Very professional organization. I had many massages in several locations and countries. I rate this establishment amongst the best. Kait is a very gifted young lady who gave me an excellent massage. You will not be disappointed, leave your worries and doubts at home and allow her to do her job.

I got a massage with Olena and she was amazing!! She took the time to chat with me about what I was looking for in a massage and really catered to my concerns. I felt like a whole new person afterwards. The entire experience was comfortable and so relaxing. 10/10 recommend

Amazing spa. I have had multiple massages here and always love how relaxing and pretty the massage rooms and overall spa are. Today was my first massage with Cameron. AhhhMazinggggg! Best massage I’ve ever js today and she listened to my problem areas and really helped me feel better.

I never knew this place existed until I was given a gift card to go and I am so grateful. The spa is beautiful, and the customer service at the front desk was excellent as well. Elizabeth gave me the best wax and facial I have ever had. She was so friendly and polite. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I cannot wait to go back to see her again. First time visit and we will def will be going back. We had hour long Swedish Massages and had a a wonderful experience. The staff is informative, helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The price was great. It is now in our rotation.

I booked a massage and a facial for my overworked long distance bestie. Everything was perfect. She was absolutely thrilled with the service and threatened to just move in altogether. Venetian Spa will now become one of her monthly rituals for herself! On my end, I could not have been more pleased with the process of booking everything. Staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Loved my experience getting a pedicure for the most part. The atmosphere was relaxing. However for the price, I paid twice as much as a normal nail salon and the massage part (which is why I was willing to do the deluxe option) was barely a minute long which was disappointing. Maybe other services are better. But I don’t think I will be returning for a pedicure.

Got schedule a doble massage for mother in law and wife and myself a single massage. They worked very well making the schedule comfortable to us . Plus excellent massages after stressful days with newborn baby.

I love this place! The staff are so pleasant and patient with you. The entire place looks great and is very well organized and clean! The massage and facial was overly outstanding and i will definitely be going back very soon! Also i had a issue with something and the front desk lady...( not sure what her name was so i am so sorry)... but she was understanding and patient with me and made sure i was good to go. I am taking my best friend with me next time i go!

The facility is real nice. Products are expensive but not more than any other salon. The waiting area is cute, although the tv being up and functional would've been nice. No wifi for patrons, which I don't mind because I only waited like 5 min. The process to booking an appt is super simple and convenient. I Really enjoyed my massage by Jason! I hadn't done anything for myself in a while and was having some real bad sciatica flare ups recently so I decided to "treat" myself. Jason did awesome! He was so nice and not too much of a talker but was so engaging and informative on what I can do for myself to deal with the pain. I definitely plan on coming back once a month! Thank you so much!!

It’s been a while since I treated myself to a massage but it was long overdue. I booked a same day appointment for a Deep Tissue massage at the Venetian day spa with Kaitlyn and she was wonderful. Very friendly, professional and very effective. I feel amazing. I will definitely be back and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

Love the Venetian Spa in Fayetteville. I have had a few massage therapists. Today I had masseuse Cameron and she was great too! I have called and booked online which is easy and reliable. Wait times very fast. I feel like all massage therapists have listened to me and are very pleasant.

Everything about this place is amazing, I have been multiple times and never had a bad experience. Amber and Sheena are both incredibly kind and make you feel so welcomed. I wouldn’t recommend any other spa/salon.
