Not crowded, decent variety of toys. Most of the exhibits had broken parts, sticky paint and dirty surfaces. Not much has changed in the 10 years since I’ve been here. Admission for an adult and child was $7 total, which is a steal. I would prefer that they charged a few extra dollars and did some renovation.

First I like to say I am giving this place three stars because my kids had 2 hours of fun now when you go in there it's about 30 minutes of fun you would think but for a 3-year-old boy and a one year old boy it was 2 hours of non-stop play. My kids did not care that some of the toys needed a new paint job or some of the buildings needed a little work no no because their children and all they seen was toys and the amount of fun time they were going to have and that's all I can ask for especially when you're paying $3 per kid and $4 per adult now I don't care who you are fun that lasts for 2 hours for two kids that only cost $14 for me my husband are two boys that is amazing. On the drive home as soon as I put them in the back of my car they were asleep they had the times of their lives and they couldn't care less with the place look like as long as they got to play and that's all that mattered. My kids happiness is all that mattered. I will say that a lot of the employees would make roundabouts and they would clean some of the areas that the kids had played in like tidy them up. I wish they would disinfect the areas that they tidy up considering my kid put a lot in his mouth and I had to keep taking the stuff he was putting in his mouth to the front desk so their kids didn't get his germs I mean he's not sick or anything but still common courtesy.

If your child is entertained at yard sales then maybe this is the place for them. Old things unwashed. Unsupervised kids. Tiny space. Cheap entrance fee.

I would not recommend. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Lilly is very rude to her coworkers and customers. She provides poor customer service. She threatened to call social services for abandonment when I could not tend to all 4 children at the same time while they played. When I talked to the supervisor they said “I’ll follow up on that”. We were there all of 20 minutes before she escalated a conversation into an unpleasant visit. Aside from that, the museum was pretty small, not very clean and toys were older and damaged. The play stations matched the quality of service!! I’ve been to much bigger and nicer children’s museums where children are free to play. I would not recommend anyone go here.

This is such a wonderful place for kids to come and enjoy all sorts of fun activities. We could honestly be busy for hours and my son wouldn't get tired of it. We also enjoy the craft projects offered throughout the month. My son doesn't always sit still for them but it's nice that he can go off and play if he gets fidgety.

My little ones really enjoying coming here each week. If you are going to come often, a membership is definitely the way to go. They offer birthday parties, art classes, field trips, educational classes and so much more. The restaurant and grocery store are my little ones are the favorites with my little ones.

Great place for kids to play. Not a big place but my kid keeps asking to go back. They have free admission on Wednesdays after 1pm as well.

I took my kids here today and am beyond disappointed with this "museum". I can't believe that adults have to pay admission, and my family of three didn't even stay a full hour because of how unhappy we were here, including my three year old. Everything was so dirty, broken or barely functional because of missing pieces. The ceiling has tons of visible water damage and some of the areas wreak of a musty odor. I understand the building is old but yikes, this place really could use some updating. I thought my three year old would really enjoy the "toddler time" event for fire safety today but it definitely wasn't anything like I expected and it seemed to be listed as. I wish I would have saved my money and taken my kids elsewhere.

Fascinate-U Children's Museum is in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. Upon arrival there’s not much parking so I’d suggest going in non peak times. The parking was also paid. $1 per hour, with an off-street max of $5/day. Parking is free on Weekends and City Holidays. Admission: $3.00 Adults $4.00 Children. There’s a place to put your strollers and backpacks and then you can jump right into playing and learning. It’s really good for little kids that are into imagination play and I think it seems it may age out at age 10. They also have a toddler room also for the little ones. We spent about 2 hours here and the kiddos had a blast.

Lots of stuff to keep little children interested. A few chairs are needed for people over 65 years old. I had two knee replacements this year and I am in pain!

Pretty cool place for the kiddos. Can dress up and act each profession you want to.

I’ve spent countless hours here in the early 2000s as a kid for birthday parties and daycare summer trips. 10/10 would highly recommend bringing your kid here they will enjoy the experience.

Good for the price, however it is not really a wow factor maybe if you went here in the late '90s early 2000s you would say wow but there are so many better places for kids museums. Also the parking is quite sketchy and that roundabout is pretty dangerous as no one wants to stop so if you have kids be careful.

Three separate employees came to us while our little babies cried A BIT to tell us there was a baby room for crying babies. How rude was that after there was 6 year olds throwing tantrums lol. I guess bc it was a free day they didn't want to deal with much 🤷🤷

my 3 year old daughter loves this place. I recommend going on a week day when it is far less busy. usually we go during the week but we went on a saturday this time and regret it. very busy, parents not watching their kids or having them clean up after themselves. never had an issue with staff. my daughter doesn’t mind that it’s “outdated” as she is a child and enjoys the atmosphere as it is. we can spend hours here and she’s always wore out when we get home.

This was easily the most affordable children’s museum we have ever been to. At first I wasn’t sure if my daughter was going to be entertained for long (it’s fairly small) bus she ended up having a blast and stayed for 3 hours. The toddler room in the back was probably her favorite part, but she also loved the grocery store, the fire poll, playing dress up, and driving the emergency vehicles. Overall the value for this place can’t be beat, and the gift store is incredibly affordable, unlock every other kids centric place. They have a whole shelf of things under $1. So you can get your little one something to remember the trip by without destroying your wallet.

It's not worth the money in my opinion and adults have to pay. Only a few buttons were working. Most of the dress-up items are adult sizes. Most of the interactive elements are outdated. The place was pretty dirty.

A Fayetteville treasure for families of young kids. So much sensory play for kids. Smaller rooms for toddlers. The first responders and Army exhibitions are awesome for kids! You'll need at least an hour. Probably more! I am sure we will be back again and again!

The Fascinate-U Children's Museum is a great place to visit for the kiddos. The building was clean (as clean as it gets with +20 children running around). My three year old child really enjoyed herself, made friends, and didn't want to go home. If you are looking to get your child out the house to have fun or a playdate this is the perfect place.

Great place to take the kids for the day. Offers many learning opportunities to improve motor skills and general knowledge. Entrance fees are reasonably priced. Large extensive train set up on the 3rd floor and all about leaves learning on the 2nd floor. As far as all the people complaining about the conditions and outdated items. If you notice everything here is donated by various businesses and offices. If you don't like the conditions or outdated items please take the initiative to donate some new items for them to use, do a fundraiser, or find a sponsor.

So many hands on exhibits for curious little minds to try. Well organized and so much fun for the children.

We really like visiting with our toddler but some areas just seem really unsafe and unclean. The pencil border around the classroom is broken and pieces of jagged wood are exposed. It seems like parts of other areas are really dingy and dirty and maybe missing pieces. The buttons in the electricity area don't work sometimes. The staff seems really nice but indifferent. The entrance fee is pretty inexpensive, I wouldn't mind paying a little more if it were cleaner and items updated or repaired.
