Went after they opened because my friends wanted to go. I don't like games (waste of money). We ordered drinks and it took close to an hour. Once we got them, you could tell that some had been sitting there so long that the ice had melted. We asked for fresh ones, and the waitress told us it would take another hour to get the new ones. I refused to drink a watered down drink, so I left mine on the table and told the waitress to take it off the bill, which she did. We were hungry, but we kept on hearing people around us complain about the wait, so we cut our visit short and went to eat somewhere else, which is what a LOT people did that night. Beside the fact that they have to hire the right people and/or train what they have to move faster and in a more efficient way, my main concern is security. With all the shootings happening in Fayetteville, especially when alcohol is involved, the security was non existent. I was on pins and needles the whole time. We witnessed an altercation, and if it had evolved in a shooting, nobody would have been able to stop it. We would have been like fish in a barrel. Either you put metal detectors or you offer more and real security. The problems this establishment is experiencing is due to the fact that they hired anybody, regardless of food service experience, and did not weed the bad ones out in fear of not having anybody left.

Came here with a friend to try it out since it's new and we needed something to do. We sat at the bar since there was a 30-45 min wait for a table. When we sat down, it took a min for us to be acknowledged. We ordered our drinks, and right away, you could tell something was going on with our bartender, but out of respect for the manager, Alenjandro who helped us I will not disclose what happened with the bartender. I will, however, say that he handled the situation very well and made sure that we were squared away with our drinks and food order and even game us extra game play for the troubles. Leo (the other bartender) took over and became our new bartender and was very polite and helpful. You could tell he was a hard worker. There were plenty of games, but there was a wait list for both the laser tag and bowling, but I'm sure it was because it was the weekend. Also it was crowded but like before I'm sure it's because we came on the weekend. I plan on going back during the week and seeing how it is. As for the food, we both had the bundle deal of a double cheeseburger with $20 play. The food was good, but I thought it would have more selections. Either way, I will be back.

Didn’t get to try out the food but I heard it was good. However, it’s a cool spot to spend time with the family for some wholesome entertainment. From bowling, laser tag, to arcade games! We will be back for sure!

Ok, here we go, since there have been so many mixed reviews... we went today, Sunday afternoon for a late lunch around 2pm. Got seated right away. Wait staff was fine coming to the table and we got our drinks fast. Food was a bit slower, and they brought us the wrong app, but fixed it and all was well. The bone in wings comes with 6 wings for $15, which is steep, but they were good, and they were large wings. After this we played games for a couple hours and the kids had a blast. Did laser tag, and it was pretty cool. $10 a head for that plus tax. All in all it was a positive experience and we may go again. Didn't bowl, but that area looks cool and will check it out next time.

Good place to go, relax, and have fun. I enjoyed the food. I have not visited the bar area (don't drink and always have children with me), but it looks festive. The bowling area and the large Ms.Pac-man.... my favorite. Fun for everyone.

We had fun but the inflation of game prices was a lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful when things didn’t work correctly or we needed help. The bar was kinda slow but we still got our drinks. The selection of games was okay.

Sat at the bar. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was was good and came out hot. I didn't play any games, but the game prices are a little high which is to be expected. Great place to hang out..

Had way more fun at this place than I thought I would have. Went there for a event and everything went smoothly. I don't like that they wouldn't let us take any of the food home and they came and picked it up pretty fast. As far as the gaming went everything was great. We got there early and the kids were able to move freely without getting into any trouble.

Attended a Birthday party at this location. Teens enjoyed the private bowling party. Once it came to them enjoying their meal, ( which where burger sliders and fries) all of them were disappointed in the preparation of the food. Burgers dry, no flavor. Fries were very very over salted. Someone needs to revamp in the kitchen.
