We had a lovely evening. The food was excellent. We like the place very much and go on a regular basis.

Perfect service and food!!! Business lunch (€50) with an aperitif of champagne, a glass of wine during the meal, and water is usually around €80 per person. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is a truly beautiful experience. We had the 4 stage menu each of which is paired with a wine. Delicate tastes and textures each one taking through a culinary journey. And the Chef and his staff so welcoming and friendly. This has been my most memorable dining experience. Bravo to them all. A real gem of a place.

Incredible menu served by the chefs to your table. Great service (although at the moment their sommelier is off) in a great environment. If you have dietary requirements best to let them know ahead (they can charge extra for accommodating). The butter is homemade and is pretty incredible.

Maxime Colin was a wonderful surprise, as we ended there by mistake. I honestly don't know why this restaurant is not on the Michelin radar, because it has it all: creativity, a defined style, attentive service and unique location in front of a lake. I shall return.

An an absolutely lovely culinary travel guided by Chef Maxime Colun and his team. Mastering to perfection an extremely interesting mix of flavours and tastes, the young chef has secured a strong path towards his first Michelin star. There are two choices of menus, 4 and 5 services, 90 and 110 Euros. The accompanying wine selection comes at a price of 55 Euros, but everything worths every Euro cent. The wine selection is quite impressive and the menu is preceded by two wonderful starters. All in all, a definitive come back as soon as possible. Chapeau bas, Chef! Bravo, bravo!
