    We were in town happen to go get some fish and aquarium items for mom and ours at Kalihi pet but seen this pet smart branch in Nimitz. So we shop here instead worth &200 plus . I like the store variety of fish products .. pet smart: fish smart I say.. but my dismay when my wife who is pregnant -trimester with me and a 4 year old boy needed to use bathroom she frequent use bathroom due to her pregnancy…. But the store staff -NOAH was saying it’s no public restroom due to the homeless messing up..?!!!?@“! To me do we look like homeless?? It’s just a call of nature and special consideration for a pregnant woman?? But I guess staff Noah is just blind to see the need of a customer?? Not SMRT people.. !!! Hey I understand company policy according to your situation but humanitarian reason and customer service bringing $200 purchase, pregnant woman can’t use to ‘pre’???!! Where is your SMART brain??? I’m sorry just got oust off I almost wanted to return my entire purchase but I wasted time going inside store and look around.. so sad, really sad of this experience?!!!! I hope your CEO see this comment ot the state to mandate the law to provide a public rest room for emergencies and customers… hello???! Customers not homeless!! Get your brain smarter please!! Can’t believe such bad experience here👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🙄it’s like a big joke!! !!! Oh btw, 2 different item on 2 location shelves exactly the same but different price and Noah said he don’t know?? Maybe the person did not remove old pricing??? Of what???! Very smart answer!im just post and sad how sales associates sometimes don’t think outside the box!!! A grade school is smarter in this case! Don’t delete my post I’ll be on the look out , I can use social media to bring my frustrations if this warrant my customers feedback.

    My darling dog, Dottie, unexpectedly passed away on January 18, 2022. I had ordered two cases of canned dog food which I took to the Iwilei store to return on January 20, 2022. The website stated it could be returned to this store. When I went to return it, with the receipt, packing slip, and credit card, the manager stated she couldn't take it back and I would have to drive to the Mililani store to return it because it is a prescription dog food and they don't have it in their system. I asked if they could do a store merchandise transfer and she said no and kept insisting I had to take the food to the Mililani store. I told her I work full time and driving to the Mililani store is a challenge for me. Plus this is a very difficult time and the lack of compassion and helpfulness is appalling. I will NEVER shop at PetSmart again. PetCo gave me a full refund and told me to donate the items I purchased to the local animal shelter. To top it off, I emailed PetSmart on January 22, 2022 and the store leader, Jarrett Chang, just responded to my complaint over a month later. This place is a joke and I'll NEVER shop there again!

    I was greeted at the door with a big smile and a welcome. I explained what I was looking for and I was walked right to the spot where it was located. Super friendly team and a great shopping experience.

    May not have the best selection but has enough variety. Cheaper than most other petcos/petsmarts I've been too and workers are nice and knowledgeable. They also always have cats up for adoption inside the store. More places are lucky if you see one.

    The staff here is great, I really appreciate their friendliness. I would come here more often if along the parking lot wasn't lined with homeless tents. That made me feel nervous walking in the parking lot by myself.

    The betta cups were filthy and there were 2 DEAD ones rotting in their cup. I purchased one of the livelier ones just to save him from dying in a disgusting smelly goo. It's a shame what those poor fish go through.

    This manager stood and posted for his photo. He was very nasty, prejudicial, and discriminating, not to mention threatening when I -- who is a himeless, disabled person right now -- becausse 5he Keiser Permenente through be our of the s e rest, instead of sending me on to another safe, like medical facility that could care for my medical needs as a disabled person, and this manager co tinued to harass me and threaten me, when I just went into the store to cool down when I was overheatibgvfrom the Sun, as I waited for my Uber! The who store witnessed his b ad attitude, even some making direct comments to him about how nasty and inappropriate his actions were!

