Customer service was good. I got a pedicure & full set. 30$ pedicure turned into being 50$ and my nails was also 50$ I am very unsatisfied with how my nails & toes turned out. All my nails are different sizes & lengths. One guy started my nails and another finished and I asked him to check after the guy that started and it just got worse. I didn’t say anything else because I didn’t have the time I had to pick my kids up. Needless to say I won’t be going back. It’s been 2 days and every time I look at them I just get pissed that I spent 100$ and they look horrible. My big toes at the tip is raw & sore from filling to hard.

It's not even 24 hours, and it looks like this. The place is nice and they offer you a snack and water as well. The man who did my nails was nice until he point to my arm and started taking to a co-worker in a different language and when I asked what was wrong he act like he didn't know what I was talking about. I will not be going back. My total came up to 60 for a basic mani and pedi.

Thought I’d give this new business a try. Was very pleased. Staff was super friendly and did exactly what I wanted. The wait wasn’t long for middle of the day on a Saturday. They currently have a 25% discount on all services I’ve never had lash extensions so I thought I’d give it a try. The lady was very helpful in recommending what would look good for me. She also gave some good pointers. Their location is perfect with Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s in the same plaza. I will be a repeat customer

I absolutely love this place!! I came in for a mani/pedi and was blown away by the service of the nail technicians. I was pampered from start to finish. My pedicure was done by Son and Tony did my manicure. The massage that Son gave me was the best massage in a nail salon EVER In my life, not exaggerating either. And my nails were done beautifully by Tony who was a sweetheart from beginning to end. I totally recommend this place! They have 15 people on staff and they just opened months ago. This is my new hot spot to get pampered hands down!!! Check it out!

Called ahead and asked if it was busy, needed a fill. No problem showed up 20 minutes later sat right down with Amy who is fabulous btw. 3rd times a charm. The first two places I went to since moving here were a problem in so many ways. I'll be coming back for sure. Tony did a set for me because Amy wasn't available. He did a good job they turned out beautiful

Tried this place out a week after they opened. The equipment didnt look as new as I thought it would have, but their service was very nice. They offered me water and a snack. I got my SNS nail done by Ms. Amy. She did well with the almond shape and thickness of the dip was not over the top. The coating was smooth and even; how I like it. My only reservation was it was very messy. I had dip on my edges of my cuticles/skin, my fingers had glue and more dip under the nail and the nail extension was not all the way glue to my nail leaving an open space amd room for daily grime. The paint would eventually wash off. The price was not expensive for my set and I got a pretty daisy on my nails. I would go back and just ask to avoid these mishaps.

Perfect for my baby shower and they were very gentle with the pedicure!!! Always checking in to make sure it’s okay and they offer drinks during your service

Not impressed by this new establishment. You would think since it’s new, the people working there would be a little more enthusiastic. No conversation was initiated to get to know a potential returning customer which is a big thing for me. I was not offered any water by my technician and did not even get a “do you like it” or have a nice day from her. I have to feel welcome to want to spend my money. I asked for a simple watermelon design and was told that she can try but it won’t look like the picture; so why would I agree to that? She did not attempt to ask another technician to do the design and did not give me the color samples and did not asked what number color I wanted until she was ready to paint my nails after prepping. I don’t mind driving farther for better service. Plus, they charge $1.75 to pay with card.

Very very good customer service!! Friendly and thoughtful staff! Jacky took care of me after a bad experience (somewhere else) and fix my set off!! Will definitely be returning. They also offer drinks and snacks at no additional cost!! Definitely see a bright future for them!

Went in for lash extension.. for a 2 hour job I was out in 30 mins... I knew then that it was a mistake. The nail/lash tech lady glue lashes to my skin and not my actual lash. The lashes was put on as though they were clusters and not extension. Glue got in my eye from not allow me to dry with a actual fan. This was a waste of time and money. I expected more from a Grand Opening..

This place is amazing! There was no wait, and the place was really clean. My person was so kind and attentive. The leg and hand/arm massage was awesome. Best experience I've ever had. I will definitely be back.

Bre is one of the BEST nail stylists I’ve come across. She takes her time, is very talented, and personable! Bora nails is a nice shop that offers a variety services. Definitely have a lifetime customer in me! 😊

I went for the second time today. And had the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had, Mindy did my pedicure. She took her time, and gave me an incredible leg/foot massage. Vu did my nails. He also took his time and did a beautiful job. When he was done he massaged my hands and arms. I left feeling super relax and sporting beautiful nails. I’ll definitely be back!
