I tried something new dragon fruit mango with lemon juice and it was great… my new favorite drink…

Update! 31 Jul 22. Cold brew in short supply, call ahead. Stan was awesome, great customer service! A great place to come and get some coffee! The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Our Family comes here every Sunday to get our custom made Keto Frappochinos!

My husband and daughter went and the staff was so rude. STAN was apparently the worst. Seems like both people behind the counter had smart mouths. Both were rude to a 10 yr old. Not only are they always rude at this location but they tend to mess up orders all the time. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to main St if you have the time.

Usually don't have any issues at this Starbucks but today I went in and the person at the register was rude and seems to be irritated that he had to actually do his job. Once he actually made my drink it was rushed and didn't taste like it had any Expresso in it. It would be different if the experience wasn't bad from start to finish but it was definitely not customer service that makes me want to come back.

Great drinks as usual, location isn't bad either, only a few miles from our house. 🙂👍

I sat there and watched them for over 15 minutes while they made other people's drinks. They had forgotten to make my drink and claimed someone must have taken it. Didn't even apologize or try to make things right. Terrible service. Drink was not full and was full of ice.

It was 7:51pm I wanted a white chocolate mocha but because they didn’t want to clean the expresso machine again they wouldn’t make me one!! Very bad customer service they should have made the coffee and cleaned the machine again they had time they still would’ve been out on time if ur open til 8pm ur open til 8pm I would have fixed it had I been in her position wether I wanted to or not!! #customerservicesux

Got a latte and the barista didn't put the top on. Took a sip and half my drink went down the front of me. Accidents happen but the staff barely acknowledged it. Didn't apologize and left me to clean up everything. I had to ask for a paper towel twice. I don't appreciate having paid $7 for a latte just for half of it to end up on my shirt and the floor.

The worst drive-thru customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl at the window completely ignored me TWICE at the window. I mean I am looking right at her and I can see my drink on the counter. If she acknowledged me, I would have let her know that was my drink and been on my merry way. Instead when she finally acknowledges my presence and tries to hand me someone else's order. I let her know that is not mine. Then she asked if I paid. I said yes and she turns to the Manager to ask the same question. I said you asked me and I said I did. She rolled her eyes and I said that is my drink looking at the counter. She turns picks up my drink and someone else order ready to hand them to me. I told her that is not my order (looking at whatever was in the bag) As a manager myself, I can not stand when employees ignore customers or give bad service. The manager was kind and did what she was suppose to do but I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.

It was the usual Starbucks with everyone inside on the laptops and tablets, the coffee has nice and hot and they gave me fresh cream and the pastry was warmed to perfection not to hot but warm enough to make it fall apart it was nice.

The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The service is garbage and many baristas need an attitude adjustment. And the quality of the drinks and food are garbage. I would recommend a literal gas station for coffee before this place. A barista (who conveniently wasn’t wearing a name tag) made me feel stupid for how I wanted my drink made. I placed an online order for a hot beverage and she took it upon herself to make it iced. After respectfully notifying the mistake she said in the most condescending way “Why would you want vanilla cold foam in a hot drink?” It’s literally the same as putting cold creamer in a hot coffee. Who cares how I want it. I requested a hot drink and you shouldn’t take it upon yourself to make it iced because you think my way is stupid. And laughing at me because of how I like it is literally juvenile and disrespectful and is the hallmark of a high school bully mentality.

Great location, large enough to not be cramped with enough baristas to keep the drinks flowing. never wait more than 2 minutes, and everything is always perfect. kudos to this Harris Teeter starbucks Manager and staff.

i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks thanks to the amazing service provided by Nicole & Jayda. They were friendly, attentive, and made my drink perfectly!

I ordered a large glass and gave me a medium glass, but I can't change it. The service is not good. I won't come again

I don't drink Starbucks because I don't drink coffee. With that said there's always a line here old people, young people and in between they must be doing something right.

$6.21 for a "grande" which must be Latin for "medium anywhere else" reminds me why I've always avoided Starbucks.

I never go to Starbucks first of all. I decided to give it a try and wanted a hot beverage but I had no idea the terminology of the menu and accidentally ordered something cold. The staff were like zombies and were not useful. They didn’t offer to exchange it. I finally gave in and went back in and asked for something hot. I asked for Hazelnut Capp she said we don’t have that. Asked for pumpkin, again don’t have that. So I paid over $5 for hot, syrup water. Please stop going to Starbucks people just get a coffee pot and go home.

Hours are posted but I was told they shut their machines down at 7:20pm. 40 minutes before closing

Fast service, and they made my order perfectly for me. I always get an extra two shots of white chocolate for my mocha and its the best. I know they are pricey for specialty coffee drinks like the one I order but it's just about the quality for me, and I happen to love this location because it's always perfect.
