This establishment is generally on the slower side, so expect to wait 10 minutes for food. Food preparation has always been good and quality is always been acceptable. Cleanliness can waiver from day today but has always been acceptable. ***Update: just had the slowest experience ever..... Come on guys, you can do better!!! -1 Star

It was awful. I ordered an $11 brisket meal and the fries were hot but taste like d grease, there wasn't any brisket, it was just a plain roast beef sandwich and the roast beef was dry. Nothing on it. I called several times and could reach anyone. This experience made me not want to eat out anywhere in Whiteville.

Keep driving 🚗. 👀 at that score!! 94.5!!! I stopped in to try the loaded Mac & Cheese bowl. Long story short, it was poorly made and looked horrible 🤦🏾‍♀️😅 this business owner has clearly made their money and doesn't care what their restaurant is putting out anymore. You would think that with all the new restaurants coming to Whiteville, they would stay on top of their business 🤷🏾‍♀️ but nope 🙅🏾‍♀️. Come on!! A freaking 94 🤯

I tried their new buffalo wings and was delightfully surprised! All white meat, tasty sauce and a nice crunch texture, recommend. The wings came with fries and I selected their crinkle fries👍. My guest had a roast beef sandwich adding lettuce and tomato and loved it. I always enjoy the food at Arby's.

Beef and cheddar were fine. Hamburger was not cooked thoroughly. Even after a second try. They appeared to not appreciate our complaints nor offer any other compensation.

Walking in, looked nice. Was able to place my order easily enough, cashier was friendly and did great. When going to sit with my drink, found there were only 2 tables being used, but still had to walk half the restaurant to find a clean one. When I received my order, had the wrong sandwich, got a regular classic roast beef, dry (no sauce at all, not even Arby's sauce) instead of a double beef and cheddar, was told to keep the first one they'd make a fresh one. The meat looked way overcooked from what I'm used to at most Arby's across the country, but thought I'd wait to see what the new one looked like. Once I got the right sandwich, the meat was the same overcooked roast beef, which was also strangely filled with gristle. Sides (mozzarella sticks and jalapeno bites) were great and cooked perfectly. Upon finishing, got up and listened to my shoes stick to the floor all the across the restaurant to refill my drink, and noticed that every garbage can in the restaurant was overflowingly full. Second star is for the sides and cashier only, won't be back.

Third time tried to eat in the dining room only to be met with a locked door 🚪. If you aren't going to have eat in, then use that big marquee and put "drive in only". That way people don't have to waste their time by pulling in the parking lot and go to a restaurant you can actually sit in.

So listen here… I’ve been working away from home eating out a lot so to say that I am surprised is an understatement the food was hot fresh crispy took like 3 minutes.. sh&@ looked like the pictures..

My husband and I went through the drive-through. Service was good, but upon eating our food, the things that were fried (the fries and Mac n cheese bites) were awful. The grease was way past due for changing! The Mac n cheese bites tasted like they were not fresh reheated in the bad grease as well. The roast beef sandwiches were delicious. We were not angry or irrate about the food and had not spent a ton of money there like we do at the one back home, but we were frustrated because we could not eat the sides with our meal and we were starving and had not eaten all day. We were in the middle of a 4 hour ride back home and had already been delayed on the way back enough or else we would have went back and went in for refund or exchange. Lesson learned to check and taste before leaving the restaurant.

Cant get a order right I order again today Dec.27.food is awfull.As always drink was wrong also sandwich was awful again.nothing on it but cold roast beef.Wont never eat or order from there again.its a joke for sure.usw to be so good.but not any more

On a long road trip, I stopped in for a quick bite and a bio break. The restrooms were clean. I ordered a plain roast beef and cheese but didn't notice until I was back on the road.
