I
recommend
purchase
your
tires
from
a
tire
specialist
company
not
a
wholesale
connected
tire
center.
I
purchased
4
new
tires
January
2021
and
less
than
a
year
and
had
normal
tire
wear.
Unfortunately
the
tires
did
not
hold
up
and
warranty
only
covered
nail
puncture.
The
tires
had
pick
up
multiple
punchers
2-3
visits
to
bjs
to
be
plugged.
To
be
exact
it
was
three
visits
to
get
tire
plugs.
Third
visit
the
tires
showed
signs
of
replacement.
My
daily
commute
is
8-10
miles
from
work
and
gym.
In
November
2021
tires
commuted
to
West
Virginia
once
from
North
Carolina
and
back.
Their
warranty
is
terrible
and
doesn’t
covered
replacement
just
a
percentage
thats
calculated
by
the
company.
In
other
words
very
small
percentage
not
friendly
for
a
daily
commuter.
So
I
purchased
another
tire
under
the
percentage
discount
towards
a
new
tire
which
is
one
time
and
needed
a
tire
rotation
on
the
day
of
my
appointment.
They
change
the
tire
but
no
rotation.
Told
they
couldn’t
do
the
rotation
come
back
anytime
without
an
appointment.
So
I
did
and
each
time
was
told
got
appointments
ahead
of
you
come
back
so
I
did
then
again
told
come
back.
I
waited
3
months
came
back
was
still
told
to
come
back
for
a
tire
rotation.
I
wasn’t
coming
back
needed
the
manager
this
time.
The
experiences
I’ve
had
with
this
tire
center
is
terrible
and
the
normal
amount
of
personnel
which
is
just
one
person
makes
the
wait
time
hours.
If
you
try
calling
good
luck
because
the
one
person
is
working
on
tires
or
servicing
propane
tanks.
Other
tire
companies
specialize
in
quality
service
better
warranties
and
efficiency.
Bjs
not
saving
me
money
it’s
costing
me
money
and
wasting
my
time
when
I
was
trying
to
do
one
stop
shop
for
member
benefits
savings.
