I wish I could give this place negative stars! The manager that was working last night was rude and lacks customer service in every way! As I was walking to the register (she clearly seen me) she walked from behind the register, down a different isle that I was walking and went over to the deli to start conversating with the other employee! I had to wait there patiently until she was done with her conversation, which I doubt was work related since they were laughing, for her to finally decide she should come over and actually do her job! Never again will I step foot in this filth of a convenience store to spend my money and not even get the bare minimum of good customer service!

I'm so disappointed in them. I used to go in there for a simple sandwich daily. They decided to eliminate the garlic spread from the menu. (from the fire roasted blt). I had it on every sandwich I ordered. C'mon people its just a dressing. When I cancelled my order the guys with me cancelled theirs too(even though I told them they didn't have to). For me no more quick check deli. Plus 6.00 for a 6"? I can go to Jersey Mike's and get a 10" for a dollar more. I usually got my gas while I was getting lunch too, guess I'll just take my business elsewhere. I know they don't care, but I do.

I’ve used this QuickChek several times only to gas up. Have never had an issue with the attendants. They’ve always been courteous.

WORST QUICKCHECK you pay extra and never get it. Rude customer service. Can’t make sandwiches and always hateful towards certain groups of people. Get a new job if you hate it soooo much NIGHT SHIFT

Not great. Had a reward their system wasn't honoring. They said they had to get their manager crazy because I spend money all the time for their rewards. Manager took too long I had to go to work so I left.

I’m in utter DISGUST. I Occasionally stop by this quick check to pick up a healthy fruit snack after the gym. On dec 29th I picked up a SMALL 6 dollar pack of cantaloupe that I noticed was ROTTEN and rancid when I got home to Sparta. By then, it was too late to drive back, so I left it in my car with the receipt. On my next trip to the gym 3 days later, I attempted to return OR exchange it with the receipt and a full container (that was contaminated by that point). The person working at the register and the gas attendant (Mark, and an elder gentleman) tried to humiliate me and say that it wasn’t their cantaloupe as if I switched it and said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Why would I pay 6 dollars for ROTTEN cantaloupe and go through all that effort to return OR exchange it. I’m also a business owner, but they treated me like a desperate con artist. They kept the receipt and the rotted cantaloupe and offered nothing in exchange. I told my husband and he called. They changed their mind and told him that I could come back for an exchange. As if I’m that desperate to drive from lake Mohawk for 5 pieces of cantaloupe when I’m already at home lol. I felt belittled, humiliated and embarrassed. Shame on you and your employees Quick Check. I won’t spend another dime here.

Horrible customer service.. Employees are rude and made me feel that I was bothering them when I wanted to pay. Will never got back. Keep driving Bathroom wasn't clean either

I try to give the neighborhood stores my business. Went for gas today and there were two older men at the pumps talking. One was pumping gas and the other kept looking over at my vehicle and kept talking. Finally he came over, (handlebar mustache) not a word, no greeting, nothing…then when the tank was full he pulled the nozzle and spilled gas all over my truck and on the ground. No reaction from him, put the nozzle in the holder and walked away…no thank you, no sorry for all the gas I just spilled on your truck, nothing…I never had an issue with anyone else there. If I see him there I’m going to continue on somewhere else.

They’re doing OK for a new franchise! Love my quick chek, wherever I happen to be in NJ. I know it’s a sore spot in this section of Sussex county with all the new franchises going up, but I can’t knock on this chain. They’re clearly hiring locals, run a smooth op, don’t seem to have staffing issues

A very dirty quick check with their bathrooms. The bathrooms look like they haven't been mopped and cleaned in two days. When you bring this up to the staff they just say gets cleaned every day but the floor and the sink say otherwise as well as the toilet. Staff is not very friendly. They're very lazy I could not even get them to help me with the self-checkout. They don't want to wait on you. Because they want you to use this whole checkout so they can stand around and talk.if somebody would were to ask me about going into this quick check I'm going to say no do not go to this quick check.

Great convenience store. Good coffee and sandwiches. Reasonably priced gas.

0 stars. After waiting over 35 minutes for a latte and watching people come in after us getting served instead, we asked what about drinks orders. We were told that’s too bad. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else instead.
