First time here. We had breakfast and we're blown away. It was delicious. We also bought Bo's Blueberry biscuits. Wow! So delicious! Highly recommend for a stop!!

The dining room carpet and tables needs attention. The bathroom need to be professionally cleaned. It was too early to be so dirty 0736

Yummy! These biscuits are delicious! They have bo berry biscuits too and they are blueberry in the shape of hearts. They are so yummy and cute.

Just pulled off, we ordered some supremes that are tiny and when we asked can we get regular sized ones or other ones, they said that’s the only way they come. Also ordered a salad with balsamic vinaigrette and was given thousand island without notice…

On the 7th of October at 8:54 p.m. They did not complete my order I was supposed to receive a 20-piece tenders 8 piece chicken dinner, large mac and cheese, large mashed potato, large green beans, half a gallon of unsweet tea, 6 bo-berry biscuits, 2 barbecue dipping sauce, one creamy buffalo sauce. Missing items are as follows: 8 piece chicken dinner, large green bean! I will never order online again I will pick my stuff up in person because this is garbage for service! I still have my receipt I hope Bojangles will reach out to me!

It's a hit or miss at this place but today beyond upset me because I ordered my food then was pulled up for fry's to be cooked I was told. Get home (only 5 minutes away) my fries were cold and definitely recooked or left down too long. Then one of my biscuits I ordered wasn't there so I called the store and told them. I was told I haven't payed for it so that would be why. Not my fault that they didn't ring it up. Told her I had also been pulled up for my fries and they were cold and nasty and she pretty much ended the call. No effort at all was made to fix their mistakes. We ended up throwing away both large fries. Sweet tea was also old and not sweet. Definitely a waste of $24 should've went somewhere else. I'm so done with this place this is the 3rd time in a couple month my order has been wrong or cold.

Do better Bo!! So in the World when the majority of military that are retired fought in 1 or more wars in the last 80yrs, now we are not worthy of a discount!! THIS IS A SHAME!! Prices are outrages and now you CHOOSE to take even more from those on fixed incomes!!

It's the last day before Christmas weekend and I'm wiped out from a hard work week. I needed some breakfast and stopped in. I was greeted by a kind smile and friendly conversation from Edna, at the register. She made suggestions to help me save on my purchase. I mentioned the iced tea was getting low and in about 5 seconds a guy came out with tea. I had a special order and they accommodated me happily and made it easier for me. I looked in the back and saw everybody working well together, fun and friendly toward each other and the guests. This Bojangles should be an example to all. If there is a spirit of peace this place has it. Thank you to Edna and everybody else!

This Bojangles has excellent food. They have sweet tea readily available for self-refills, but for other drink refills, one must ask a staff member. The service is usually fast to order and receive food, but slow for refills and subsequent requests such as more condiments.

Drive thru lady stated out as if she did Not want to be there. Yet after I spoke and asked her how was her day she changed her energy to a little bit of positive energy. A good day with older correct. Therefore, I was happy with my service.

hour until close and they only have two options of food… like make some more what are yall doing back there for a hour selling no food

The cashier (AA) was rude. If you don't want to work, better not go or call in sick. We travel as a family from VA to FL and often stop at restaurants we don't know to try something new. The food was good, but the bad attention of the cashier did not encourage us to return again.

Absolutely the worst. After a long day at work I'm getting a meal for my family and I get it home and there's no sauces I ordered, the fries are cold and have no seasoning, and the chicken is burned. I called and they were very nice and said they'd replace the meal, wrote my name down, told me to come back with my receipt...I get off the phone feeling ok...guess what isn't in the bag. They didn't provide a receipt. $33 I spent on this inedible meal.

Took my gf here to pop her Bojangles cherry & she loved it just as much as I do. Quick and good food. Nice staff. The Bo berry biscuits are a MUST!! 😋😋

Our first trip to a Bojangles and it is a hit! Very reasonable prices. Fantasticly spiced breading. Flaky and light biscuits. Great seasoned fries. These northerners are sad Bojangles aren't around in New England.

Very slow service, we ordered two chicken supreme meals and it took 30 minutes. The upside was the gentleman helping us did let us add all the extra seasoning to the fries we wanted!

Best road food! Everytime we travel back home to the south Bojangles is our main stop...more seasoning on the fries please and thank you!! 😎

Love me some Bojangles. Stopped in again as we crossed the state. And once again this facility was top of their game. The staff was efficient and polite - nothing but smiles. And the food was spot on, toasty and tasty. Already looking forward to stopping in as we head back.

Had a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. As you can see not bad at all.

Make sure you order your dipping sauce while you order. The lady wanted to charge me EXTRA for a dipping sauce because I didn’t tell them at the register which one I wanted. So, I ate my tenders without sauce.

I have NEVER, I DO MEAN NEVER have had a bad experience! The people here works quickly to give you quality service! I loveeeee these team and I have been coming here faithfully since 5/26/22!!! Now I got to find a gym trainer lol!! Good job bojangles team!

I had the best experience at this restaurant. The entire staff was friendly and upbeat while being busy. We had to wait for a little while for white meat chicken, but I did not mind. They kept me updated while I was waiting. Ms Pam is a great asset to this store. Thank you for everything (bo-rounds)

They were very busy as I arrived in the store; but their attitudes were still bright and joyous. An error was made and the manager made sure I was taken care of! Great job being able to maintaining positivity during rush hour! This crew worked mid shift on Sunday, 03/20/22.

The two stars are for the food, but your employees on 8/5 daytime shift were extremely rude. They messed up my order. And made me return the item they ruined so they could give it back to another customer. And when I asked if they were going to give that to someone else. The lady said it was none of my business. That is disgusting and so were the employees attitudes.
