First time was a really good experience. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. I ordered the crafted beer burger and it was great. Our waitress was nice and friendly.

So I got the chicken parmesan and a great stout. Food was great. Everyone was nice. Alittle expensive but overall a good experience.

First time ordering from here but I had a taste for some chicken parm. Size is generous, price is reasonable. I ordered online and picked it up to go. I was greeted when I entered. My order was correct. & the chicken parm was delicious... pasta could've been cooked a tad long but it was good. Will be back to dine in one day & would recommend. (Don't mind the way it looks that's my fault because I have to drive crazy sometimes🫣)

Get your pizza elsewhere. One pizza was ordered with extra cheese (pictured in the box) the other was a featured pizza with not enough cheese to satisfy a toddler and I have to put cheese on it at home to make it a satisfactory pizza. Certainly not worth $26 EACH The artichoke dip is a different take, I enjoyed it. My server did not order a beer that I asked for, but she had a trainee so I'm not mad

This was our first visit to Old Chicago. Upon arrival the restaurant only had one other table. The restaurant filled up quickly. Our server was good but seemed overworked. The food came out hot and fresh. The portions were somewhat small for the price. Everything was good and we will probably try it again. There are several advertisements for happy hour and karaoke nights.

As I sit here in the store ...the staff seams nice unfortunately the table is sticky...they claim it's the type of cleaning product they use which is understandable but should be fixed I don't like the feeling of sticking to the table....to continue the problems the hole reason I came here was for the onion rings that were on the menu to be told there no longer available that disapointing.... the food way great ...an amazing take on nachos and a very large serving ...lastly the waitress brought me my check with out asking initially if I was even finished like if I was gona order anything else which if the nachos weren't so large I may have but seamed a little rude to me to bring the check with out asking if I was ready ...overall an insignificant problem ...still enjoyed my time and food

I visited this location when it first came to Fayetteville, I think late 2016. It was okay, I say that because I wasn't in a hurry to return. Well, I survived to give it a try once again, and I'm glad I did. My waitress Monica was light spoken and pleasant. She provided recommendations upon my request. It has been a long time since I had fried mushrooms, she recommended them with the sweet Thai chili sauce. The combination was tasty, however, I wish the mushrooms were larger with a little less batter. The individual Chicago 7 pizza on thin crust was amazing and I topped the mean of with cheesecake with berries. I went early, so it was not busy and the facility was clean, which was great.

The pizza was outstanding! The wings were okay. The food was fresh and hot and it took a while, but it was worth the wait! I’ll definitely be back to try other menu items! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because the waitress overcharged/double charged us for a coke and had an attitude when I asked for it to be removed.

I have one question. How can you be called Chicago Pizza and NOT have Chicago style pizza? Detroit deep dish is not Chicago style. LOL That being said, the pizza I had was decent, the appetizers were on point and the drinks were good with a large beer selection.

Paid over $30 for this large pizza and it was terrible. Pizza didn't even look like it should have. Said my pizza should have 25 square slices and I count 15. You think the pizza would have atleast tasted good. Man what is going on with this place. Wasted money

The mushroom appetizer was amazing. Even better but similar to Outbacks blooming onion. That used to be my favorite food. After tonight that shifted. Will be ordering again soon. Thank you. Also delivery man was punctual and professional. He deserves a raise!

Pizza Rate (Cauliflower): 6.1. Awesome selection of beers. Plenty of appetizers options and All American food. The customer service was very good.

We've been here a few times on weekdays shortly after they've opened at 11 a.m. and it's not crowded then. Lots of TV screens with different sports events going on. Being from the Chicago area myself I thought I'd try the Chicago style pan pizza and it's excellent, especially the crust! Kelly is a great server and we've been back a few times and plan on going more to try some of their other menu items. Great food!

