to eat after a long hike and my brother suggested that we eat here. Our Fried Chicken was fresh and still hot. Taste delicious, crispy outside batter and just juicy and flavorful inside. Very friendly service.

Always a line and twice the staff missed our order on separate visits (both times ordered spicy chicken and we were served regular, so make sure to check your order before departing), but the food is delicious and it’s still one of the best fast food chains on the market. Great gravy and rice option. The friend chicken batter seasoning is yum!!

Ok I have tried all the other brands and have even traveled to the Philippines on many occasions but never tried Jolliebee but today was the day and it was good. The chicken. Is moist inside and crispy on the out side. And in hawaii we eat rice with everything so here you go.. rice with your chicken and also with a gravy that's a must try. Yummy. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

I’m hooked…. amazing seasoning and fresh chicken. I’m from Texas — this is 10x better than Chic Fil A. I have to give it a 10/10. Try the peach mango pie!

Had a good meal at the Jolibee Ala Moana Center! This restaurant is in the food court. Sorta KFC style food with a phillipine twist... the spaghetti was a sweeter sauce with chunks of hot dog like meat -- I really enjoyed it but others might not. Give it a try! Plenty of other options in the food court too.

My 8-year old daughter and I got food poisoning from the halo-halo we ordered in this location on June 30,2021. My daughter got sick in that evening and then me shortly after. This is the only item we ate in the evening together. I called the manager in this location about this situation, but they just said "OK. There's no other customers that called for food poisoning". This upsets me because their response seems like they did not show concern for their customers' well-being. I am scared that there would be more people and/or children that could get sick because of this. I hope that this incident will make sure that the workers handle their food properly with regular glove replacements and keep in track of their ingredients' shelf life, especially for ingredients that stay in their fridge.

A Filipino friend of ours posted about this spot and I've been wanting to try it ever since. It's a Filipino fast food chain that you can find in a few cities in the US. We weren't even planning to have it here, but when we saw it across from the spot we were eating at, we had to try it. We got a 2 Piece Spicy Chickenjoy & Jolly Spaghetti. I loved all of it. The spice on the chicken was very flavorful and it's served with a tasty gravy. The spaghetti isn't your typical American spaghetti. It's on the sweeter side and I really enjoyed it. I'd say this is some of the best fast food I've ever had. I'd definitely come back next time I find one.

My curiosity about Jollibee was peaked after watching a mukbang featuring the fried chicken and spaghetti. The 2 Pc Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti was the perfect amount of food and allowed me to try both the original and spicy chicken; which is incredibly crispy on the outside while retaining the juicy goodness inside. The Filipino style spaghetti is often described as sweet but I'd say it's just less acidic than most versions and there is a dominant spice that I can't quite decipher. The cheese and sausage bits make it moreish indeed. And get yo'self a peach mango pie! They're deep-fried like the old McD's pies were back in the day. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

A deluxe chicken sandwich meal is $11.49. We had them a few times and they have been very consistent. Staff is pleasant. They are very efficient, especially since this is a very busy food court. Most importantly, the chicken is very tender and juicy! Highly recommend.

Tried Jolibee for the first time and it was delicious. I got the spicy chicken with the filipino spaghetti. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the skin was nice and crispy and had good seasoning. Very flavorful chicken for fast food. The spaghetti was good too. A little more sweet than a typical spaghetti but that’s how they make it in the Philippines. The red meat sauce has chopped hotdogs and well, and they cover it in cheese. The gravy is delicious too, definitely complimented the chicken. Definitely a visit if you never been here or don’t have this in your home area.

8/1/2023: I ordered chicked with palabok. The chicken and gravy taste like they put a lot of " monosodium glutamate." I am salivating.. This is not the taste when I first ordered here. Kindly check..

I love Jollibee. If there is a Jollibee near my home, I can eat everyday. This Jollibee served fast and friendly. Really love the Jollibee style spaghetti and fries chicken with gravy.

My favorite fast food chicken sandwich, conveniently located near my work. Busy location, so ordering via their app will save you some time by skipping the line and cutting the wait down a little.

I was trying to get to the new Chick-Fil-A, but it was too busy. I stumbled upon Jollibee and was pleasantly surprised!

After some years finally got to eat Jollibee again! A taste of home, fried chicken that has the taste you’re gonna look for over and over again. Spaghetti and palabok, both winners, and burgers with the Jollibee sauce are awesome! Gotta try both the regular and hot chicken that is incredibly crispy. Don’t forget some dessert on your way out. You’ll never regret that you have tried Jollibee, the number 1 fast food in the Philippines.

11/4/21, On vacation in Hawaii, was so happy to smell Jollibee Filipino fried chicken. They also had spaghetti, french fries and rice, ( didn't like) . The chicken was delicious juicy and crispy outside. 6 peices for $14. Worth the $$$. The spaghetti was good too. $9. Great tasty delight in the Ala Moana food court!

I asked my wife, how it compared the Jollibee in Manila and she said, the same. I always refered to Jollibee as the McDonalds of the Philippines. Of course McDonald's is all over the Philippines as well. But 5he chicken is good, service fast and friendly. In short an enjoyable experience.

Jollibee has also thrown their hat into the Chicken Sandwich ring. This one was way better that Burger King's attempt. Good chicken, satisfyingly crunchy crust, no pickles though - instead there were a couple jalapeno slices (the fresh kind, not pickled). Good sandwich. I'd rank Popeye's version a little higher, but this one is solid.

First of all the food was good and it brought my childhood memories back although the service is not friendly, staff looked unhappy and forgot my gravy. Expensive! Bought 1 C buckets of chicken, 5 halo halo and spaghetti party costing $105!

The food was hot and fresh. The line can be a little long but it was very much worth the wait.
