Customer service was great…waffles were good. I always get it with chocolate chips. I ordered the sausage, eggs and cheese hash brown bowl and it was yummy. Service was quick even if it was pretty busy at 10am.

This place was right on the mark when it came down to fast service and delicious hot food. I really wasn't expecting to get a table so soon because it was so busy, but as soon as we walked in we got a table right away. Our servicer was wonderful the prices were cheap and the food came hot and ready. I will definitely be back to this Waffle House whenever I visit this area again.

The cook at hope mills waffle house is the best. I needed a large to go order and he welcomed me even though the restaurant was packed and somehow still had my order ready in 15 minutes. That was a work of professionalism you rarely see . Thank you to the cook who I wish I got his name. All the food was perfect and not one meal was off and cooked perfect.

The place is clean for a Waffle House! The server was nice, and my food can÷ quick and was cooked just as I had ordered it.

If you like inexpensive breakfast food that is NOT processed but homemade, at anytime of the day, then is the place for you! 😜 What I loved the most was something really simple but made my waffles taste so very good was REAL BUTTER!! I don't like it eat margarine on my pancakes or waffles. In case you don't know this fact, but margarine is 70% vegetable oil, 15% water, & 15% "other". Not an ounce of cream or anything else used to make butter. Anywho, great food, ambiance, & service!!👍🏼

The past couple times I’ve been to a Waffle House it hasn’t been very good, however my boyfriend and I came here this evening and even though there was only one cook and one server it was literally the best Waffle House we’ve ever had. The cook was whipping it up like a professional, it was honestly so cool to watch them kill it today!! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Cook took break, used cell phone, went right back to cooking without washing hands. Waitress did same thing, handled people's plates, took in money at cash register then went straight back to touching food without washing hands. Please fix this, that's how people get sick and it violates sanitation standards. Nice people, just a dirty prep process.

Typically i never have to give waffle house a bad review. The staff is generally friendly, food is great but this morning waffle house has changed.i can no longer call my order in and was advised by their automated system to order online. The online interface is so confusing I thought downloading the app would be better. I can select my order only to get the nutritional facts. Fix the website or bring back to-go orders. Please.

The waiters were awesome friendly and funny the female cook not so much but the waiters made up for her so really good experience

We had a nice hot breakfast. The food was tasty and nicely presented. It was busy but the cooks and servers were organized and the service was quick. Our server was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The waiting time wasn’t long at all the food was out in no time the waitresses denesha,crystal and Jackson was very polite caring and friendly the cooks Russell and Derek was polite caring and friendly also I would recommend this Waffle House any time

Quiet atmosphere nice customer service and the breakfast was good I had the grilled chicken breakfast with eggs.

The restaurant is very quaint but busy. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and unsure of herself. She fumbled numerous times... leaving the table unkempt after the previous patrons left, messing up our order, and then having it redone to only be incorrect the second time, not coming to check on us, etc. This was a poor dining experience.

Employees are always right now I guess. I texted my boyfriend exactly what I wanted and he read it to the employee. When he came back with my food it wasn’t what I asked for. He turned around and told his waitress that she might have misunderstood what he said and she told him that wasn’t what he asked for. She argued him down and made him pay extra. Now, I wasn’t upset that my food was wrong, I was upset because Ms. Antoinette went back and forth with him about what he ordered and it could not have been her fault there’s no way in hell she misinterpreted what was said. No apology, no nothing, just arguing. Mistakes happen. Don’t be rude Antoinette.

Had such a pleasant experience at this waffle house. ❤️ the staff was very friendly and attentive to the customers needs. Wasn't expecting to go out tonight but an unexpected power outage brought my family out and it was a wonderful experience.

It's Waffle House the food is what it is!! The reason why I'm giving it only one star rating is because they have the AC cranked so high. It's so cold 🥶 in there that as soon waitress put my food on the table it was already cold. If you like eating cold food in a cold restaurant then this is the place for you!! The AC would be great on a hot sunny day but on a cold rainy day it's overkill. I would rather go to another Waffle House.

The food isn't amazing, the service isn't great. The food was fast, cheap, and hot. And it was the only place open on Thanksgiving morning other than Bojangles. Very few vegetarian options which is kind of sad since it's very easy to make breakfast vegetarian.

Loving the night crew at this place been the last two nights after work 2/22, and 2/23. Great personalities and Russell is a good cook. The wait staff is very friendly and inviting definitely going to be a go to spot after work. The man salesperson will literally greet you at the door he's on it...... and the lady he works with is extremely friendly and normally joins in on the conversations they definitely have Great staff on week nights.

Went in at 6 am not busy at all nice welcome. But the first couple tables had food and crumbs all over the table. We found a seat and Sat down. I see out of the corner of my eye a roach that was crawling towards my husband's feet which he smashed with his shoe. She asked us for our order my husband ordered 2 Angus cheeseburgers no bacon I ordered T-bone sunny side up eggs. His coca cola has something in it my tone was supposed to be rare it was cooked to much his burger also had bacon on it. Probably won't be going there again

My first time at this location. It was ok. Not happy that the Waffle was not thicker and not too many options on the menu. I mainly went in to enjoy their "SIGNATURE" waffles. There weren't any. ☹

My family just came over from the new Jack Britt WH were they apparently hirer a bunch of rookies. It wasn’t worth waiting almost an hour to get drinks while we were sitting and waiting watching other tables come in after us getting served first. Anyways, this location deserve more than five stars!!! We came in sat down and without saying a word the server automatically brought my toddlers drinks!!!!! The way to my heart is taking care of my babies!!!! The server immediately gets our order and gets everything done faster than I can think. The food was excellent and my babies were happy!!! While in there another customer comes in and starts talking about the Jack Britt location and about the service as well. I’m so thankful we came to HMS location and I know we did not tip that server enough!!! But we will be back!!!

This place was packed! Was greeted as soon as we walked in and a space was cleared at the bar for us. We had to wait a few minutes before being tended to. Our waitress was great. Very friendly and continued to check on us. Food was served hot and not a long wait. Being able to watch the staff in the kitchen and how well they worked together was impressive.

Great service! The waitress was very efficient in taking care of us. Jukebox was also available too!

Just walked In to be greeted with, "I'm the only one here today so you can wait or ya know whatever" This lady literally had half the restaurant blocked off with chairs and told us there was no where to sit while there were 3 empty chairs at the bar as well as several empty booths. My wife, baby and I ended up leaving. Very rude customer service.

Driving through we stopped for lunch. We walked in to order, then went to the truck to wait. The food was ready when they said it would and we sat in the truck to eat before heading down the road. It was really good and we plan to stop in the next time we are going through town.

I used to visit this waffle house, Hope Mills NC, a few times a week,before going to work. Now they won't even let you sit between 11pm and 5 am. I was going into work later than normal last Thursday, so I decided to get some breakfast there. It was 530am so I figured I'd get my favorite and sit and eat. I walked in and they still had it all blocked off. There were 3 waitress sitting at the bar talking and the cook was at the bar ,on the back side, talking with the women. I asked if I could sit in a booth. One waitress told me they are only doing carry out. I asked about the hand written sign that said that was only until 5am, it was now 530. She stated, and I quote, " well we ain't ready to sit people so order to go or go to McDonalds".

I go here at least once a week on my way to work. If it's the usual staff I can just mention my name on the phone and they already know my order. That's if you can get someone to answer the phone. The staff is overall friendly and welcoming each visit. The food is usually cooked how I ask my order to be. Just depends on how much of a rush their in.
