I
had
a
group
of
10+
that
stayed
at
Parkton
Place
for
our
8
night
stay.
It
was
a
wonderful
experience
due
to
the
flexibility
and
ease
of
our
host.
We
had
some
requirements
(outside
tables
for
cleaning
of
items
as
well
as
needing
to
move
some
furniture
around)
and
Heather
was
incredibly
responsive
and
very
laid
back
about
all
of
it.
This
house
is
occupied
by
the
owners
and
they
essentially
move
out
when
you
come
to
rent
the
entire
property.
That
means
this
house
will
be
“lived
in”…so
we
knew
that
and
frankly
appreciated
the
space
because
of
it,
but
if
you
are
looking
for
a
sterile
environment…this
is
not
your
venue.
We
also
loved
animals,
and
I
felt
right
home
having
40+
animals
on
the
property
and
their
dog
Bear
that
practically
lived
with
us
for
the
entirety
of
our
stay,
but
again…if
you
don’t
like
animals…this
is
not
your
place.
We
had
a
private
chef
for
this
experience
and
he
was
very
happy
with
the
set-up
for
the
kitchen.
There
is
a
main
fridge
and
then
an
added
storage
fridge
as
well
as
a
smaller
drink
fridge.
The
washer/dryer
in
the
house
were
great,
hot
water
was
not
an
issue
and
everyone
felt
very
comfortable
at
the
house.
This
is
the
type
of
place
you
can
sit
out
on
the
back
porch
with
a
cup
of
coffee
and
enjoy
just
being
in
the
moment.
The
animals
are
all
content
and
well
cared
for
and
you
can
exist
and
be
completely
at
peace.
We
were
about
25
minutes
from
the
Fresh
Market
(which
is
their
Whole
Foods)
and
I
actually
liked
being
a
ways
outside
the
main
city
of
Fayetteville.
If
you
are
looking
to
host
an
event,
party,
retreat
and
need
a
quiet
(other
than
the
sound
of
animals
around
you)
and
private
space
with
a
wonderful
hostess…look
no
further
than
Parkton
Place.
