I am a huge Pizza Hut fan but this outlet disappoints in terms of cleanliness! You can see spiders, cob webs that too the place being recently opened! Food wise it was normal as expected but for pizza, while we ordered pan fried pizza we got normal one. I’d request the branch owners to not spoil the franchise’s name by giving such bad ambiance.

I recently visited the newly opened Pizza Hut at Times Square Mall. I ordered the sweet corn pizza and garlic bread. Unfortunately, both dishes were excessively salty, and the experience did not meet the expectations I associate with Pizza Hut. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this outlet based on my visit.

It is a new restaurant in Times Square Mall. I felt it to be somewhat unordered. Just two counters to order out of which only one had staff. You also collect your order from the same counters which can get messy when you already have a queue of customers waiting to place their order. They should properly announce the order number instead of just shouting the customer's name. The pizza was just okay, but the pasta was delicious.

We really enjoyed the pizza at Pizza Hut, Time Square Mall, here the service was also very nice.... And Prithviraj, the guy who took orders on counter, was very perticular about taking a correct order in short, though our order was big he and his acquaintances saw to it that they din't mess up with the order. This franchise served us way better than any branch of Pizza Hut in Navi Mumbai where I stay and where m not a big fan of Pizza Hut..... Keep up your service guys....

Liked it.. Freshly baked pizza and frenchfries are also fresh, crispy and tasty..

Till now I have not faced any issue with Pizza Hut stores. I have visited the stores in Pune as well. Always had an awesome experience. Good value for food. Excellent interiors and nice ambience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good views of the road as well. Limited parking available.

I always love pizzas from pizza hut. I don't know why I love Pizza huts pizza. I am enjoying all the dishes from pizza hut. What a yummy combination of 2 or 4 meals. I am always adding extra spicy pastas with my order.
