This trailer park is a rip off! They want you to pay $260 in LOT rent which is VERY high! They want you to continue to pay for lawn maintenance even in the winter time. Shoot outs constantly. We sold our mobile and the buyers moved the mobile home from the lot. We get a call stating we still owe lot rent. We paid our lease up in FULL. The mobile home is moved from the lot..why in the world would we still pay lot rent? Disorganized front office and they will sale you some trailers that people have not taken care of.

Rent has went up 4 times in 2 years, also because of a mistake by them they say that I owe 75 dollars extra. I own my mobile home if I can find some land for sale I would move my home.

I've lived at this community for 15 years, and must disagree with most of these other comments. First off, I've never seen this place as clean as it is now. The current owner/manager is better than ANY of the previous managers combined. As for the security. We don't pay for it ! it was provided for a time when we had all kinds of criminals living and visiting this place. (past management) the new people have rules for our on good but the ignorant folks don't want to live in a good place. they rather make false allegations about people they don't like. Well I have not been asked or bribed to make this review. I am doing it to state the facts and let people know this is a great place to live. most folks complaining are people who probably were kicked out for one reason or another. Like The one called "Kelly" definitely a disgruntled person with an ax to grind.

Neighborhood is trash the maintenance people, property managers even the secretary. Don't rent or buy. The lawnmower service is trash, the streets are messed up the security gates never work every one who works there acts slow basketball courts broken. You're not safe there and the number one thing it's not worth your money...

I quite like the park and in the short time have been here, I have met some of the nicest people inside the park. Everyone here is so friendly and the staff try hard to handle any issues you may have. Very nice and respectful!

The place is a "Closed Community" with an electronic gate, that rarely works and makes the neighborhood look like a prison/detainee refuge. I have, personally, found an occasional hypodermic needle in the playground sand more than a few times. The Park does not enforce the pet restriction policy of the number of pets and the breed of dogs.

This place acts like it's gates four or so fancy neighbor hood. The staff is mean. They are extremely strict with all there rules. Not caring people at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The neighbors were friendly people and I never felt unsafe. The park area is very nice for young kids and basketball court is popular with older kids/teens. The staff was friendly to me. Some neighbors are louder than others but still overall a pretty quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years. Under the last ownership team the park was better than it is now. The new owners have promised better sercurity,plus. Well the new owners have FAILED!! This is a gated community when the gates actually work. There is NO Sercurity guards on site!! We pay for this each month.The lawn maintenance company that they have is worthless. I personally have to weed eat around our house, when we pay for this to be done. The office manager is fantastic,he truly cares for and about the property and it's residents. Otherwise I have nothing but negative things to say about this mobile home park.

Was told prior to applying that they could get us in ASAP when we applied…Then applied, paid $25 for a non refundable application fee and told us to wait for a call back in 3-5 business days…those business days came and went, and never got a call back if I was approved or denied. Tried calling their office, those ladies run their own hours different than what they post on their door or website so, good luck. Even drove out there to meet them face-to-face and was told they need 200 applicants before they can call anyone back. Needs a 0/5 stars.

If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay then Buckhead Farms in not the place for you. The lot rent is almost $400 and you are sharing you backyard with a neighbors front yard. The elderly are choosing between the rent and healthcare expenses. The living expenses in this area is basically paying for a house. These residents need to call legal aid and do a segment on the news because somebody is embezzling money and getting away with it. Do not move your family out there it is to expensive. You are better off in a cheaper mobile home park or getting a house!

I gave you one star for the fact that there isn't anything about your services in English. I'm looking to seeing your list of properties your company has available. No. We're not new to the real estate game. We know the pros and cons of real estate. Very skeptical about the companies and realtors we deal with. Are you on the MLS list of realtors companies? "How many years in business?" "Did your company under the umbrella of another realtor company for a year?"