    The shelves are slowly getting filled and looking less pandemic affected .. but the prices go up weekly. I now spend more to feed my cats than I do myself ..lol

    The store itself is decent. They don't always have things in stock but they have a pretty big variety of items compared to places like petland. The prices are also way better and if you get the app then you can save a lot of money and get a decent amount of points. I got a fish tank and a bunch of filters for half off which saved me about $100. Most of the staff are friendly and some have helped me pick out things to get for my aquarium. However, there are a few downsides. One thing I don't understand is not being able to cancel a pickup order. Once you place an order it cannot be modified or canceled. This means if you buy something that you didnt need by accident you would have to return it. Speaking of returns one of the cashier has a VERY bad attitude. When we tried to return an extra fish tank we got he quickly became inpatient because we forgot which number we used when we ordered it. He started acting like we were dumb and looked visibly upset and started to sass us. We were kind and brushed it off as people have bad days but we went back in today to pickup some stuff we ordered online and the order wasn't ready. No big deal as they let you grab the items off the shelves and the cashier scans it for you. The same guy was there and he made a big deal and said we should "wait for the order to be ready" instead of coming in and grabbing it ourselves even though the manager of the store said it was completely fine to do. He started talking about how it's inconvenient for them and how annoying we were. He also started to sass us again when we said we've done it a few times before and said he "did not care." Crazy how one person can ruin a shopping experience so fast.

    Ruth is absolutely the best! If you want your dog groomed, right, ask for her when booking your appointment! She is gentle with our dogs too. They love her, when we say, "You wanna go see Ruth?" They get so excited!

    Wonderful first experience with grooming department. When we picked up our dog he was beautiful ! Everything we wanted done was done with excellence. Groomer very patient and knowledgeable about our dogs breed and didn't force him to do anything he struggled with. So loving to our dog.

    Highly recommend training classes with Teneshia. If you’re on the fence about paying for the classes, they are the most affordable I’ve seen here and very helpful. Teneshia is the only trainer at this store and she’s amazing. She’s very hands on and personal with the dogs she is training. By the end of our 12 weeks (2 classes) our dog was so attached to her. The training she provides is helpful and I can actually see a difference in our dog from when we first brought him in and now.

    Great if you need what they have in stock, but don't expect help with an online product or with wireless orders. The fella we talked to was curt h "we dont have anything to do with online - you have to call their customer service tomorrow." That was what he said, but what he communicated was more like, "yeah, good luck with THAT."

    This is a very friendly enviroment and family oriented. Pet friendly also might I add. We went in to lool at fishes and ended up coming home with a domestic shorthaired kitt3n named oliver.

    Great pet smart, it's pretty big and they have do have a lot more items then other ones, one downside is the the outside community it has a lot of homeless people but don't let that scare you, there's not much control over that🤙

    Great place to get products for your pets. Prices are a lot cheaper than shopping at Petco. Would recommend looking online prior to going to store to see if any specials are running.

    It's not in the best of neighborhoods but it's worth the visit. All the employee's there are super nice and very helpful. The deals are super awesome also, especially when you adopt a kitten from them. It's almost unbelievable how many deals they have me for my kitten. Trust me, you'll love it!!!!

    This was our first trip to this location and we fell in love. We ended up adopting two kittens from their lot. We went inside to spend time with the kittens and when we met these two, they were ours. The adoption process was quick and simple. The workers are super attentive and thoughtful. They assured us regarding the kittens' records and gave us plenty of insight to make this a very easy transition for everyone. We're so happy with the new additions to our family. I recommend coming here in person and getting to know the store. The other workers stocking the place and helping us as cashiers are super knowledgeable and patient. I know we'll be back here for more supplies for sure.

    The store is SPOTLESS. I’m an animal lover and all the animals in the store seems to be well kept and live happily in their environment. The helpful staff will answer all your questions.

    Friendly and efficient staff. Shelves are well stocked. Only recommendation for is to be careful of the homeless in the area, they walk on the streets and don't look for oncoming cars and run across randomly.

    This is a great location. They had a lot of pet supplies and the staff was amazing as always. They had the cutest chinchilla, mice, cats... phenomenal selection of cage options for all types of animals.

    I shopped for $ 68 on petsmart on April 30th in 2022. But the man at the cash register didn't tell me anything, even though he had my points. There was a mail today from petsmart on May 22nd that my 124 points would be invalidated on May 31st. If there are points, I think you should tell each customer. Thank you
