Dunkin’ Donuts has to re-educate their staff globally on how not to leave in the paper they use to grab a donut or muffin and put it in the customers bag. Their germs and dirty money taking fingers are being left to touch and pull out. Which is disgusting for me.Just use the paper to handle the food and drop food in bag ….& remove paper before the bag is given to customer. Very simple. Repeat steps for each new order, this will ensure happy returning customer experience and prevent unsanitary conditions for the customer.

Very poor customer service! Out of the 2 or 3 people working nobody acknowledged that I was at the counter until a few minutes after I kept trying to make my presence known. IT WAS NOT BUSY. One car at the drive thru. I ordered a coffee, an untoasted, buttered bagel & 10 munchkins, to go. They couldn't even cut my dried out,chewy bagel, let alone butter it. The worst Dunkin I've ever been to! No receipt given to me.

It's great to find Dunkin every time I turn around! Especially when traveling, I really appreciate the coffee, bagels and clean restrooms.

They had lemons for my iced tea. Many dunkins lately no longer offer them, so I was super excited this location had fresh lemon!

I absolutely love this dunkin. It's amazing. The ppl are great and everything BUT, I just got my doordash order from them and the oak milk in my latte was soiled and tasted rancid. I had to dump it out. However, I still stand by what I first things I said, the employees are amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I’m begging this place to please stop making me clarify that I want liquid sugar in an iced beverage. Nobody wants granulated sugar in a clump at the bottom of their cold drink. It’s lazy and gross to just dump a pile of sugar in the bottom of the plastic cup when the liquid sugar is readily available.

I come here at least twice every week and these people are clearing off their shelves of donuts so I can't buy any. wasting my time coming here. go to the ShopRite chain instead because at least you know something will be there before closing

Best D&D I've been to in the area. They can actually make the latté I request! If there's an issue, I just asked if it can be adjusted and they had no problem doing it. Only D&D I've been too that knows how to add "Extra Extra foam"! They actually charged me the correct price, as well! 🏆 Staff was educated in making the proper latté. Able to use machines probably. If not, were shown how to do it properly the next time. Unlike one I went to last weekend... Employee gave me everything except my order. Even a cappuccino, when I said latté! Saying, "This is how the machines make them." When I requested extra foam. *Shakes Head* At this point I just stopped trying to explain things and accepted my incorrectly overpriced "cappuccino". Shoulda and coulda just made my black coffee w/unsweetened vanilla almond milk & stevia at home. 😛😋🤭

I am recommending this particular store even though I live in New York! I have family who live in New Jersey and every time I visit them we make a stop here because it is a long ride and I need a break. This Dunkin Donuts is extremely well run. It is spanking clean, offers good food and coffee, as well as fast and polite service. Two thumbs up!

This Dunkin was very nice. Me and my friend ordered Cofee, it was very good and the order was delivered very quickly also, even though it was full of customers. It is located in a very convenient location. I'll definitely visit it again when I visit that area again.

Lady in the front wanted to charge me for the nastiest tap water I have ever had. She laughed at me when she told me it was $2. Definitely not coming back!!!! Only had one restroom up and running and that was the mens room urine was all over the floor and smelled like hell.

What could be better than a Blue Smoothie and Blue Donut. Sugar rush! This is a good DD. Always clean. There is a Drive-Thru. I usually go inside though. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Came here @2am. Great service, super nice employee and they have everything! They never say “our oven is off” like every other Dunkin at this hour.

Good food, good coffee and no long waits. Clean space and friendly staff.