First time here and absolutely loved it. Our server was an absolute doll!! She was beyond patient with us because I had a hard time selecting my order and my date threw me for a loop with his un-Southern tea choice. The spinach artichoke dip was an emotional moment of absolute sin. And my BBQ bacon cheddar burger was colossal. Should have used the utensils they provided, but you can't experience a masterpiece burger without hefting it in your hands. Took three messy, delicious hunks (gotta BIG mouth) and I was beyond stuffed. Fries were also seasoned to perfection. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

We had shy as our server. This man was amazing and will definitely request him again. The pizza rolls, wings and pizza were also just as good as the service. Everything was hot and fresh and will be back to try more options.

We visited this location for lunch. Our server was super polite. They also offer drink tasting. The pricing is good and the food was made fresh to order.

Where shall I begin, let's see... once we were seated we scanned over the menu as this was our first time there. Before long we knew exactly what we wanted from the drinks, appetizers, entree and dessert, but to no avail, NO one has even been to the table yet. So we started observing. There was a family of 6 that came in after us... they were drinking and eating their food. There were two guys that came in once we started observing the scene that sat adjacent to us... they were immediately greeted. Hmmm. This happened one more time so we decided to leave.... got out the door and I went back as I had to let the manager know what had happened. He immediately apologized and asked what we wanted to do. We didn't want to go and wait anywhere else so we decided to stay. He took our orders and helped us the remainder of the stay. He also made it right with the bill for the inconvenience and offered a free appetizer on our next visit. The food was delicious and very fulfilling. They were also doing karaoke. Had it not been for th3 beginning experience...definitely would be a 4 out five!

I ordered the Chicago 7 I believe it is called, the Deluxe pizza. It was good but on the expensive side and I did not like that the pizza dough border was almost 2 inches which actually cheats customers out of pizza.

My family and I attended their lunch hour and was greeted so pleasantly. J.B. Our waiter gave us outstanding service and the food was hot. They offered us a variety of things to try. Definitely will be coming back

I needed a talk with a drink. The bartenders not only listened, but brightened my day up. Props to E, not Big E the manager. Once again they never fail me.

This is a really great place to hang out, have a beer, and watch the game. Ordered a margarita, meatballs, and two pizzas. Meatballs tasted cold in some parts while the sauce was hot. We sent the appetizer back and got mozzarella sticks;perfect. Pizzas are well-portioned with good flavor.

First time having Old Chicago. Ordered the 8 "slice" Detroit style pizza and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Super crispy crust, great sauce and cheese was melted perfectly. My new go to when in Fayetteville!

I ordered a nine slice pizza and got something for a child! And the quality is pure trash! My dog could do better! Never waste your money on takeout from this place! #worsepizzaNFayetttville

We ate there a few years ago and it was fabulous. We went for lunch today and were terribly disappointed. The pepperoni pizza was all crust with next to no sauce, cheese, or pepperoni. I mean each slice of pizza literally had 2 pepperoni slices max. It was really just very expensive dough. We will not ever go back.

Had a great night. Ordered spagetti and meatballs , new on the menu. Meatballs were yummy but sauce was kind of spicy. Portion could have been a little larger. Have eaten there several times Their pizzas are really good. Nice selection of alternatives to include wings. Good choice of beers and mixed drinks. It was karaoke night and had fun listening to local talent.

I use to love this place but not any more. I ordered dip and they just us leftover microwaved one! Sent my husband back to get a fresh one and instead we got an microwaved one again! Never eating here again!

Ate here for the first time yesterday and was honestly very disappointed. The wings were not very good and the pizza is maybe a 5/10 at most. We were expecting a bill around the 20s but when we got the final price in the 40s we were shocked. We ordered the Large pizza expecting for the price for it to take up most the table, it did not. Not the best bang for your buck. Giving it a 3 star and not lower because the ambiance was nice and even though they're understaffed the workers were still very nice, to add to this a military discount is always a nice touch. If you have the around maybe $40-$50 and want to try it out you could, I'd just recommend somewhere else.

The food taste like it was leftovers in a fridge then warmed up and given to you. The chicken parm was burnt. It looked like a hockey puck. The fries were stale too. The sauce tasted like watered down tomatoe sauce.

Our waitress really cool! The bartender was on point, our pizza was good and fresh as always! We ♥️ Old Chicago and will return SOON!
