At first I was happy when I met the doctor and staff for the first appointment. I was scheduled for oral surgery, being put to sleep with anesthesia. I had to pay 750.00 out of pocket to be put to sleep for 45 minutes, which is about how long they were anticipating it would take. I went for my appointment, paid the whole procedure minus the anticipated insurance payment, and they proceeded with the anesthesia. I was put out for about 40 minutes, after which the doctor decided to not perform the surgery. He stated on the paperwork, it wasn't safe because I was moving my arms and my mouth. Of course I was not aware of that, never had a problem with anesthesia, and was sent home. I was not comprehending what was going on, I was so out of it. They refunded the difference I had paid, keeping the 750.00 for anesthesia. I paid them to perform oral surgery, using anesthesia to put me to sleep, I didn't pay them to put me to sleep and send me home. Also if they weren't able to perform surgery, it shouldn't have taken them 40 minutes to decide. I had the oral surgery completed by another provider about two months ago, was put to sleep and did not experience any problems. I woke up and was feeling great, aware of everything and sent home. What a different experience! I have had many surgeries in my life, never have I experienced what I did at Lane and Associates! I will let my dentist know of what happened, since they were the ones who recommended Lane and Associates to me.

I used Lane a few years ago along with my partner. In addition to coercing both of us into writing reviews while we were about to be worked upon, they have been trying to extort us for YEARS afterwards, sending at least 5 bills for charges that they forgot. Most recently I have received an unmarked invoice for $1200 for a procedure that I had done almost 2.5 years ago with no information on it, stating that it will be sent to collections immediately. Every time I call them to discuss these issues the person on the phone seems to not have any clue what’s going on. They’re literally scam artists and I recommend that they be avoided at all costs.

Beautiful facility. Great, friendly services by check in staff, hygienists and doctors. Love it there!

Friendly and professional. I’m so glad I chose this practice. I have had to go quite a few times to Garner location and every single person that works there has been so kind. They didn’t judge me for my fear of dental work and have been so accommodating. I recommended them to a friend and coworker today, and recommend them to anyone who is reading this.

Just finished my dental consultation with Lane Associates with Dolores and Doctor. Campbell. All were pleasant, informative, and professional including the people at the front desk. I will be changing to this dental office. They are the best I’ve ever visited.

Have absolutely no idea how this business received a 4.9 rating. I bought their insurance including 2 cleanings a year. Went early because of a tooth ache. They checked my teeth said I needed a ‘DEEP’ cleaning, and btw didn’t do anything for the tooth ache except prescribe an antibiotic incase it got infected. Would not just clean my teeth without the deep cleaning, which would cost $946. I told them to cancel the insurance I had just bought, oh then I’d have to pay for the services that day, which were over $600. What a scam, definitely would not recommend.

Dr. Delores Hicks and Dr. Campbell were phenomenal!! Such great team work and they made me feel comfortable as I am always nervous to go to the doctor. I went in for a last minute wisdom tooth removal and it took no time at all. I will not go anywhere else but Lane & Associates in Garner from now on!!! Great customer service and quick and painless procedure.

I called this morning at 8:00 with a dental emergency and the young lady I spoke with ( I think her name was Ciara) was so kind and compassionate and even though their schedules were full, she worked me in at 9:00. I was so grateful. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. And Thank You Dr. Kim for getting me out of pain.

DO NOT GO!!! Please give your money to a more deserving practice!!! Absolute worst experience in a dental office in my life. They ignored my daughter’s request, and then proceeded to tell me how I needed to worry about my daughter instead of complaining about the request. This is not over. I will do whatever it takes to get the word out about this place. Social Media here I come!

I grew up not liking the dentist but it feels like i’m going to hang out with my friends when I go to Lane & Associates. Dr. Bailey is extremely skilled and always makes being in the chair fun. Katelyn and Robert never get mad at me if my gums bleed, love this place.

VERY NICE PEOPLE, but very bad on following up on the insurance claim. I am having to call the insurance company and find out why they have not sent payment to Lane (which is then to be sent to me). I have done this twice already, and they [Lane] just sit there and wait and do not take the initiative to call the insurance company themselves to see what the holdup is and make sure they [Lane] have submitted all necessary information for payment. I can not afford to be making these large payments to the credit card company because they have not sent me the claim money. Unless I call, absolute crickets from Lane since JUNE.
