I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. The communication was superb. I had to exchange one of the baby Hawaiian bangle bracelets I bought for a bigger size. I live in Texas and the email I received from Rachel was a complete relief knowing that I will get the replacement bracelet in no time. The bracelets are gorgeous. I bought my niece a bangle for Christmas. It didn’t fit so I needed to exchange it. It was past the allotted time, but they said I could still exchange it. I sent it back and when it arrived to Hawaii. The envelope had been opened and the bangle was stolen. I received an email from Makani and they asked if I would email them I had actually sent the bangle. And they would still grant the exchange, no fuss. Excellent customer service! Quick response to my emails. I will be buying from them again. Mahalo Makani!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I bought a black tungsten with wood inlay for my husband in April 2019. He wore the ring less than a handful of times and the wood inlay came out of the ring. He is not hard on his jewelry this is just very poor quality for $100 ring. It took several emails and calls to get a call back and the girl told me not to worry, they would send a new ring (from a new manufacturer) right away. She even told me that they would replace the ring as many times as needed as long as we had the ring. This was back in May 2019. It is now almost the end of July, no ring. I have made several attempts to call and email every email address I have for this business and get NO response. The phone goes straight to a recording that they are not accepting calls at this time. They probably have too many complaints. Avoid buying anything from this company as they don't make it right. All they had to do was give me my money back or send a new ring. Very poor customer service on top of poor quality jewelry.

I love this place, this is where I buy all my jewelry, Authentic Hawaiian. I highly recommend checking Makani out when in Hawaii. I've had my necklaces for many years and wear them almost daily, and they are still in great shape. I get compliments on them all the time and asked where I bought them. I've given many as gifts and they are always a hit.

Item was delayed a bit due to lack of stock, understandable because of the current state of things. Seller was clear describing expected shipping date but the email for a tracking number/notification of shipping was never sent (had to refer to the order page to get it). Also the app recommended to track packages (Shop? I think?) was completely useless and uninstalled from my phone soon after installation. The app only pulls tracking numbers from your emails and sorts them in an all-in-one interface, so it was useless for this order anyway. The ring itself was as described and the recipient absolutely loved it, so that's worthy of five stars. Thank you!

Bought an opal and koa wood ring as a gift. Wore it less than three months and the opal has chipped in a number or areas (and I’m in no way rough on the ring). Was told that they they don’t guarantee their precious stones and it would cost almost as much a new ring to fix it. Very disappointed in the product and customer service. It was a beautiful ring but terrible quality.

This store was a wonderful find! We were on vacation, and my fiancé wanted to see about getting a ring from Hawaii for his wedding band. We looked, remembered which product it was, and wanted to order after we got home (they warned us that your fingers are a little swollen in the islands). We he figured he'd be the same, and when we ordered that size ..... it fell right off his finger. Take 2! I reached out, mentioned they issue, they said to ship it back to them, write the new size I need (he got sized at home) and they would send it right back to me. We got the new ring ..... and it fell right off his finger. Take 3! I went with him to get sized this time. Long story short, we keep coming back because he loves THAT ring. It's solid, durable, and feels GOOD. Does not feel cheap or flimsy Their customer service has clearly been nothing short of AMAZING. So I am now looking around for bridal party gifts and went to their site first. Great find on vacation, and we are still multi-time customers even though we're an ocean away.

Their merchandise is beyond beautiful. Their products are well priced. They arrive in a timely manner and always appear as pictured. Their service is excellent. They are accommodating and friendly. What more can you ask for?

My ring is absolutely beautiful, originally I had a sizing issue and they allowed me to return it for a larger size without hesitation. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I love this company. I bought my daughter’s first Hawaiian bangle bracelet from them and it turned out beautiful. I appreciate this company so much, especially since I no longer live in Hawaii.
